Missing one of my cover plates and a tire lock on my tire didn t even notice it was missing we rely on these guys to make sure our vehicles come back the same or better then when brought in, my mother brought her vehicle in to be fixed and they didn t tighten the lug nuts all the way down resulting in her tire falling off and ruining it this place has gone down hill

Thanks so much to the guys in the store for being amazing when we brought our 4 month old dead battery in. The customer service here is above and beyond excellent!!

I am so grateful to C & S because I blew a tire outside of town, then found them with a flat donut tire but they were just closing.They quickly decided to still help me! I was out in 10 minutes and when I got home I found they had even returned my donut tire refilled (without me even asking). Very reasonable cost also!

I do not recommend. Mess up the lug nuts on mother's car to the point I had to replace them all

Our oldest was a student at Eastern and our youngest is currently a student there. We live in Albuquerque and can t always get down there to take care of a car issue right away so we have had the opportunity to use C&S a few times over the years. Everyone that we have dealt with there has always been extremely helpful, always courteous and they always go above and beyond. We feel better knowing that if our kid has a car problem, we can count on C&S to take care of it. I can t say enough good things about them.

I took two tires in that had nails in them to be repaired. They never let me know the tires were available for pickup until I called 24hr later and charged me $26. After I reinstalled the tires, the next day the same tire was flat in my garage. I took the tire to Discount Tire and because C & S only patched the tires and did not install a plug and a patch I had to purchase a new tire. If you need a tire repaired, Discount does it for free and installs a patch and plug to assure it doesn't leak.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! We were traveling in March and got some major dings in the paint of our car. JAY not only mixed up the proper paint and color, he offered to paint it on. He is a professional, kind, courteous, and very helpful employee. It was a pleasure to meet him. He did a great job!

Took my pickup in there for a simple tire rotation. They didn't break off just 1, but 5 studs on my wheels. Then refused to fix it until Tuesday the following week and made us pay for the studs. They did do the manual labor free however. It was completely ridiculous.

Came for an oil change, was a little expensive. Company does go above and beyond from time to time. Kind-of recommend.

Great customer service inside the store and shop but techs are way to slow on the oil changes. What takes 10 to 15 minutes on an oil change takes them an hour to get done.

Bad experience I will not be going back for anymore oil changes or have them fixed my tires.

Good place, they can fix your tires quickly, have a lot of parts, give customers free drinks, are generally nice throughout the store.
