Edit: they can find parts by the book. But they can't find parts that may have been modified. If it's not on the books they can't find it.

I've been stuck on the side of Hwy 6 for 3 nights now..(12-23-22 Fri) unfortunately being the Christmas holiday most places were closed. Was told I'd have to wait till Wed to get my throttle cable I so desperately need..So I waited it out till Monday and called around for a universal cable... not only did Shawn look it up but he special ordered it and it arrived within hours!! Thank you so much Shawn for going above and beyond and helping me get back on the road!!

Ordered some truck filters and had a sale but none in stock, they came in from Denver and Rio rancho the desk help said... I offered to pay he said just wait til they came in and we will take care of it. He placed on the ticket for them to call me. Nobody called or left a message. So I visited today 4-19-20 and they were there but they did not honor the price because sale ended that Saturday and due to no call I just expected them still in transit. He had the ticket in front with his notes to call. He said it just goes to the "back" and they call. Also said there was nothing he can do. Ticket even had the price on it. I will not be going back to this location. I'll just make the trip to Albuquerque or different parts store. If a deal/transaction is in progress they should honor it. It's not like it was a new order asking for old sale prices.

Well stocked store with nice people behind the counter. I was planning on taking advantage of a sale, but the clerk informed me of a different special that would save me more on my parts. This will be my first stop now.

If your a DYI guy or Certified Mechanic , Napa has your original replacement part . Between you and me , I'd rather spend a smidgen more for a part I don't want to replace any time soon. With a rating of good, better , and best , there is always a price in your range.

I was looking for a small fuse for a Jeep. They several on hand. Was in and out in about 10 minutes. Associate was friendly and helpful

Friendly service. Derek is a down to earth guy. If they don't have your parts they usually get it within a few hours as they do a bunch of runs from Albuquerque

Jacob, Shaun and Derek will go out of their way to find you what you need I needed stuff and they got it within a day, sometimes you gotta wait longer but they re solid.

Called to resurface a set of brake rotors. A 20 minute job at most. They refused! Reason, "We close in like, three hours. Try O'Reilly's"
