Absolutely amazing service. Got my oil change but they also worked really hard to unscrew a stuck bolt on the trunk and didn t charge me. Great people!

Came from out of town with our RV. I know nothing about engines so they could have easily taken advantage of that. But everyone was super helpful, topped all my fluids off, and when they realized that I needed an air filter that they didn't have they called C&S to see if they had it and sent me there to get it taken care of. Also got some great advice on driving through the mountains! Thanks for everything!Service: Oil change

Services professional, rapid, and always friendly. I can't tell you that I would expect anything other than this high quality of service from the amazing professionals at Ray's. I always take my vehicles in here to have the oil change is done and there's never been a time I haven't been able to get in and out in less than 10 minutes.

Just left Ray's. The entire oil change and everything took about ten minutes. Very quick, polite, and professional. Price was not unreasonable. Will return.

Very friendly, reasonably priced but a little disappointed because I asked to have my tires checked. They noted on my receipt that they had done a visual tire inspection. I don't feel like they completed the job, especially when I requested they check the tires. Sorry but that is not Professional!

I used Ray's lube today in Portales New Mexico the service was okay i got questions about the service last time and told them about account being hacked it has been many times over the last few years. they stated the thier feeling had hurt and that stated I had said that I caused harm to their employees. I had not done this again my account had been hacked.As far as today's service of the oil change it was okay just didn't fully understand why I got questioned about what was stated in a post. I have been going to Ray's Lube for over 30 years when the place use to belong to Ray's Ray's father. At least ibelieve that was the case. As far as the cleanliness today I didn't notice anything because I was more interested in getting the oil changed. Felt little treaten by being talked to by the manager just a misunderstanding i guess.We all been hurt by the covid-19 virus andi gave the owner my business card and explained to him that my account has been hacked about 5 times since last year.Price wise I am not sure that Rays Lube is any cheaper than anyone else is but I like know for now on what specials are available to the public i would think that would be reasonable for any business. Just my opinions

These guys were quick you don't even get out of your car! And they checked my washer fluid, break fluid, radiator fluid. All for $55.

Asked to get tire mounted and balanced and they denied me service by saying that they don't do tires in there shop so I had to go to C&S

Not sure what to say. This is the first time I had someone talk me into not doing business with them. Went in to get my oil changed and they talked me out of it. Go Figure!!!
