Excellent auto, and collision repair company. Owner Mike Rouckus, and staff, is professional and accommodating, and they perform precision repairs. My car is there now, a second time for collision repairs. They did such a great job on repairing and paint matching my car the first time,(see pics). It's the only place I will take my car to.I just wish drivers would stop rear ending my car.

I have been taking my vehicles to them for years. They do great work. Couple years ago my AC on my truck kept leaking. I took it to the Dealer, another local mechanic and both couldn t find the leak. Quick story. I got in an accident, other drivers fault. Talked to Mike and he was super helpful and communicative! The staff was always very pleasant and always got me information in a timely manner. Even though the repairs took a little longer than expected, (Parts delayed) I truly appreciate the amazing workmanship they did! I would rather wait a bit longer and have it done right than have it rushed, I absolutely love the work! I do have to go back to get some other things done (Gotta wait for the paint to fully cure) but I am very happy I chose Motor Car Mall and I am happy I was able to work with Mike. Shop very clean. Employees friendly and professional. Knowledgeable and HONEST!!! Unable to align my wheels due to there is a part that is bent. They improved it by fixing or replacing the strut and then realigning it. Only charged me a hour labor! I so recommend this wonderful garage. It's so nice to know there are still honest, hard working reliable businesses in operation these days. They gave me the name of a shop in Albuquerque who could assist me.Service: Wheel alignment

My battery was not holding a charge. without me starting and driving it daily. Motor Car Mall did extensive diagnostics and had to remove a couple of after-market installations. Now it seems to be just fine -- just got it home. This is my "forever" car and it is a 2005 Chrysler Pacific with only a bit over 73k miles on it. I am thrilled to get it back. It took a lot of diagnosing but it was worth it. Nice, friendly folks who work there are now my "go to" for service.Services: Electrical repair, Battery

I took my car in to have them repair my rear bumper and as always they were on time with the estimate, were able to secure a replacement new bumper and finished the job in less than record time. Brought a car in for an estimate on mechanic work on the engine and when I told them I couldn't afford the work and I would like to get things from the vehicle they told me I couldn't and kept my car hostage for a estimate fee. I wouldn't trust them and I would take your vehicle to Albuquerque even though it's further. You will be treated better and probably even pay less cause I got my car fixed for 1500.00 less than their estimate. My name wouldn't be on the estimate because it's my girlfriends car and she doesn't do google reviews

Great place to put on accessories if you don't have the time to put them on ...they put fender flares and some runner's on my little Dakota ...they did a great job and the receptionist was very professional and friendly thx Mike and the pros at MCMIll be back

I had high hopes for this business since they came recommended by Jeff at Performance Auto whom I found to have integrity and good work ethic. Unfortunately, this company sees dollar signs on your forehead as you enter their building. Count on a $120 diagnostic fee that will not go toward any work they do and count on them NOT informing you of this or any other add on costs. I highly recommend taking the drive to Albuquerque to visit JAPANESE CAR CARE for a company that is there to take care of your car without hidden fees with a desire to keep your business. Save yourself an added headache to your current car troubles and avoid MOTOR CAR MALL and their RUDE staff!

I was amazed at how willing Brandon and the guys were to help me with my car. The above and beyond attitude was what made me trust this place. I was completely blessed to have accidentally called here to get a tow, luckily it was 4th of July weekend, the place I wanted them to take my car was closed so they took it to their yard for the weekend (again a nice above and beyond gesture). When I advised them my vehicle wouldn t get looked at for 3 weeks or so, they were so quick to assist in what I needed. 10/10 recommend this place and will definitely come back for body work. Dishonest owner . Terrible work . Horrible experiences with body shop . Horrible defects on two separate jobs. Didn't honor guarantee for work that was messed up the day I picked up vehicle . Also extremely rude . Hopefully you read the negative reviews and see the common theme here . Rude unprofessional hack work. It's heart breaking taking your classic car here. Trusting them with my car and money just to have to live with their mistakes . You have to be a sick greedy man to lie and not care about your own mistakes the way this owner does. I can assure you have had a customer who's nickname is in fact Robbie. The only benefit I'm trying to gain here is helping people by warning them of this shiesty shop. Im not a business competition. I'm a genuinely disgruntled ex customer. You can't discredit the real truth. The way you are trying to discredit an honest customer and not own up is ironic and just furthers my point. I'm trying to be anonymous because I'm actually afraid of how shady the owner can be.

Dropped my car off which has been garaged for a year. I wanted it looked over plus I had a shifting concern. They got me in the next day, did diagnostics, were communicative, and the value was great. They were extremely professional and I appreciate that they have a warranty on the work they did. They fixed the problem with the shifting, plus did my oil change and an inspection to see if everything was up to par. My car was there for a couple days but I didn t mind! I scheduled an appointment to have some maintenance done to my wife's Jeep: oil change, wheel alignment, balance and rotate tires, and install new muffler brackets. My wife took my truck to work, and I had my 9 year old daughter with me. I was fully prepared to wait for the services to be completed when Mike offered to take us back home and pick us up when it was done. The Jeep ran and handled so much better when they were done, will be taking my truck there to have transmission serviced soon.

Great service. Took longer than expected but it was totally fine. They had a part delivered that he didn't feel comfortable installing because something didn't look right with it and I appreciated the honesty and didn't mind waiting another day to get my car fixed properly. My parking brake light was on and I needed it checked before travelling out of state. Initially, I didn't want to entrust my car (Ford Fusion 2011) to local auto shops so my first option was the ford dealership. The quote from the dealership didn't fit my budget so I started looking into local auto shops. Motor Car Mall had great online reviews so I decided to give them a try. Based on my experience, they are one of the few local auto shops who have certified mechanics that know what they are doing. The mechanic who worked on my car, John, was able to diagnose the problem in few minutes to about an hour and then ordered the part that I needed to get the car fixed. I didn't have to pay anything upfront except the final diagnostic fee (initial diagnostic fee was free). He got my car fixed and ready to go as promised in about 24 hours. The secretary, Ashley, was also very friendly and efficient. She offered to give me ride back and forth all the time my car was being checked. The fun part was that I even got $25 coupon which reduced my total service cost. Overall, I am very satisfied with their service and I will highly recommend it to anyone who doesn't want to deal with the dealership or inexperienced auto shops.

Definitely do not take your classic car to Motor Car Mall for a wheel alignment. I will say I have had good luck with this shop in the past, but they really did me wrong this time. I brought my freshly restored 72 Duster to them for a wheel alignment. The front suspension had been put together a year ago, but was done with high quality Moog parts and had no miles on them since it was waiting to be painted. First problem was they told me up front I was getting charged extra since it was a 'classic car'. My 72 Duster? One of the most simple cars to do an alignment on that exists is getting the same extra fee an old Porsche would get? I think its strange, but tell them fine since I'm already here lets do it. After a test drive and about 30 minutes they tell me they can not align my car because I need new upper control bushings. I ask if they are sure since I know they are new parts. They say yes and hand me a $150 bill. I think oh well, I do remember having trouble getting one of them installed, I'll just change the bushings under warranty from Napa and come back. Since I didn't want them to do the work they then tell me it will be another $150 to align with the new parts since "they already tried and that's not their fault". ANY OTHER SHOP will inspect your suspension first and not charge you again. Call around, this is unheard of in the industry. Even the dealer will allow you to come back for any reason within the warranty period to be realigned. Their own receipt says the alignment comes with a 30 day warranty. When I asked the owner about it he rudely said "that's only if you hit a pot hole or something" and then mentioned that they had just bought a brand new alignment machine. What is the difference? Feeling like I had just got scammed, I went straight to another shop in Albuquerque. They aligned my car in less than an hour for 80 bucks on an alignment rack that looked 50 years old and my car now drives great. I asked them if they saw any issues with my parts and they said no. They didn't charge me any extra fees and of course they said if I had any problems within 30 days to bring it back. I have driven it now close to 3000 miles and it still goes straight as an arrow. Motor Car Mall was trying to get me to do additional work that was not needed and I think the extra 'classic car' fee was because it has fresh paint. I don't think they remember, but they did a lot of work on a Dart Swinger of mine years back including multiple wheel alignments. They should really rethink their policy on this. In my opinion, this is a classic example of a shop that does too much insurance work. They start to believe that over charging for everything is just normal. I would recommend finding a shop that does not do insurance work if you are paying cash. It keeps things more ethical I think. Sorry Mike and Brandon.
