3 mechanics non of them working 6 hour wait time. They don t care I got skipped by that baby blue truck. Like u don t understand if you re not happy quit. If they check the cameras. They are horrible hiding out in the container.

Good restaurant. Squared away fuel island.But the shower room really needs attention. I mean. Would it hurt to get the 4lbs of crud off the light, fan and door??See photos.

It was inconsistent with their estimated time. After waiting for 2 hours, I still didn't receive a notification call. I couldn't bear it anymore and called again to ask. The worker in the repair shop said that I would need to wait for an additional 45 minutes. I wasted 6 hours waiting. The store is not busy, but the TA maintenance department is always very slow to repair, and the waiting time is long. Work is so slow I don't know how they make money

These restaurants associated with this truck stop were once upon a time good. Now if you want comfort food go. Not much for healthy options. Seriously it would do much better with a Moe's or golden corral.The spoon was nasty wouldn't even stir coffee with that garbage

I had a very good experience with this TA service shop. Danny, Kent, and a few other techs were very professional and friendly. They caught a blown wheel seal that could ve cost me dearly. Two new steers, brakes, wheel seal, and a check and advise on a second wheel seal. Had me in a bay at 0800 out by noon. I would stop by here again if I am in the area and require services. The tech I had even allowed me to watch and taught me how to install the brake pads.

This is a multi billion a year company but they can't afford to keep the Truck parking lines painted let alone the lot in good condition. It can be a parking free-fpr-all here with truckers making spots wherever they choose. And it's been this way for years.Staff is nice, they must like their jobs, everyone talking and laughing jovially. Kinda annoying when you're trying to poop and shower in peace and quiet, though.Burger in the restaurant was good and the staff was attentive.Service on my truck has been good here in the past when driving with another company.Please fix the lot. Re-pave and repaint the lines. No, blindside back-ins please. And im sure you'll get 5 stars all around.

We stopped for breakfast here on our way to Midland, TX. I believe the waitresses name was Jenny. She provided excellent service and the food was great.

Def There is no here, sometimes the touch pad does not work, the queue for the shower, this is the most terrible TA, even one star is too much.

We have stopped at the TA/Petro station for diesel fuel many times over the years. Always easy in easy out. Pumps always work.

Not the place for food if your looking for something fast. They have hotdogs and some Jimmy Dean biscuits, other than that they have their own restaurant if you want to spend 45 minutes waiting. Cafe across street. Lots of truck parking

I need to change the tires and then do the balancing and calibration of the tires. The receptionist told me that I need to wait 3 hours and there is no need to queue. As a result, only the tires were changed for me, and the other two had to wait in line for 5 hours. Too bad never to come again, tell my friends not to come here. because it will make you angry

I'm confused. I've rarely seen a truck stop with excellent service technicians. Isaiah and Nico did excellent with my work. And Nico even installed my starter in the freezing cold without my expert supervision!

I don t think they deserve any star they come to smoke that s it .work turtle change two tires 2:30 hours there answer is keep patience.don t care about drivers time I don t think the owner or manager check them

6 hours waiting for a tire and no one to answer your phone call. Not sure when or what time they will come to replace the tire and I m 5.7 miles away shameless on the poor management and road side assistance

Very customer friendlyLarge store, restrooms, lobby, store, gift selection and huge fenced dog park!!Could be cleaner inside restrooms and only 3 stalls in mens.Great restaurant, Iron Skillet.Very popular stop with truckers.Truckers Chapel.Huge parking area, lots of pull throughs. ALWAYS a spot available.Convenient 30 min. break spot right off frwy. Easy off, easy on.

This shop is the worst.. the tire tech ruined a 90% new supersingle removing it from the wheel without lube, and then had the audacity to claim it was like that before he started!! It had a nail we were there to remove and patch! Do not use this shop! Manager laughed snd said his tech said it was like thatpay bill or they would call state police!! Use pilot or any shade tree mechanic youll be better off!

ZERO STARS!!! Avoid this shop! Driver had to call out road service after Pre-Trip for a flat super-single due to a nail in the tire, Tech came out and ripped the tire off the rim without any lube and split the side wall. Driver watched Tech do it, confronted him about it and Tech lied to his manager to save his job. Driver told him not to touch the truck, he's calling Road Squad customer service to explain what happened and after getting in his cab and on the phone tech was already replacing the tire with the most expensive super-single they carry without any pre-authorization. Shop manager and district manager refused to right the situation! Highway robbery. They aren't there to help you, TA trains their people to take advantage of you when you are in a time of need!
