My husband called R&R Glass on a Tuesday to come and replace the window for my bathroom. They said they would call him back by Thursday, if not for him to call them back. So I called them back the following Tuesday the guy says, " let me find out what's going on and I'll call you back. " Well, they never called me back again. It's been several weeks and I still haven't got a call from R&R glass, so I'm not going to bother to use them since they won't bother to call me back. apparently they don't feel their customers are important enough to give them a call back.

I called for a quote and got the best price, had to take my Honda Ridgeline in @ 8am they said it will be ready by 2pm and @11am got a call that the truck was done. So nice and fast with perfect work as well:) highly recommended to the Valencia county & surrounding areas

The WORST customer service. The lady up front doesn't know what the guys in back are doing. Can't give you any info and never returns a call when she says she will.They don't even write up a ticket so they are clueless and forget what you asked for. Very uninterested in fixing the ignorance on their part.I wasted a month waiting for my glass to come in and they didn't even call me. I had to call them. Then it wasn't what I asked for even tho I showed the guy pictures and details.Very unorganized and VERY unprofessional.

I believe in supporting local companies but I will never try this company again. Tried for two months to get a window replaced. Called and was given a quote over the phone of $65. Thought that was extremely low so asked to have someone to come out to my house and look at the window in question. Once a guy came out, 2 weeks after the request, and after he measured the window he said it was more like $165. I asked for a formal estimate to understand what it was going to cost. This company is so unorganized I never received an estimate, and never received a call back after the five calls I gave them over the following 6 weeks. The ladies who answer the phones never know what the window replacement guys are doing, where they're at or what their scheduled are.I guess the lack of options in Los Lunas is the only reason this company is still in business. Hopefully one of the Bosque Farms glass businesses have better customer service than R&R. Actually any customer service is better than the customer service of R&R Glass.

Unorganized. I called and the woman on the phone was kind of rude. She told me to go in on a Monday. I went in and they didn't know I was coming and didn't have my name down. Then the man there gabe every reason why he couldn't fix my windshield. I ended up going with All Star glass in Bosque Farms. They were great!

Dropped off a set of vent windows from an old Ford truck to be worked on. I needed one glass replaced and the other side needed a new pivot pin. They took down my name and number and said it would be a couple days. A couple days turned into a few weeks. After multiple phone calls saying "I will check with the guys and call you back" no call back ever happened. I even physically stopped in several times to check on the progress over the last couple weeks. Every time they made promises on when it would be done and never met those promises. I finally went in there today and picked them up unfinished and took them to another glass shop in town. Very unprofessional and would not recommend them to anyone

Good quality, good price, fast service. I tried calling other places in the area and R&R was the only place to respond quickly and come to give a free quote. They even fixed up my door for me! Thanks R&R Glass I will use you in the future and recommend to everyone.

This is a mom and pop operation. Family run. Nothing fancy but they get the job done. Brought my ford truck in and they were able to get it out the same day. I had a wind noise that was driving me crazy prior to the cracked winshield. After the replacement my truck was quiet.. the cost was less than I expected and solved a problem I didn't know was related to the winshield. The folks here were nice and did a great job. Also found out they do home window screens as well. From replacement of the screen to re-building of the frame.

Horrible Customer Service. I called this LOCAL company to get a quote on a a small 2x4 accent window. The man tried to charge me $35 for this quote because he had to "measure" the window. He called it a "Service Charge" This service charge was never disclosed over the phone or when I scheduled the appointment. He was so rude and said... "If I would of known you weren't going to pay me for my service I wouldn"t of bothered measuring the window" I'm pretty sure to give a window replacement quote one needs to measure the window. So FYI to get a quote that requires measuring RR charges $35 for their rude unprofessional service. I went with Discount Glass in ABQ who gave me a FREE quote with excellent same week service.

This company is horrible. They made an appt with me and never showed. When I called them they said they would call back and never do. I wasted a whole day waiting. Poor customer service. I finally called to cancel since they didn't show concern. The lady said it's your loss and hung up on me!

Very helpful I scheduled an appointment for a new windshield that would be sent out and brought back by R&R before installation had to cancel they were very understanding I will get my windshield from them!

Great service. Fixed my star chip in windshield. Good price. Only 20.00 each chip. Safe lite was 120.00 their crazy!!!

Richard and the guys at R&R glass are really good guys we've taken all are truck's to them for years also see them on job sites from time to time putting in commercial Windows as well not just Automotive all around if it's made of glass they'll install it keep up the good work

Had two small dings in my windshield from some rocks that got thrown at me on the highway and they were able to fix them easily and for a low cost. They did a good job and I really appreciate it
