Love these people. They were so helpful when my tire shredded on Hwy 40, my jack failed, and everything went to HELL. They stayed on the phone, checked availability, then stayed open late to make sure we were safe on the road again. Thank you!

They were more than happy to sell me a tire and charge me $200+ but are not good enough to repair the valve stem that leaks (they also did the tire that now leaks) They apologized and did what they could to make it right

I always promote good business's. I recomend truck driver's come here for any tire repair. It will save time & money waiting 15 mint done for paching within 45 mint.Owner of the shop is realy good guy .Low price for repair , used tire or brand new tire. I suggest truck driver come to the shop if you need tire repair.

With only one person working we were still taken care of. We came in with 4 trailer tires needing new rims. The wait time was about 2 1/2 hours. There were several vehicles in front of us. The man was quick in getting each job done and did it right.

Had a tire blow while on the I40 East traveling from California to Tennessee. Called JR'S and we were in and out within 45 minutes. Friendly, quick, and reasonable prices. What else could you ask for?

Late on a Saturday afternoon, we were traveling from Phoenix to Chicago in an RV. Suddenly, we developed a bad tire shake. Ching on our phone, we found JRs tire shop. Even though it was hot and they were technically closed, they looked at our tires and determined that one of the rears had separated. The other rears were also the same age and ready to cause problems. They installed new tires and got us back on the road without undo delay. Great folks, saved the day for us six or seven stars.

Terrible service. The man working was rude both times I went and very unprofessional. They're expensive and take advantage of travelers since they're one of the few tire shops in town.

We came in from out of town, and at one point on our travels we noticed a screw in the tire. Most shops were closed, but we were spending the night in Moriarty anyway. Figured we would go to JR's in the morning. Sure enough, we got there and they had a decent used tire to replace the soon to be flat tire we were driving on. Service was decently quick. About 30 minutes total from arrival. It went smoothly, was affordable and we were back on the road in no time. Thank you so much JR's.We recommend these guys for your tire needs. (Thumbs up)

Needed a semi trailer tire, got a used one for a good price. They were very busy, only 1 guy working. But he managed to still get me in an out within an hour and a half. Hard working man.

I was driving through New Mexico and noticed my front passenger tire tread was low. They had a tire for my vehicle in stock, and they were able to fit me in the same day. I was back on the road in less than an hour. The tire was also reasonably priced!

Had my tires balanced and then the car shook worse, went back to have them check the balance and it was as if I was bothering them "3 hr wait come back". So I look and realize they didn't remove the old weights, just added more, which is NOT the correct way to balance tires. I tried to shop little guy/local :( I won't be back :(

Excellent service! They were very busy but got to us when it was our turn and took care of our trailer tire that had blown out just up the road. Trust the reviews and go here if you need a tire replaced.

I had a blowout heading West on I-40. The tow truck driver recommended this place and said they could have me back on the road the next morning. I left my car in the lot and had a friend pick me up and stayed the night in Albuquerque. There is a sign on the door with Hours of Operation posted as 7am to 5pm on Mondays. I arrived at the shop at 8am and no one was here. I waited and by 9:45 it was clear they weren t opening anytime soon. There were about 6 other vehicles waiting as well who all eventually left and went elsewhere.I had to call another shop in town and thankfully they were willing to come to me and remove the tire, bring it back to their shop to replace it, and then return to me to install it on the vehicle. While I was waiting for the repair I did notice this place finally opened around 11:15-11:30.I absolutely would not recommend this place. How can you operate a business with hours posted that are not even close to being accurate. Had I known this before I would have had the tow truck bring me to the other shop just half a mile away.

Must be husband wife team, but regardless I'm so happy !! 30 minute wait because they were so crazy busy and about another 30 to get me back on the road !!!PS . . . It took Walmart 2 hours to NOT pluck a nail out of my tire. Thank you JR's for your work. Been long time since I seem such focus and intentionality. TY

I can not express how grateful I am to this Tire & Auto Shop for the kindness they showed! They waited for me after-hours, after having trouble with my two front tires. They kept their doors open as I slowly made it back to Moriarty with one spare and one nearly shredded front passenger tire. They replaced my tires and wished me a safe trip back home!!

Been going here for 5 years. Everytime Jr. Provides a excellent service. Goes above and beyond for the customer. Which is appreciated. A very skilled and valuable person. Punctual and a Professional. Honest hard work.

Robert is a great guy. He's knowledgeable, concise and has a decent sense of humor. But, he doesn't suffer fools at all. Reveal yourself to be an idiot and see a different side of him.

This Place Saved Our LIVES and the by examining our Tires. One Tire had a bubble and that s BADOwner and his Worker are Honest and Caring.The Town people Know His Work and We are Forever Grateful. God Is Good

I have bought tires here a few times and the price and inventory are always better than going to one of the big stores in Albuquerque.I have also towed in many cars with tire problems and he has always been able to help them get back on the road.

Had a tire blow out yesterday while traveling back home out of state. Highly recommend this place, there was an RV before ours and the only guy at the shop changed 4 tires on the RV before getting to our tire. Despite working alone, it was such a quick turn around and we were able to get back on the road. You sir should work for NASCAR. Thank you for helping us out when we were in a vehicle bind.

We have been using JR'S since 1984. They have always been very helpful with service. They know what they are doing. We always bought our Christmas trees from them. When my husband passed away, Robert has always been nice and helpful with whatever I needed. I will always go to JR's!
