Broke down in a U-Haul 1 mile west of this shop because someone tried to cut out my catalytic converter in Albuquerque while moving across the country. Was able to get to the shop (with ear plugs) and they were able to fix it entirely in about 1 1/2 hours on a Sunday morning. Owner called me the next day to make sure everything was ok. Best customer service I have ever seen in a repair shop.

Our battery light came on as we were driving down interstate 40 on our way to Albuquerque from Houston. The radio screen in the car started flashing and the engine started to sound weird I was terrified for my family as we prayed to just make it to the next exit! We were so grateful to make it to Wagon Wheel Tire & Auto where we were greeted by Charles. He helped to find the problem and connected us with another mechanic who would help us out faster than he could (they were backed up about three days ) He got a battery for us, replaced it and did a full diagnostic on our issue. I AM SO GRATEFUL FOR CHARLES AND THIS MECHANIC SHOP. Thank you Charles for helping us out in what could have been one of the scariest moments for our family!

Called the shop inquired about a trailer tire I needed they had it in stock. The gentleman on the phone was very curtios. Told them where I was told him I would see them soon. As soon as I arrived I was greeted nicely. Pricing is fair and the service excellent. Thanks for the speedy repair so I could continue on my way back to Washington state.

We broke down at a gas station, Pete showed up and quickly identified the problem and worked expeditiously to get us back on the road. Additionally, Pete went above and beyond the next morning by attempting to locate parts that we needed for the truck. He even followed up with us to provide suggestions for the future. Can t thank Pete enough for his service and can t recommend him enough for anyone needing a tow or service in the area.

Awful customer service. Every time I call for some work they act like they are booked. I will never come here since every time I call to have my only vehicle worked on, I have to do it myself because they are "too booked" and don't "Work on Japanese vehicles." Terrible. Starting to wonder if they are even ASE techs. I am disappointed as people at work "recommend" this place to me. They don't know cars. They just know fleet and American brands. Unprofessional and not productive. I would not trust them to work on a lawnmower.

So Wagon Wheel saved me immensely today. I was driving cross country from Washington to Texas when my tired just started losing air after I ran over something on the road. Luckily I was only 4 miles away from Wagon wheel because my spare tire was almost completely flat as well. The shop is small but the two gentlemen helped me out super quickly and had the tire I needed. It literally took 30 minutes to be in and out and on my way. I don't know what I would have done if I wasn't by their shop. Super friendly employees and I am very grateful for their help today.

These guys are highly recommended by me and my staff. Every customer that has been helped by Wagon Wheel has been very happy with the experience. They are a great place to do business with and they are very experienced. I know first hand that they care about customers. I own a shop and its not common for shop owners to give the competition good reveiws but I feel that if deserved they should be pointed out for their good work and the way they take care of people. So thank you Pete, Charles and the guys at Wagon Wheel for all you do to take care of people on the road traveling and the locals that just need your help every now and then. Recommended by Coast2Coast Automotive, Performance and Tires.

My family and I had a blowout on I40 less than 3 miles from this Garage, traveling from Southern AZ to Northern Oklahoma. The tire tread completely separated. And to make matters worse, our spare tire was only partially inflated. Wagon Wheel was in the right place at the right time or should I say, WE were in the right place. The tread caused damaged to brake pads and cables. We ended up purchasing 2 new tires for fear of a repeat down the road. As far the other damage, the guy took it upon himself to fix our problem at no charge. However, were so pleased with our service we left him with a very nice gratuity. Very, very nice gentlemen. My fianc�e said "those dudes are so awesome. I'm so glad we came across them."Very satisfied customers. Highest of recommendations.

These guys really helped us out of a bind when our moving truck broke down. We were super impressed by their professionalism. Mike our tow guy really went the extra mile. He even took us to get a lock and delivered us to our hotel. Thanks so much Wagon Wheel Towing!

Awesome service. They went above and beyond in several ways to help me and my family when we needed it. When our Jeep died with our travel trailer in tow they let us stay in our trailer on their property for a couple days, and helped us as we looked for a new tow vehicle. I would recommend these guys to anyone. Thank you to the whole crew at Wagon Wheel.

We had a tire blow out a mile outside Moriarty, NM during a 2000+ mile road trip last week. Our insurance arranged for Wagon Wheel to come help, and they were fast, friendly, and even able to bring a new tire out to us (instead of towing us into town). We were on the road again in less than an hour after they were contacted! I was so happy with them that I looked them up online to write this review now that we're home. :)

When our RV tire blew on I40, these guys came to the rescue. Their roadside service truck was well equipped, basically a garage on wheels. They helped put our spare on and reviewed our existing tires. Family owned, quick and professional.

Our U-Haul broke down 55 miles north of Las Vegas, New Mexico. Wagon Wheel was the only towing company that would come get us on a Sunday night. They were super friendly and helpful! They did a wonderful job of keeping us posted on the progress of the repair. They even went out of their way to plug our deep freeze in overnight in their shop. They had our U-Haul repaired by 12:00 the next day! Thank you Mike, Charles and Pete!!

Wagon Wheel Towing was by far the best road side repair service I've had. My rental truck blew a tire, which was so severe it damaged the hull (and cargo) of the truck. Charles and his staffer came out promptly, and efficiently changed multiple tires, and performed emergency surgery on the truck. In under 3 hours, we were back up and running on our cross country voyage.I was thoroughly impressed with their customer service and knowledge. If you have the misfortune of needing their services, you can't do better than these guys. Highly recommend them.

Wagon Wheel is the best road service! They saved us on I-40 East. We blew out a dually on our Motorhome. They were there in 30 minutes with new tire and fixed it. The blow out did damage to our coach wiring and exhaust system. They got the wiring taped up and did surgery on the exhaust system so we could be on our way. They followed us a ways to make sure we were okay. As we continued we broke down again and Charles talked us through some trouble shooting going on with our Motorhome. As we were closer to Santa Rosa at this point he referred us to Ortega Towing and said if they can't get us towed he and Mike would come get us. Ortega helped us but Charles would check in to make sure we were okay. We can't thank Wagon Wheel; Charles and Mike enough for helping us on our travels.If you have car problems you can't go wrong calling Wagon Wheel. They truly care and again Thank You for being there Charles & Mike! Highly recommend.

We were quoted 45-60 minutes, and they showed up in 40 in the middle of nowhere, it was awesome. They fixed us up real quick and we were on our way. They even offered us water on this super hot day. Great experience despite the shittiness of a flat tire.

THE VERY BEST!! We called AAA when we had problems with our RV on I-40 about 25 miles from Moriarty, NM. Charles, the owner drove to where we were broken down to let us know a tow truck from Wagon Wheel Towing was on the way. Charles talked with my husband until the tow truck arrived. Charles was very honest and professional. Unfortunately, he was booked up and could not service our RV due his business overload. However, he had someone from his business to tow our RV to another reputable mechanic. I highly recommend Wagon Wheel Towing for honest, professional, and courteous service!Beth and Greg Thomas - North Carolina

Even through a severe thunderstorm...Charlie was prompt and very helpful. We followed him back to his garage @ midnight with our rental moving truck and he was able to repair the cargo lights and have us back on the road safely in less than 45 minutes.

These guys could not have been more helpful. Our motorhome broke down directly across from their garage. They were prompt, knew what needed to be done, (my husband is knowledgeable in rv repair) , very through . Thanks to Good Sam for contacting Wagon Wheel.

I was riding my bicycle from Moriarty, N.M., heading to the East Coast when I had a flat tire and no repair kit (my bad). Had to spend the night out under a blanket of beautiful stars waiting for the station to open the next morning. The station opened at 8:00am. I asked them if they had a patch they could sell to me. Not only did they have a patch and some glue, they didn't charge me for it and then they offered to give me a ride to where my bicycle was, which was about two miles east of the station. They came through with flying colors and I would recommend this station to anyone. Steven Parker: South Carolina

So, Flying C Ranch? Who has heard of this place? It was a blessing to break down there. I came in what I thought was on fire. In tow, a 20 foot cargo trailor, 2 kids, 2 dogs and a bearded dragon. I blew the barrings on my trailor tire. I had no experience in this. I DID NOT prepare for a long road trip due to being under educated. Wagon Wheel Towing came to my rescue. I called them and the driver was 60 miles away and wasn't sure of his inventory. He knew he had some parts but wasn't sure if he had all of them. One thing he was POSITIVE of? He was not under any circumstance leaveing us out there. Broken down with no way to even move. He showed up 2 hours later, as soon as he could, with all of the parts I needed accept the trailor brake. Which was fine because its a dbl axel trailor and has 3 other breaks. It took him one hour. He made a total repair in the gas station parking lot with zero hesitation or complaint. It was around 110 degrees that day. $278 later The kids and I were on our way. We drove about 10 miles then pulled off a rest stop to check the repair. It was perfect. All of the sudden our repairman pulls in. He also checked it. He said," looks good"! I said omg! Thank you for stopping and checking on us. Awesome!! Well priced!!! Very efficient quality work!! GREAT customer service. Thank you Wagon Wheel. Special thanks to my repairman who's name I don't recall. Traveling mom with heavy load.

Fast and friendly service, Mike towed me to Albuquerque at the drop of a hat at the end of the day on a Friday. Was really friendly and good company in the tow truck and we felt safe as well. Very highly recommended!

Had some car trouble on a cross-country roadtrip and this place really came in handy! Although they were too busy to actually repair my car, the mechanic diagnosed the issue free of charge and directed me to another place. So grateful for their help!!

Of all days to get a blown tire was on the 4th of July near Moriarty, NM. We crawled into the first exit and called 911 and they routed us to Wagon Wheel towing. Although he was very busy, he was able to grind off fender wells and install two new tires to get us on our way to Denver City the next day. We appreciate his willingness to help us out.

Had a blowout just before reaching I-40 on 285. Replaced the broken tire with the spare and drove to the gas station at the interchange. Lady in the gas station told me to go 10 mi west on I-40 to Wagon Wheel. Drove the 10 mi and saw the exit for Wagon Wheel. Took it and followed the road to their shop. Nicest two guys working the place. They dropped everything they were working on to help me. They had a replacement tire, installed it, and assessed what the problem was that caused the blowout (not normal wear). In a pinch, these guys came to my rescue. Wagon Wheel Towing earns my highest recommendation.

We pulled in thinking we needed an alignment, but the friendly mechanics at Wagon Wheel Tire and Automotive washed all of the mud out of our wheels and charged us a fair price. They had us back on the road in less than an hour.
