Great customer service! Everyone at Unique Enterprises is easy to talk to and very helpful. They were happy and fun to be around. I d give them more than 5 Stars if I could. I bought a 2014 Ford F-150 XLT Crew Cab 2WD. The price was reduced and they gave me an additional discount. I got a great deal and we love the truck. Although the truck is used, they still offered to help make any repairs that may be needed to make it right for me. Happily there were no problems and the limit warranty was not needed. Solid truck! I would recommend Unique Enterprise for anyone looking for a reasonable deal on a great vehicle. Careful, you ll want to hang out longer with them and there s a big jar of M&Ms.

Spoke to the sales person about a vehicle we were looking to purchase and one of the responses the person gave us about the purchasing process was completely dishonest. We then called and asked to speak with the sales manager and he wasn't in when we called. Left a message for him to call us back and never got a return call. After reading many of the reviews here we're glad we went to another dealership to buy a car. Will tell everyone I know to avoid this place.

I'm giving this company a 5 star review because I know they have had reputation issues in the past that have been corrected. They have a different shop that now works on and inspects the vehicles. This insures that they want to sell the best used vehicles that they can. The owners of this company are honest people. They are no longer associated with 8 to 8 from what I have been told so rest assured they are 2 different businesses. Unique enterprises is a good place to look for a used car or truck. when buying a used vehicle it is always good to get a warranty even for the extra expense. If the vehicle is 99% reliable this means at some time something will fail it happens even on brand new vehicles. That 1% that you may have to get repairs done will make it worth while to have the warranty. They are working towards having a great reputation and appreciate your business. If for any reason you go there to buy a vehicle and have anything other that a great experience please let me know and I will edit my review appropriately.

I am a new customer to unique enterprises so I wasn't sure what to expect, especially after my negative experience at s particular large Albuquerque dealers. The price of the vehicle I purchased was definitely fair. The amount they offered me was also fair. The best thing is I didn't need to haggle with the salesman, Ryan. After Ryan told me the price and the amount for my trade I accepted on the spot. We immediately started paperwork. When I got home I noticed the check engine light illuminated. I called Ryan and he immediately scheduled an appointment for the vehicle to be fixed. Bottom line: Ryan, thank you for your outstanding customer service, AND the no haggle way you conducted your business. You made this a extremely positive experience for my family and I.

Drove down last weekend because the trucks advertised on their website was what we were looking for. Got there and not one of the 4 trucks was out on the lot, we were told they were at the shop being looked over before being put out for sale. Salesman says he had a truck that fit more of what we were looking for at the shop if we wanted to go see it and decide. We go, it is not ready for test drive, but mechanic says it would be ready to go Thursday. I make an appointment so that we could test drive it, set up for my mechanic to accompany us and planned my day around the entire thing only to have a phone call letting me know truck was sold. Why make an appointment with potential buyers if you are not going to honor it? Did the dealership call to ask if we were interested because they had a buyer? No. Did they ask if we had the finances taken care of to make the purchase? No, and yes we were all taken care of. I had fully intended on purchasing the truck if we were given the okay from our mechanic. I was also looking at purchasing a truck for myself, but did not share that information with them because I wanted to see how they treated my father. Needless to say, we will not be recommending a car ride out to see inventory. After reading reviews, I see this deal falling through just may be a blessing in disguise.

Really great people! They worked with us to get a payment we were comfortable with and gave us a great value on our trade. In this market we didn't expect to be greeted with such good numbers, I recommend stopping in if you're looking for a used vehicle. It's worth it!

Tried getting a truck worth about 13 to 14 thousand the down payment was 10% which I had and my credit score was 776 but what they told me was, there was more money come out from my bank then going in. First time I ever heard that from car dealer usually they would ask for a cosigner or more money for a down payment just didn't know why I didn't get it or they could have explain a little better why. Maybe they didn't like the color of my skin or where I come from.

This was my first experience with purchasing a vehicle at Unique Enterprises. I was extremely pleased with the sales staff I worked with. I have to admit that I was a little skeptical at first buying a car from a small independent dealership but after taking the test drive, asking several questions and knowing their length of time in business, I was sold. I had a couple of issues with the car that I wanted taken care of and they were resolved immediately and to my complete satisfaction. I have recommended Unique Enterprises to several of my friends and I would not hesitate in returning to purchase another vehicle for myself.Thanks for all your help and support....Best Regards, Dave

My experience with Unique Enterprises and their staff is continual and doesn't just end at buying the car. I was very pleased with how wonderful each employee is and how helpful they will be even if they are not your direct salesperson. We purchased a vehicle from them in January of this year (2014) and they have contacted me to see how the van was running and wished me well wishes during holidays! This dealership is very unique and I would recommend them to anyone for the purchase of their next vehicle! Thank you Unique Enterprises and all of your staff for such a pleasant experience!

Ed, Jeremy and Santiago are all amazing they all make the buying experience amazing lots of laughs and no BS!! They sell quality trucks. We will continue to buy our vehicles from them. We have bought 3 vehicles from Unique and with each one we have been treated with respect and dignity. They have worked with us and we feel have given us a fair deal with each purchase. They make you feel like family...some times we just stop in to say hi!!!! I would recommend Unique to anyone who is looking to purchase a car, they are honest and stand behind their name. We had a great experience here. This was the fourth vehicle I've purchased and by far the best experience I've had. I had been watching internet listings for ~2 months and visited a couple dealers in town. We decided to drive out from Albuquerque, because they had the best listed price I had seen. The sales personal were very helpful and not pushy. They also had an area with small chairs and toys for our two children, which was very helpful. Their license & registration fee was lower than the other dealers I had checked out and no other fees.I will definitely go back when I need another vehicle.

I bought a Ford F-150 4x4 a year ago and it had 212 mile on it and I still have it. I had a few minor problems at first but the dealer ship stood behind their product and fix the few problems and I haven t had any problems since. Great customer service. I would recommend this car lot to everyone. In fact I plan on buying another truck soon from them.

They don't tell you ahead of time the there adding an extended warranty (liberty shield) the is really high priced and when you get to use it it doesn't cover the cost of the repairs like it supposed to just a bad experience overall. Not with the people at the dealership.P.s. i do love my pick up tho.

We have purchased two vehicles from Kurt at Unique Automotive. We also purchased the extended warranty for each vehicle due to our previous experiences in purchasing used vehicles from other used vehicle lots. All used vehicles will have "pre-existing conditions", hence the reasoning for purchasing an extended warranty. We had to replace bearings and hub assembly in our 2004 Ford Super Duty in the first year of owning that we did not submit a claim for because that is not covered under warranty & is considered general wear & tear, no big deal, the cons of buying used. But when a turbo went out in our used 2014 Ford King Ranch Super Duty in only 4 months of purchasing the truck we did submit a claim to the warranty company. We were denied coverage through Red Shield due to the "pre-existing condition" clause in the extended warranty contract. Kurt with Unique went to bat for us to be sure the warranty company backed the warranty we purchased and challenged the warranty company for us until they agreed to cover the replacement of the turbo. Kudos and many thanks to Kurt for fighting for us and standing up to the warranty company. Unfortunately there is a portion of the cost that the warranty company is not covering so we will have to cover almost half of the cost. Another unfortunate twist to the story is that the mechanic shop that was once associated to Unique Auto Sales is now under different ownership and is no longer a sister company to Unique Auto Sales. The mechanic shop did nothing to assist us even though they were the mechanic who inspected the vehicle and serviced the vehicle before we purchased and during the warranty diagnosis. This battle has made us think again about buying used. Maybe it's time to go back to buying new vehicles with full coverage warranties.

Seriously hands down best car dealership I've ever been to. They are so polite and are not pushy like most other dealers. I started shopping for a car in Albuquerque but got very frustrated when I couldn't even look at the car I wanted because the dealers were so set on getting me in a car out of my price range. So I decided to shop closer to home and it was so worth it. The staff is very knowledgeable about the cars and are always there to help you when you need it. I am now a devoted costumer to Unique Enterprises. Since finding them I have purchased 3 cars from them with the best deals in the state. Give them a try, you won't find a better dealership in a hundred mile radius.

These are great down home folks that deal the way dealerships should deal with folks. They are great and helped me when I was in a real jam! 3 weeks after our purchase the water pump went out, something they could have never know would happen, but they took care of it and it was done in the same day and cost me nothing! I made an offer on an 08' Tundra via e-mail, received a phone call from a Salesman named Art a few days later. He said he would check with the Manager and see if my offer will be accepted. The following day I got a call saying he discussed it with the manager and my offer was approved and a Purchase Agreement was drawn up and e-mailed to me for approval and payment. I e-mailed back and asked them to fix a few clerical errors and to add the credit card fee of $150.00 then send me a revised agreement. They did, the problem arose when I requested that once I made the payment that the Title be overnighted to me (I am 2000 miles away) so I could get the Truck Registered in my home State prior to picking it up. I got a call from Kurt the Manager and said he would have to discuss it with the owner. A few hours later Kurt called again and said he they believed they could get more for the Truck and claimed he did not have time to review the offer and backed out of the deal altogether! Remember I had already been sent a Purchase Agreement with the final amounts, the vehicle Info etc. and I was ready to make the full payment, Very Unprofessional! The only reason I did not give them 1 Star is because everybody I spoke to was friendly and responsive and at least Kurt did have the guts to call me formally rather than blowing me off once they lost interest. Still once you make an Agreement and then back out the following day because you "believe you could get more locally" shows you cannot be trusted.

They will rip you off. I had a bad bad experience with them. Don't trust them. I regret giving them my business. The salesman gave me a price that included tax, title, license and gap insurance. When I got dropped off there to finalize the sale they told me that it was not included and I had to pay extra. Also I found out that the truck had been wrecked before and they never advised me of it. I will never give them my business again nor will I refer anyone to them.

I just wanted to Thank You for all your help, great service and for always going above and beyond to make sure I got into the perfect vehicle for my needs. LOVE IT !!! This is my 4th vehicle I have purchased from Unique. Patrick, Mr. Ness, Dean and the entire staff are always very helpful, patient and honest. I have always been extremely satisfied with the service and the vehicles. You have Always made sure the vehicles are running properly and have done many repairs to make sure I am not stranded if something has gone wrong. So when I was in the market for another vehicle, I didnt think twice before I came back to you for another one. I have told family and friend to shop there first when they are looking for a vehicle and will continue. Just sent my roommate today.. looks like he is on his way to a purchase as well. Thank You all again!

my grandson bought a truck from this dealership and I have had it 4 months and it has been in the shop more than 7 times and still doesn't run right. he has taken it to there shop repeatedly only to have the same issue come back shortly after driving it home. he has 5 children and has to miss work over and over again. I will never purchase or recommend this dealership to no one.

Bought a truck from them and was promised by the owner that they were a christian family and that they stamd by there inventory!! Well a month did nit pass and i had had to pay a mechanic shop 400 dollard to change out the front seals of the diffirential and then another 300 to change the transmission and oil cooler lines. When i bought the truck i did not realize rill later that the shocks were shot so i go over there to the dealer ajd show him my receipts and was told they wint honir it because i did not call them and this happened prior to 500 miles they suck dont buy from them

This is an indepentant dealership that specializes in great used vehicles. Because they can take the time to locate the vehicles that they want to offer for sale they have already done the research for you. Dean & Patrick seach out those vehicles that they want to stand behind after the sale, no problem vehicles here. So you can buy with trust that you are getting a good vehicle at a fair price. There isn't any sales pressure and if they don't have the vehicle that you want they'll go find it for you. We just purchased the 4th vehicle for our family from these folks and will keep coming back because they have treated us right. We keep telling our friends that this the place where they need to go when they need a car or truck.

Great car at a great price. In and out with paperwork, they allowed us to take the car to our mechanic so we knew what was happening with it. After it was all done we got three free flashlights.

Horrible! Vehicle was filthy had not been detailed, vehicle broke down two days after purchase, dealer refused to warranty the vehicle by way of refund. No service after sale, u buy it your stuck with it!
