They had exactly what we needed. The perfect size convex mirror for us. The mirror on the rental truck just blew off today while we were driving down the road. We still have to drive about 2000 miles. We really needed a mirror. The business looks small like they wouldn't have what we needed. We were wrong! The staff were very helpful & friendly. Thanks Napa Auto Parts, you saved our day!

This place is ridiculous employee smelled of alcohol and rude along with no customer service. And the color of the bolt does not determine the grade of the bolt as one employee stated that is how he knows the grade is by color. Lack of Service and help. Buddy system can only help for so long. I would expect more from a small town but I guess when you have money you don't need customers.

This parts store in Moriarty carries a wide variety of quality tools and auto parts. The store is easy to find, clean, and well organized. The employees are very helpful and accommodating (if they do not have something in stock, they can usually order and have it the next day). They are open 6 days a week, so it's convenient to stop by and purchase what you need to. Prices are comparable to similar stores in the area.

Passing through on my way from Tennessee to Arizona. Stopped for gas at a nearby Circle K. Tensioner and serpentine belt gave out on my truck. Stranded 1100 miles from home and 600 miles from my destination, I called in hopes they would have the parts. Not only did they have them, they brought me the parts I needed to the gas station I was stranded at!! 10 stars across the board for you guys customer service and going well above and beyond to get me back on the road!! Thank you guys so much!! I couldn t be more grateful!

One of our drivers was stranded in Moriarty, NM and Chuck and his staff were absolutely amazing in helping him get the parts and tools he needed to get back on the road! We are beyond grateful for people like him and his staff.

I had to take a day to reflect on what truly transpired on Monday July 17thI'm a TRUCKER from a small town in North East Pennsylvania who works for a TRUCKING company I empathize these words because our team has diverse backgrounds and to get to the point just a bunch of good Ole boys who grew up fixing their own problems well when you get towed into a truck stop days from home what do you do.I had an exhaust clamp break causing super heated exhaust from the turbo dump into the engine compartment and melt coolant lines and an air line.This happened on interstate 40 on Saturday on Monday morning I walked in to this business from the TA truck stop looking for a way to band-aid the plastic oem part coolant lines to heat the Def tank that in summer is not needed. I originally asked the owner Chuck for an expansion plug he didn't have the proper size but also automatically I could tell he wasn't satisfied with this fix and asked what it was for. So I showed him the picture attached and he said give me a few minutes I got tools in my truck you don't want that to come apart again and he drove me back the 2 miles and pulled the fitting from the engine block so we could bring it back and figure out what would be the best way to plug the line that's not needed in warm weather. He suggested to tap internal pipe threads in the brass fitting and install a pipe plug. I said sounds great that will last till winter. He then gave me some tools and sent me back to the truck stop with a female employee who has the voice of a country singer and men beware she carries a bigger knife on her hip than you. Between her and Chuck multiple rides to the store and the truck stop 25$ fixed 600$ Worth of dealer only parts. I'm more than compelled by this man and his employees generosity this is what real Americans are and believe me I will pass it forward and if you ever get in town don't hesitate to let Chuck know that Joe from Hagy Trucking in Whitehaven Pennsylvania said that there are not enough stars for what the did.SincerelyJoe Amoroso

Not bad for a small town. Limited on selection because of location and small town. The manager Chuck shouldn't be bring beer in to the store which customers ate presents or at all for that matter. Very unprofessional.

Best hardware store in Moriarty, New Mexico! In fact, probably the best in the entire area. They don't always have everything you need, but the try. Seems like a nice little family business. Always try to be helpful.

They agree to something & then don't follow through. The sales associate is rude & hangs up on customers. I spoke to owner & had an understanding that something would be done & it was not. This place has lost my business

Excellent customer service- I wish I paid attention to the young womans name who helped me replace a bulb in my taillight- she was awesome- found the bulb and showed me how to replace it. 5 stars for her for sure!

I called three places for two deep cycle batteries but I thought I would give my business to Napa. I was on the phone for 20 minutes and the lady that helped me couldn't even find it. You need knowledgeable people there Chuck.

Nice small town service and great knowledge. They make every effort to help you resolve your questions and search for parts. They are couple of bucks higher then in town yet they have to have all parts brought out to them so for the price I would rather deal with them and get the right better quality part then run back miles to town every time a cheaper part store goofs on the part of the Chinese parts fails. I have had good luck with napa parts. What is more important to you finding the cheapest parts or parts designed to work properly. Thanks All there for helping me this week on a couple of vehicles issues and explaining to me waiting a day for a much better quality part was the better choice on my fummins. SSG.Bo.Retired.

Seems like everytime I go to this store there rude and cant help what so ever. I'm not sure if there just incompetent or morons. Definitely will make the drive to Albuquerque instead of dealing with these people.

Was very disappointed that employees where not wearing mask as required by state of NM. Even told a customer that walked in one not needed even though sign on door stated wear a mask or get fined. Also did not have enough spark plugs that we needed.

The worst customer service ever left me on hold for 25 minutes on my way to the store i get in the store and there is no customers in the store the whole time im still on hold waiting to talk to someone while im in the store getting the parts i need

Great service by the folks behind the counter. They have lots of automotive knowledge. And if they don't have it they will order it for you by the next day.
