We have had the opportunity to work with the Moriarity RV service crew twice now for repairs and improvements on our Nash 18FM. They have been more than helpful, have provided excellent and impeccable service as well as gone out of their way to ensure our understanding and satisfaction with their work. Valerie even met us when the shop was closed for the holidays so we could pick up our RV for a trip. Everyone we have worked or spoken with there has been extremely professional. We highly recommend.

I had a electrical problem with my AF 25W and called for advice. Kevin put TJ on the phone and he walked me through some checks and I was able to fix it. Big thumbs up to these guys!

We've been RVing for 20+ years and have never had such a positive experience with a RV dealership. No pressure, just great information, and guidance. Kevin was beyond patient answering all our questions, and follow-up questions. We live in Arizona, but won't be going anywhere else for service or our next RV!

I've owned a number of RV's. Now I'm downsizing to the smallest full featured 2 person trailer I could find. I couldn't believe it when I settled on a Little Guy Mini and there was a dealer 30 minutes away. Score! And the folks at RVSalesNM were just awesome. I got a great unit and great prices on the new one and my trade. And no, I'm not related to Valerie or Jeanette, I just think they're awesome to deal with (and I've dealt with some horrible big dealers). I'll post some better pictures from the road.

We were travelling in our RV and had a small issue with connections for our trailer brakes, after trying many other places who didnt want to help or even look at our issue, these guys did and had it fixed in 30mins, very helpful and very fair prices.Highly recommend

If you are ever going to purchase an RV this is the place. Valerie and Jeanette are the best service and sales women we have ever experienced in our lives. They care about every detail of your wishes but most of all they are straightforward, totally honest, never pushy. Along with Clayton, the general manager, the team is flawless. We bought a 2020 Arctic Fox 27-5L and we have taken it out twice and we're loving it. We are very happy about our purchase. This is our 3rd (and final) fifth-wheel. We love the quality of this RV and it pulls very well behind our F250.Valerie from RV Sales was AWESOME, we loved the service we received from her and her team. She made this purchase the easiest, no hassle, no back and forth haggling. It was a really great experience and a first for us. If we ever have to purchase another RV, this is where we are going and we recommend RV Sales to anyone that is looking for a good quality RV and great service.

It has taken me a couple of days to write this review. I wanted to come up with the right words to show my appreciation for this business "no Family". I was treat treated like "family". They truly care about each person walking in and especially when they walk out. Everyone is so knowledgeable and kind. Took time very personable.. even with clearly busy. They Installed a WDH so I would be safe. Fixed all the little items. Removed things I didn't want. Even had TJ drive to my home in Alb. to show me how to work my generator. I am so very thankful and blessed to have met such an amazing team. And a shout out to Avl for patiently showing me how to back up. I am extremely happy with my Toy Hauler. Continued Blessing. T

My recent experience at RV Sales was a very positive one. The owner and staff are friendly and knowledgeable. My issues were addressed immediately by the service manager and owner leaving me feeling that I was in good hands. I found the service techs to be quite skilled. All in all this is just a Great Team at RV Sales. I highly recommend this dealership.

We bought our brand new Arctic Fox 2018 27-5L here & love it. Everyone we dealt with were so wonderful to us. Took care of all our questions & our needs. They didn't pressure us into buying. We went there to look at a certain model & they showed us that one & a few other ones to compare. They let us take our time to look around. The purchasing part was so easy too & after the final walk through they took care of the few little things that needed attention. I want to thank you all for the great service you provide us. We purchased a new Nash travel trailer from RV Sales. Working with this family run business was a pleasure during the entire process. They showed tremendous patience answering numerous questions (it's my first trailer). They followed through on their promises. And they were always friendly and accommodating. Rv Sales did great job installing topper and soft start on my 2022 Arctic fox. Good prices and really nice people to deal with. I definitely will be back when I need work done. Bonus was they have a little Rv park next to there store so they picked it up and delivered back and hooked it all up. Thank so much.

Took my fifth wheel/toy hauler in to pack the bearings before a trip to Silverton. These folks were so accommodating and friendly! They got the job done before any place else around here would even think about putting me on their schedule. I'm reluctant to reveal a hidden local gem (kinda like finding a good babysitter...you keep it to yourself), but I have to recommend them highly to my fellow RVers. Their parts and accessory inventory is also awesome. You won't regret the trip to Moriarty if you need parts or service for your rig.

Valerie and team went ABOVE AND BEYOND as an RV dealership. We drove from Phoenix to pick up our Northwood Arctic Fox 29-5K. They had us stay 2 nights at their RV park and fixed EVERYTHING we needed. Being new to a 5th wheel, TJ went over how to hook up/unhook. Clay was gracious enough to ride with us till we felt comfortable towing our new RV. We left happy campers and confident to tow our new rig. We recommend RV Sales to anyone! Side note- the couple staying next to us were on their 14th RV from there. That confirms how loyal and happy their customers are. We will be back!!

The worked on our Excel Fifthwheel for big maintenance. Replaced our axels, got us a new hydraulic system and more maintenance to keep us on the road. We are happy campers.

Delighted with the entire experience! Friendly and helpful staff accommodated every need and even adjusted their work schedule to deliver ahead of an incoming storm. Extra effort was made to assure I could tow a large travel trailer safely. I couldn t be happier with the staff and the exceptional service provided. I left feeling like a friend and part of the family. I ll be back for my next RV and highly recommend RV Sales in Moriarty, NM.

Joy has been great! It's unusual for an rv dealer to have great SERVICE. Most will service only if they sold it and even then it's a chore. But RV Sales in Moriarty is astonishingly great at service!

Highly recommend this company. Friendly and Knowledgeable Staff. The best customer service I have ever received at any RV dealer. Helped me to troubleshoot my water tank issue and we got it fixed with just a single part instead of replacing the entire heater. Thank you!

This is our third 5th wheel since our retirement started eight years ago. We constantly repaired the first two everytime we used them. RV SALES found us an Arctic Fox (and they are hard to find!). It is solid, durable, and very comfortable!RV SALES was the absolute best in seeing to our every need with kindness that is hard to find these days. They had a place to stay, with full hook-ups for a couple of nights, with a technician ready to help us at anytime. Awesome!This is the best dealership we have ever encountered! Thank you for being so good to us!

Five Stars doesn't even come close to the level of attention to detail this dealership has going for it. Melody helped me find parts for my Arctic Fox when no one else was willing to go the extra mile. This is what customer service is at it's upmost top tier ! ! !I highly recommend everyone give them I call if you need help !

I would give them 10 stars if I could! Everyone at the store was amazing and so helpful. We had some issues with our trailer while towing and they took care of us and saved our road trip. Hands down the best customer service I have ever received at any RV dealer. I will do everything I can to go to them for all my RV needs and you should too! You can tell they really care about their customers, even ones that may just be passing through.

RV Sales did an amazing job on our 5th wheel! Our rubber roof was damaged and they did a fantastic job replacing the roof with a more durable roofing material. They were even willing to work with our insurance company and made the process really easy. They are always friendly and honest about the work and have very reasonable prices. I would recommend them to anyone who needs parts or work done on a camper.

Our Nash required repair of some molding that had come loose during a camping trip and Valerie and her team were able to get us in and on the road again within a week despite heavy traffic at her shop. RV sales is customer service oriented, responsive and thorough. This is an excellent business that has exceeded our expectations! Wonderful experience.

We purchased a 2011 Excel Winslow and wanted an extra awning installed. Jeanette stayed after the manufacturer who was really dragging their feet shipping out what we were told was an in stock item. She called daily to find out why it wasn't shipped out yet. We finally agreed to tell the manufacturer to cancel the order from a month prior. Mysteriously they shipped the awning the very next day! We are waiting for it to arrive now and hope it is recieved in good condition and what Jeanette ordered for us. Jeanette is a super nice and efficient Lady and our thanks go out to her as well as Valerie the owner for staying on top of our needs very efficiently. We are excited about finally getting our Excel after over a months wait for the new awning to ship. Like alot of things right now the supplier is very slow to ship out orders because of staff shortage and product availability. Thanks to Jeanette for staying on top of this for us. We are really impressed with the service we have recieved at RV Sales in Moriarty NM. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Thanks, David and Jan McCann.
