Got a scratch on my door from the carwash, went in for a quote and the gentleman had the guys take it back and buff out the scratch. Can't tell the scratch is there anymore. Still offered to quote out a full repair if I wasn't happy. Very knowledgeable and took the time to educate me on certain aspects of the paint type and such. I won't go anywhere else.

Before and after pictures. I was hurt when I looked at my truck with the damage but after dropping it off to Color Works they did their magic and the truck looks brand new again. I called today it was ten minutes from them opening the lady on the other end of the phone was really rude. I was trying to tell her I was referred to the from Jim Miller said they did fair and good work. Im just shocked that even when a customer calls before opening that there not treated like a customer willing to do business

Color Works has done an awesome job for us on different occasions. Chuck and his crew did a fantastic refresh on our 2008 Dodge Viper. Color Works knows their stuff when it comes to paint match and restoration. Car was a favorite at the Fountain Hills car show in Phoenix. Great job Chuck!

My mother in law has always used color works for years. I have wrecked my car a couple time. This last time I had to take it to them they where very professional, there work is amazing my car looks brand new. It was a pleasure to work with Chris. This company went above and beyond to help me with my poor Subaru. She ended up totaled. They were so helpful in dealing with the insurance company and making sure all the problems with the car were addressed. I have taken all of my cars to them and will continue to do so. They are true professionals.

I have used The Color Works twice in the last 12 months and could not be more satisfied. Both times they keep in constant contact and do a phenomenal job. They went above and beyond by having the Brad Frances dealership do required recall work while it was in their care. Thank you Ken and the Color Works team! Count me as a lifelong customer!

We never have received such great customer service especially Chris and Ken. Even though it took 9 weeks for our car to be returned to us, they kept in contact with us and even let us come to the shop to see the progress. Due to Covid-19 we couldn't get an exhaust system for our 2019 Buick Regal Avenir Sports back until the last week. Our car was ready earlier but we had to wait for the exhaust system. Our car looks like it just came off the showroom floor! Definitely would recommend the collision repair shop.Service: Body & Trim

Had wanted to take my truck to this body shop for repairs. Initially took it in for an insurance claim and on the quote they listed the wrong color. Once the insurance company made arrangements to have the damage repaired, I was told it would be three weeks before they can start the work. Well the day came when I was supposed to drop it off; however, due to my job, I had an emergency call out and was not able to take it in, as I was out the whole day. I called the next day and asked if I could drop it off but I was told I would have to wait for another two weeks, they wouldn t budge on letting me drop it off that same day. Apparently they must have so much business, they don t care to work with clients. They displayed poor customer service and inconsideration. I will no longer consider them for body repairs in the future, or recommend them to anyone.

The end results may be excellent (that is yet to be determined) but the process of working with this repair shop has been a headache. The repair has been delayed for every possible excuse. I have been told now at least different "estimates" of a completion date only for them to continue to delay over and over again. If you want your vehicle back in a timely manner, I do not recommend using them.

Color Works just finished my repairs. My Journey needed major repairs due to a driver not stopping at an intersection. I had only made 3 payments on the car so I was very upset about it but Color Works did a great job, the repairs are warranted and my car looks like new and drives as well as it did. I am glad I asked for it to be taken to Color Works as I wanted it done right. I would rather have it done right than done cheap.

Brought my car in to repair the bumper after it was rear ended in a car wash (of all places, haha) since they worked with my insurance. The staff were respectful and it took about a week to fix my bumper as they had to order a part. They dealt directly with my insurance so I didn t have to pay anything and they gave me the same estimates as my insurance. They answered every time I called and answered all questions I had- really appreciated it, Thanks!

Color works Chuck has a good eye on the body lines and does excellent metal finishing my 68 SHELBY is looking better then the factory 10 times better! They do Quality restoration!

Took in my vehicle for hail damage and a few days after picking it up my battery was dead, they didnt tighten the positive cable it was loose, the hood rubber seal had only 3 out of 6 fasteners fastened down, the windshield was replaced and it makes a whistling sound when on the freeway. They told me they would call me back after talking with their glass guy, never heard back. And today driving on the freeway the 2 rubber mouldings that run down the roof flew off after they had re skinned my roof. Had to chase them down in traffic. Not happy. My new Tundra feels like an old truck now.

Color Works is a class act. I was worried that body work in Los Lunas would be much less quality than the wonderful body shop we used in PA before we move here last year. Were we wrong! Color Works is world class! Easy to tell by the restorations going on in the front area: jaguar XKE, Ford vintage truck, Mercedes 190SL. I wish I had a vintage car for them to work on. Very highly recommend.

Yea so originally my car was supposed to be done in a week (Mind you this is literally only five hours worth of work). Ok well we are going on the my 3rd week without a car and they ve told me that it will be done a certain date already 5 times but guess what it s going to 6 because they pushed it back again. And everytime i call it s a new excuse. I don t think they understand that this is effecting my life but obviously they don t care.

Wow and not a good wow. The secretary and manager never know where there employee's are or coming back from lunch. They don't stick to the appointments they make with customers. I would strongly suggest and recommend people find a better place to do business with.

Always perfect. People can't drive out here. They have put back our cars to pristine condition several times. Color matches no matter how old vehicle.

Had 2 vehicles there this year. The 2nd vehicle, I had poor service. Chris couldn't give me a time estimate, just promises with no results, no return calls - had to have my insurance call them, they gave them promises as well. Also, Chris told me after my truck had been there for 4 weeks that they charge 3 percent if I use a credit card, they don't accept checks, and most customers pay with cash or cashiers checks - info that would have been helpful to know from the start.

I love these people they're very helpful and friendly and do such a great jobTook my vehicle back to them they're so expensive that my car was totaled because they gave such a high price. Thanks people I appreciate it.

I have had similar experiences like others who've rated 1 star. Poor customer service, they do not return your calls, each time you call back it is like a brand new conversation and having to explain everything over again. They will keep your vehicle and continuously push back the date with excuses and will not own up to their mistakes or wrong doing when they are called out on their poor performance. Heads up.

Very professional and the knowledge about cars is amazing. Overall service and work quality is excellent. I would highly recommend for everything from collision repair to restoration to an oil change.
