Horrible 3-4 guys walking around 6 hour wait time, they hanging out by the containers. I wasn t hable to do the wheel alignment these guys don t care. You would think they understand truckers

I was made to wait for 3 hours in vain. The front desk staff is terrible at their job.

The repairman worked for two hours, and the staff at the front desk were careless. After countless interruptions and countless departures, they will slowly check you out. This checkout took one hour, yes, you are at the front desk waited over an hour

The staff is careless i come here lot of time they always said we don t have stuff. Last time i been there for just change airline tractor to trailer they didn t change and said we don t have .. they don t wanna work and always say no.. very bad experience

Took our truck in for a DOT inspection and an oil change. They were extremely courteous and pleasant! There was very little wait to get in which was a definite plus!

Incredibly long wait! Spent almost 2.5 hours on reception just to find out that I have to wait additional 4.5-5 hours to make force regen. Left without any service.

Had an air leak, turned out to be tractor rear airbag. They found one in stock and replaced it. Out in about an hour or so, on a Sunday, no less! Shop was very professional.

Overall one of the best in WestI always change my oil here.Not too good at greasing up the equipment as they should. Their main plus is that they will do stuff the way you wanted.Been there 5 times and at all 5 had satisfactory results.

Went in to have my APU coolant hoses blocked off from APU after developing a leak in the radiator only to be shown that the hoses have shutoff valves near the engine compartment. Mechanic was friendly, did not treat me like an idiot (even though I should have known) and best of all did not charge me.

Great people had to flush my radiator, charged me for the time I was in the bay. I supplied my own antifreeze. Will be back again. Great manager on down.

I had been trying to get a mudflap replaced for 3 days. I set up online for appt and they got me right in and put the mudflap on I bought somewhere else in less than 30 min o was done and out of the shop. I tried to get done at Loves in Barstow CA 2 hours min to get into shop. Tried Loves in Lake Havasu City 6 hrs wait, tried Petro in Kingman Arizona also 6 plus hours. I tried myself but one bolt I couldn't get off.

The attitude is cold. The price is very very very expensive! They just want to take the money out of your pocket. ridiculous It took only an hour to change a wheel seal. The receipt price they printed was $433. crazy! Stay away from them

I got here at 3 pm for a band clamp replacement..pulled me in at 8:14 ...done at 8:18. Charged me $119.00..unreal..

Stopped in around 21300hrs to inquire about a light repair, was told that there were no mechanics on duty until 0800hrs Thursday morning. So much for 24 hr service.

They got me in and out for tire change and brake chamber change pretty Quickly which is unusual thing for TA service.

The men who work there are responsible family men, as such they are complete. Working as a team, they don't miss much. I stop here when my machine needs tending.

Shop guys was on the problem in no time flat,ac compressor, replaced it got me going. Then it quit in California. Ta replaced no charge under warranty etc
