Not the most beautiful location, kind of sandwiched between a school bus parking lot & nearby gas stations. But it is convenient, and a friend & I - each in our own RV's stayed for 2 nights to avoid some weather on our route. The parking was level- rarely has my level been spot on center!2 BEST THINGS: the Mgr, Erin, is awesome. Sooo helpful and friendly- really makes you feel welcome! And the other "Best" was the showers! Apparently recently remodeled & spacious with plenty of hooks for towels, clothes etc. Home style cabinetry, bench. Has the bars for handicap access & a roll in shower with fold down seat in shower. The water flow is nice & hot enough for any weary traveler to relax in. (I am a frequent boondocker so showers in my camper are military style- thus my excitement over a good long hot shower! ) meant to take more pictures... next time. Yes, I would stay there again- OH, very reasonably priced too. With taxes about $59 for 2 nights with water & electric.(NO sewer at my site, but I noticed some sites have it. & I forgot to ask if they had a central dump station as I had serviced my tanks just a couple days earlier.)Call Erin, she'll give you all the details!

It was fine. Easy in and out. It appeared the electrical boxes and faucets were fairly new. I enjoyed the painted rocks the most and took one and left it at the Split Rock Picnic Area at Joshua Tree National Park. ;-)

Originally was only going to stay one night here but I got great antenna reception and it was football playoffs, so I stayed two nights. Really nice staff and really nice kitty at the office. I would stay here again.

Since Jess has taken over, it has been a friendlier environment. The numerous improvements she has made in a short timeframe is remarkable. Greatly appreciate the computer set up in clubhouse. Thank you J & J for always smiling and being pleasant to deal with, we will miss y all.

Nothing fancy but was a quiet overnight stop. Wi-fi did not work, but we got 49 channels on antenna. No cable. Some laundry machines worked - again nothing fancy. Entrance to the park is rough.

This is not a resort. It is a good place to park for the night. I dont have anything bad to say, but this generally is a state or area I care to visit. The spaces are pretty close together. We were just thankful that had a spot.

Heading home to MN from AZ and the winds became too much to handle pulling a fifth wheel and car behind our truck. Happy to have found this place for the night! Carl is awesome and the place is clean with full hook-ups, WiFi and laundry.

We stopped here on our way through for one night. The lady in the office was super duper nice. The place was quiet and close to the highway. We had a full hook up site and didn't have any problems. We'd stay here again.

You get what you pay for. I was trying to take a shower and they were working on something in there and I heard the guys by the door saying she's not done yet the other guy said I know how to make her get out. He then made his power drill Rev up and kept going until I got out and when I did he was standing at my door. Then I couldn't sleep because someone had their truck brights shining through my back window for a couple hours. So when I woke up I went to use the bathroom and the guy said bathrooms are closed

I lived in a lot of trailer parks as a child and this is by the best park I have ever experienced. The management here is helpful and always on point. Jess and her team are quick to fix any issues, which rarely come up. The park is beautiful, there are benches everywhere to eat lunch and enjoy the sun. The bathrooms are clean, roomy, and private. Onsite laundry is a major plus. My kids love it here, and it is very close to shopping and gas.

Stopped just for the night. Jess was super sweet and helpful in getting us a reservation. Park is small, no frills, nice, and close to places to eat and get gas. Spaces aren t super wide, but adequate. The only thing I d suggest is getting several loads of gravel to fill the holes in driveway and campground. We did show up just after a huge rain, making those holes seem worse than they probably are. Glad we stopped there!

I was doing the Route 66 cycling with a friend, and we were looking for a place were camping. This place is perfect: the owners are very kind and make you feel home, the restrooms are clean and the showers are hot. There's a laundry too. Very silent and peaceful at night. Only 5 minutes walking from restaurants and groceries. Great place!

I moved in full time September of this last year. When I did, it was under a previous manager. Within NO TIME of getting a new manager, things were cleaned up TREMENDOUSLY. The staff is awesome, easy to get along with, and my GOD have a sense of humor. Would STRONGLY recommend.

The place was dusty with stickers all over the place requiring you to clean your shoes off every time you walked outside. Services were good and stable.

Was stuck in Moriarity for a week awaiting a camper repair. I was very glad I ended up here, the manager made me feel very welcomed and the rate was terrific given my unplanned stay. Conveniently located along historic Route 66 for easy access, good cell service and good campground wifi. Good location for sightseeing the local recreation areas and Albuquerque. Thanks Jess!

Don't bother to stop. Nothing but a Dusty parking lot with no trees, no playground definitely not kid friendly. The only thing this place has going for it is it bad water and power. However the sewer is too high for the drains on the coach and so it would not drain well.Where someone has stated friendly customer service the owner has definitely lost for friendly customer service she has no more. We pulled in late and called first thing in the morning to pay for the spot, we were probably accused of leaving without paying however we were standing right there in the park in the spot. Don't appreciate being called a thief she was very rude.If you have it in you go to the next RV Park. They charge $45 for a Dusty rock filled parking lot

Jessica was very friendly and helpful. The site was level with all hookups for a reasonable price. It was conveniently located near a grocery store. It was a nice place to hang our hats for the night.

This was convenient because it is located right off of I 40. It is also very loud. It reminded me of a old drive in movie theater. The sites were muddy and had lots of puddles needs better base for parking. I saw a Porta a potty and no shower house or bathroom. The manager was super friendly she gets 5 stars but the campground is in need of a major upgrade. They also share a drive with a school bus company so be prepared to be up bright and early.

The on-site manager is pleasant and accommodating. The hookup connections were new and solid, and the WiFi was adequate, but the rest of the park is a mess. They ve been renovating for a year, it seems, based on these reviews. No restrooms or showers, and they didn t appear to be close to having anything done.It was 7 degrees last night, so I wanted to plug-in. So, it met my needs for the night.Unless you need hookups, you d be better off saving your $40 and parking with the big rigs at the truck stop or behind the 7/11.

Small spots with a lot of long term, low income renters. Felt safe but was dirty (the gravel was dusty enough to track foot prints), the neighbors dog barked at anything that moved and something moved at 5 a.m...., and was more expensive than it should have been. They did appear to be performing some updates and working to make it better. Decent for an overnight but I would not stay there long.

The place overall was flat and easy to hook up. We pulled in late and just picked a spot, which luckily was OK with management. After waiting for them to open and we paid and then left. As I was hooking up I noticed that the manager/owner was out trying her best to operate a rental mini backhoe in the freezing, blowing cold, that takes some guts to be out there.

Overall, this is a quiet park. The staff is very nice.We liked having a fenced in area for our dog to run. What we didn t like was the limited facilities. Laundry was out of order, we went 1-1.5 weeks with no water during the day. They were changing out water lines and such and cut it off constantly. Which we understand, but we would have liked to at least gotten a text/call/knock at the door, letting us know when the water would be off and back on. Not knowing when the water was going to be off, we had to make sure our tanks were full at all times so we had water for showers, dishes, cooking, etc.The guy that lives in the tent would bring your packages from usps to your camper and their little dogs would follow him.Their dog aggressively barked and bit at my dog and almost started a fight.

Blessed to find this place when we did! We were traveling I40 in extremely high winds. Not a "resort" but it was very clean (except for those that didn't pick up after pets) and the price was perfect. We ended up staying 2 days because that silly wind (30+ mph) would NOT die down. The staff was great and accommodating.
