The most amazing set of guys!!! our bus broke down on the side of the highway in the middle of no where New Mexico. We were there for 9 hours in below freezing weather and eventually had to get it towed. THESE GUYS RIGHT HERE. Almost 3 full days in the shop at JW Semi Truck Repair and they saved our bus and us. They drove us around and picked us up from hotels for 3 days since we couldn t do ANYTHING. Replaced our starter, fuel pump, sensors, cleaned up our batteries and got our bus up and running for a great price!! Special shout-out to the Sweetest group of guys. If you ever need help in NM these are your men!

Caught in a snow storm between Albuquerque and Moriarty NM for hours, a few lights came on the Class A. Reviews were good, so upon reaching an exit into Moriarty we turned up, The shop manager Eric Wilkes, was very helpful, we weren t in a rush, and the shop had prior work scheduled but were able to fit us in. Eric and his team were phenomenal in getting parts and completing the repairs. As well as checking a few extra items to ensure we were fully road worthy. Eric insisted we text on arrival at our destination, as we were entering a sparsely populated area. Highly recommend JW Semi Truck Repair!

Broke down on Friday evening and had my truck towed to JW Semi Truck Repair. Eric called me that evening to discuss things. They are closed on the weekend (understandable). First thing Monday morning he found the problem and got me back on the road by 10am. Picked me up at the Hotel also. Eric is a genuine guy and knowledgeable. He found the problem that could have taken another mechanic hours to diagnose. I highly recommend this garage to anyone in the area or if you are just passing through.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

We were having an issue with the DPF on our motorhome. Eric did a great job diagnosing the issue and getting us back on the road. I highly recommend JW Semi Truck Repair.

Eric and his crew were genuinely helpful, knowledgeable, and thorough ensuring to get me rolling safely again after needing some major repairs on my semi. Erik and Zach were amazing And saved us in only 2 hours. Usually they only do semi repair, but we were 530 miles from home and they did an awesome job cleaning out a filthy air filter in our RV. Stopped to have our diesel RV scanned when we were having problems. They diagnosed the problem and luckily it's an easy fix.Sign out front isn't great but would definitely recommend if you have problems.

ERIC is the freaking MAN! I m a travel nurse driving a school bus (skoolie) across country to a contract and i had been losing power with zero acceleration for 2 days when it finally just wouldn t go anymore. I had seen a mechanic in Oklahoma but he thought it was a fuel pump which was going to be several days that I couldn t afford. I originally was told that it wouldn t be until Monday that they could get to me (today is Friday) but after having exhausted all resources they actually called me back and said to bring it in and they would look at it. Eric had it diagnosed in about 7 minutes which ended up being a clogged water separator. He left to a local store and got the part then replaced it. It purred like a kitten when he finished. They saved my a$$. Oh and to top it off the price was INCREDIBLY fair with just labor and a single part. Highly highly recommend. Talked to the shop owner the whole time this was going on and he s also an interesting and awesome man. Stop here if you need anything at all. kudos!!

The guys are TOP notch got me in diagnose the problem pretty quick with a couple tests and a scan tool had it tore apart and serviced before the new part that was bad even got there. Lead me to a great towing company as they were johnny on the spot. When you are a owner operator time is money and these guys had my back. Thank You for everything and no lost loads and a great job and price.

We took our truck to them to be repaired, after good recommendations. The truck needed 2 injectors we chose to replace all 8 and told them this. They didn't return our phone calls. Today when my husband did talk to them he was told they pulled only 2 injectors, the truck was pushed outside and come get it then hung up on him. They charged us nearly $400 ($95.00 per hour).Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I had burned up spindle on trailer and I took it to this place. Eric and his team did an excellent job. We had yo wait for the axle surgeon for few days, but as soon as he finished his job, these guys completed the job very well quickly. Thank you Eric and team.

This guys wanted to charge me $2300 for just parts and when I called the dealer it was only $650 .RIP OFF and unprofessional. Of course i went to de dealer and part cost $660 and labor $1099 next day I was back in the road. Do your self a favor and run away from this crooked person . I had an AC problem that wasn't the AC itself. It was either electrical or body controller. Despite how busy they were they got me right in and diagnosed compressor not getting power. Took just a little while for them to track back the electrical problem ,fix , and clear the codes. Works great. They are a great bunch of mechanics- friendly and know their business..I'm keeping their number in case I have trouble with anything in that area again.Services: Electrical, Air conditioning

Had problems with my schooling over heating yesterday. Call them this morning and went there. They fixed the problem and gave a good price. You can see them doing the work and give you any information that you need to look at.They are great and glad I found them, so if you have any problems in the area they are the ones to call.Thanks again guys great service!

JW s offered wonderful service! Very professional, with excellent communication. Honest and accommodating, they even had someone stay late to open the gate for me. I tried another shop in Moriarty and they couldn t do the job, couldn t even find the problem. JW found it and fixed it. If you need a big truck repair shop- from Albuquerque to Santa Rosa - this is the one. If I could give them an extra star I would call it a Super Star. Broke down in Moriarty right by TA, took it in TA for repair (air leak). They said air compressor was good, They bypassed my dryer, could not find any leak yet my air was not building up. After 3�hrs they come back to me & tell me it is my air compressor. In the mean time I found this repair shop (JW seems repair) in less than �hr the mechanic found sure leak & fixed it in an hour...He is good at what he does & it did not cost me an arm & a leg.Fair, quick & fair cost.Thank you sir.

I'm an O/O and in Moriarty, NM there is only 1 place you should get your work done on your truck. JW truck repair. They are very professional and comparable with their price. I had to replace my turbo but when they test drove it, they found an injector that was bad too. Instead of sending me on my way, Jared called me and we got it fixed. I appreciate their honesty and haste on fixing my truck. When I had left, he gave me a little more info on what would need to be done when I got home and at what mileage to do some more work.Very knowledgeable group of guys. God forbid, but if I need work done in Moriarty ever again, it's a no brainer......I'm going to JW Semi Truck Repair. Thanks a million guys!!!! My truck is running great!

I was stuck for over a week waiting for my truck it didn't make it a mile out of town before I broke down again. The bill was 30% more than estimated without notification. Steer clear of this shop.Edit. You quoted around $900 the bill came to over 1,300 there was no call. You failed to tighten up a pressure fitting that blew off and yes you did come fix that. I dropped the truck off the Wednesday before Thanksgiving and got it back two days ago. I have the bill from the campground were I paid for a week and two days. Please try again.

It's good to know that there is a place to get repairs done correctly without the worry of the "let's try this and see if it fixes the problem". I trust this shop completely.

3/28/19 Had problems, they were courteous, knowledgeable, got the truck in Asap. After reading the other reviews I didn't ask price, just said Fix It. Work was done, price was reasonable, truck is back on the road. Good Job. They are on my companies list in case we are in the area and need help.

Went in for a broken water belt not only did they fix it they found all my coolant leaks and fixed all my other coolant leaks and they went all the way down Albuquerque to get more parts and hoses for me and did not charge me extra! Will come back

When you're on the road and broke down, you can expect to be taken advantage of. Not so with these boys. They'll get you going at a good price. Thanks guys for getting my motorhome fixed in a timely maner! If I could I'd give you extra stars.From Kentucky Thanks

What are the best mechanics around very friendly and very helpfulwe lost the water pump replace that the next morning we lost the ECM these guys were on top of everything very knowledgeable of a cat and other motors definitely approve of their mechanics in their skills in their knowledge and their kindness at the and not only that they stand behind work which most shops do not after you leave this shop in my opinion is top notch
