Left a mess in the enginebay wires everywhere. they lost about 150 dollars worth of engine covers. They'd say they would call and I'd get no call I actually had to call just to get an update on my vehicle. The vehicle had new scratches broken plastics and they didn't finish the job. Won't recommend. Bad services

Let me start by saying I am an 18 year old girl. Most mechanics don't bother to try to explain the repair process to me, even though my father is a mechanic and has taught me the basics. Robert was very enthusiastic and respectful about explaining exactly what I was paying for and the different options I had. He communicated with me about the exact problems I had and didn't try to sell me anything extra. Within three days he was able to obtain the part and fix my steering column in my Pontiac. I highly recommend Victors auto.

Detailed and careful service even after the job is done. They have always provided excellent service to me and my family. They will work with you to get good prices. This is the epitamy of a locally-owned and operated business. Consider this mechanic and give them a try. You will not be disappointed.

I was an automotive tech for many years and expect professionalism from who I let work on my vehicles since I can no longer perform the work myself.The owner and employees are very cordial and exude professionalism in their work also their prices are extremely fair for this trade.They never fail to impress me with the speed and response time on most repairs.I have found that I can trust these people fully.

I had to have my break lines replaced my rear breakers my front calipers and my hub on my 98 dodge ram 1500 replaced .they did it for a reasonable price pep boys would of charged me three times the price. The quality was excellent in my opinion. Thanks

I come from a long line of auto mechanics and this place make them ashamed to have his called a mechanic. After bought a used car and took it in to get a tune up he kept it for a week and changed me $500.00. The trunk was fixed to shut properly and the Air Conditioning was recharged that's all they did. It still had the check engine light on and that should be the first thing you check when a car come in. He is nothing more then an over priced licensed shadetree mechanic. Now my dad is out $500.00 and I had to get my bother to do it right for only $300.00. Do not go to his shop it best you seek someone in Las Cruces or do it yourself if you know what to do.

Crappy and unprofessional...Had them tow our Jeep Liberty, because it wasn't starting. Got an opinion from jiffy lube that it was a safety switch in the transmission that's going out, and would cost $200 to replace. We didn't have that much and thought victors automotive would help and he messed everything up. First he would never call us and inform us what he wanted to do or replace. We had to always call him. Victor replaced things in the car, like the ignition and the steering column,not to mention he got the parts from a junk yard, behind our backs.. It was quite disappointing.Victor stated that it was the transmission control module and said to replace it, the part would cost $600, not to mention, the labor cost.. He kept beating around the bush that our jeep would be ready, and that we just had to wait for the part to come in. He ended up keeping the jeep for 2 weeks and we were fed up..We ended up taking the jeep back and taking it to jiffy lube and they fixed the same neutral safety for $200!!$200 is better then $600+!!!! In the end jiffy lube was right and Victor's Automotive is a scam!CONSIDER THIS A WARNING! DO NOT take your car here!

This mechanic shop failed miserably at changing out an alternator.They broke parts on my 2014 Toyota and said they would put a new part on. What I got was a melted wire mess put on instead of a new part.They stripped bolts and a bolt fell out when I backed my truck out of the driveway. After this happened the mechanic they sent said he would come back out to fix it and we waited all day and no show.We called Victor on Monday morning and he said he isn't responsible for the work. He said he sent the mechanic as a favor and that it wasn't one of his mechanics.We do not know Victor. We called his business and paid for his mechanic service so how was this a favor?Victor wanted to charge more money to fix what his mechanic broke and when I requested his business license he refused to give it. He said he would give it to us in court.I'm skeptical if this place has insurance and a business license. Buyer beware!

Traveling through the area, they were about to close shop, but drove to meet us, quickly and professionally diagnosed the problem. Very friebdly and accomidating. These people are amazing!!!

I took my vehicle in to get the plugs and plug wires replaced. Found out after I paid and got it back that neither the plugs or wires got replaced. Plus there's no receipts or book keeping of any kind so I can't even argue the charges. This place will take advantage of you if they think they will get away with it.
