My go to place between Samuel, diva, Manuel and Albert and all the crew treat me and my rig like gold. They know what their doing and do it right. Thanks yall.

Speedco has really gone down hill, I was told 2 hrs wait time for a service! The guys in front of me have been here 3 hours and not even in the shop yet??? I was told only one person here to do oil changes, but there are three guys in the employee lounge and one woman running the counter and doing tire repairs , what the hell speedco?

Do not stop here for any reason. Worst customer service experience. Slow working habits. Was in for service. Half way nobody around my truck. Upon inquiry was told they needed to unload a truck of tires first rudely. Being held hostage for over an hour. Should have read reviews first. Never go to any speedco. As you can see from the pictures my truck only one inside

Was in line 30 mins. No one even talked to me. Only 1 truck in bay 1, i was lined up bay 2. I left and went to petro across the street since slowco dont want my money

Slowest Tire replacement on the Planet. Had 2 tires replaced here and the Technicians were either Stoned or this Speedco hires the most least knowledgable persons to work at night.

I am a truck driver. This speedco is the worst place I've ever seen. I am waiting here for 3 hours. Tell me there are no accessories. Give me manual repairs. The result was a 30mi drive. I found out that my rear lights were all broken. Very dangerous . You can earn my money. But don't joke about the driver's life. This is an extremely irresponsible place. Please other driver friends not to repair here. Please respect life. Reverence for life. thanks

Out of the way place, not much business, made for an easy in and out service. Staff was great. Longest time was getting the company to approve the service.

The worst place ever That I can give -10 stars, I would Customer service big 0 . From staff to the supervisor I will go ahead with a complain to the top This is not acceptable They exist just because of truck drivers so if they think that they can treat us as a dogs, they are more then stupid

The worst place I ve been , They took 3 hours to do a Tire pass and at the end they said Tirepass System is not working If you want to waste your time , don t come here , the worst Shop I have been in years .The guy aside me came for oil change and took more than 3 hours .Then I tried to reach the manager and was really rude and didn t give the chance to talk with him .Go other place if you appreciate your time

These people are lazy , I be there 8 pm in middle door , nobody come for oil change , no truck in all bay for anything, and i went office 2 time , they said me someone coming in 20 min , but nobody came until 2am , one guy come 11:30pm he smell like , he drink , he said me , other guys coming 12 am and they get u first , disgusting, worst and super lazy people , people don t want to work

Don t waste your time with this Speedco, got here, nobody in line, took me awhile to find an employee only so he can tell me to wait at least 45 min to get in the bay. They need to change their name to SlowCo

I don t recommend any of my fellow drivers to go to this location they really don t care what they service so please I request to all my fellow drivers make sure everything before you go there they are not doing good work

Unprofessional place . Had a phone conversation before coming in and after waiting 5 hours they are telling me that they don t have full synthetic oil (on the phone conversation before they told me that they have everything)If I can I d give them 0 star . Not recommend you guys this place just waste of time

Can be very slow for other repairs other than oil changes and tires.If you can use Petro or Speedco park at Petro walk to each one to see if they can help and wait times. Pick best option.If Speedco only. Park at Petro and walk over. The backside is where you pull into the service bays. If busy and you pull into Speedco and decide no you are not going to need their service or they can t. You could be stuck back there for a very long time. Other truck s waiting will block you in. No way out until they move in for service. A long time. It s a trap. You ve been warned.

The people you have sitting at the front desk are very rude and disrespectful, they gave me an estimate for changing the break chamber time for 4 hours. The mechanic doesn t even know his job instead he is asking me what size is the break chamber. I came three times to this place and three times this has happened to me. Worst place ever, don t come here not good customer service

This place had us waiting over a hour for authorization. They did not communicate with us about what was going on. They were laid back because it was after 10pm with our truck the only one waiting to be seen. No communication about what was going on . They did do a great job but lack of communication in the beginning.

They were short staffed which is all too common in the post-pandemic world we're living in. The guy earned an A+ for customer service after an extended waiting period.

Got here to do a PM and grease the trailer. Shop was understaffed due to illnesses. Big Mike was working his tail off for drivers. He was proffessional and courteous.I spent about 4 hours here, but the work was complete and people were very nice. Would be happy to stop here again.
