I believe I was taken advantage of. I had problems with the wiper arm on my vehicle. They replaced it with one from a junked vehicle and charged me $55. Believe me the replacement arm showed a good amount of wear so to this day I am not happy at all with this business. I guess in their eyes it was a golden wiper arm......no more further business with automotive solutions.

Stopped here on a cross country trip, the staff was very kind and professional, they had me back on the road in a few hours and charged me less than 1/3 the price than I've paid for the exact repair before. Couldn't be happier.

They have been my mechanics for years I have been very happy with their work on my cars they're honest reliable and they give warranty on car repair.

Asked for parts and was told they dont have them with out looking at all. After i called him out about not trying he tries to fight me while i was already in my truck leaving.

Very horrible my family and I have taken 3 vehicles to this shop and all have came out worse than when they went in and when you try to contact them half the time the mechanic is to busy to come to the phone and the lady that answers probably never tells him that he had a call other times you call and get the fax machine sound now I'm out 289 dollars and have to find another mechanic to do the job right
