DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE HERE. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICEIf I could give this place negative stars I would. This dealerships customer service is the worst I've ever dealt with and I regret buying my truck here every single day.I bought my truck BRAND NEW from these people and at the time I thought it would be a good idea to purchase the extended warranty. A few months went by and my truck broke. The radio hasn't turned on, the back-up camera doesn't turn on, and the center screen display is stuck on reboot mode.I have taken my truck to this dealership 4 times and it still has yet to be fixed. When I take it to their shop they always come up with a new excuse of why they couldn't fix it. Last time it was because "the only tech who installs that part, called in" and the time before that it was "we forgot to mention to you that we had to order a new part, come back in 2 weeks".It has now been 6 MONTHS and my truck is STILL broken today. This dealership does not value their customers nor do they value their words. I have been trying to call to cancel my extended warranty but again its the same story of them not answering the phone, or them dodging emails. It has been months of going back and forth with this atrocious customer service and I hope no body out there has to do the same.FIND ANOTHER DEALERSHIP

This is super late but I wanted to thank Salesman Jacob Mills and Sales Manager Stan for getting me into my 2023 Tremor back in March swiftly and efficiently! Also they had great communication with me and always updated me with the sales process!Today I got an oil change (I use this truck for work a lot) and can t thank Chris from the maintenance dept enough for answering my questions and always keeping me updated on the process of my oil change appointment without even asking!Above all, great crew and I m comfortable for going to this dealership for all my vehicles!

This review is in regards to the outstanding service that I received in dealing with Amanda in the parts department. First of all this review is long overdue, and for that I apologize, sorry, Amanda. I went into the dealership looking for a fuse that I had been unable to locate in any of the local parts stores, thinking, surely the Ford dealer will have it, wrong not only did this dealer not have it, but Ford does not carry This particular fuse period. This was discovered only after Amanda s persistence in trying to locate one. Amanda searched for 3 to 4 days looking for this low dollar item. She returned calls when she said she would and I truly believe that she was as disappointed as I was and not being able to find one. Amanda exemplifies a work ethic that is long gone in today s culture. Amanda, keep up the good work and attitude and may God Bless you in all that you do.

I was over 800 miles from home when I noticed that a plastic cover (of some kind over the front axles) was nearly dragging, so here I sat waiting for this repair to be addressed. I did not get Tanner's last name but he was so friendly and sat and talked with me a couple of times when he refreshed his coffee. He was a salesman and did ask me once about looking at new cars, but he was just friendly and made this old(er) lady's day!Also, thanks to to the service team who did not charge me for something that my home Ford dealership did not properly fix a couple of months ago!

Best and smoothest deal with a car salesman I believe I have had. That said I never got the owners manual, nor any paperwork explaining the complicated warranty. They also never put on the license plate mount. I don't have tools to do it. I need some type of rivet tool. I don't want to drive 1.5 hours to wait an hours for them to do it.

Don't know if the salesman was new, but it was a joke. From the effort to the trade in value. Only thing they seem to be concerned about is a large downpayment. After no DP was met. No effort was made after and nothing could be done. Will not recommend this establishment to anyone. Best to go to Albuquerque and leave these small town greedy dealers alone.

Both my wife and I purchased 2 vehicles from JJ and I have to say like everyone else that works there he was awesome. I would give him 10 stars if it was possible. I will for sure be telling my friends and family to go see him whenever they are looking for a new vehicle.

The service department is absolutely dreadful. You cannot reach anybody by phone to schedule an appointment and when you go in person to schedule the response is less than welcoming. If you leave messages for a call back, your calls are not returned. Not to mention if you drop the vehicle off to be worked on the calls received are not updates on when the vehicle will be finished but salesmen trying to get you into something else. Even when you try and schedule service on the website, you get an email a day later telling you the appointment was canceled. I wish I had bought my truck elsewhere or that there was a closer alternative to this dealership in my area.

Service department was spot on this time. Came in told them the problem ( car was drivable) set up an appointment. Came it for appointment was told would take some time. ( had breakfast and did some shopping). Was kept informed on progress. Staff friendly.

It all started in NY , 2000 miles away. My DPF filter in my diesel truck was clogged, pulling a 27 travel trailer. My Wife is a ICU Covid 19 travel nurse who needed to be in Albuquerque NM to start a contract. We tried numerous dealerships on the way here , either they didn t have staff or didn t know how to fix it. It took a month to get the appointment. The employees were polite, understanding, knowledgeable and professional. My service representative Jerrielyn Cano was a breath of fresh air. She was pleasant to deal with. She kept me advised the entire time throughout the repair process. Thank you Melloy Ford in Los Lunas NM for actually fixing my truck !!! It run s Awesome, no loss of power , turbo injectors stay wide open, and most importantly it has the power to perform across the road safely with a trailer in tow. Keep up the incredible work and dedication, in my book , you delivered what others could not !!!

Earlier this year I had a couple of parts replaced, weren't fixed, took vehicle back, still not fixed. Have called and called with no answer, so I made an appointment online, then randomly get an email stating my appointment has been canceled. Good thing I check my email periodically otherwise I'd of never known and would've drove all that way for no reason (2hr drive for me), simple communication would go a long way, I'm very understanding, still don't know why it was canceled. Called again after the email and finally got someone to answer they transferred me with no answer, left voicemail. No call back, so i called back. They said just to look at my vehicle, it would be $199 for them to look at each issue, which would be fine, but it's to look at things they already "fixed", which i paid almost 4k to fix and can't even get them looked at.

JJ, Mike, and Chris went above and beyond to make sure I drove off with the vehicle of my choice. My time was respected, and everything I was looking for in a vehicle JJ made sure I had. JJ spent a good amount of time teaching me about my Bronco and made sure I was well aware that I forgot anything he was a phone call away. That gave me peace of mind. Mike has been just as great, making sure that my needs and wants were met and turned me into a forever customer.

If your vehicle needs service don t deal with Jerylynn in the service department. She has awful customer service skills, which is unfortunate because that s her entire job! I tried to call her boss Chris about it and he never returned my call.

While I appreciate them working with me to get another vehicle, after that I never heard from them at all. Called my sales rep Jonathan and mike the manager I would say at least 10 times within 2 months to get my tire balancing resolved after I bought the vehicle, up until now no call or anything like that.

Brought my F150 in for a 90,000 mile service. My truck never leaked anything for 10 years. As soon as I brought it home, it started leaking transmission oil all over the driveway. Brought it back to have them fix it, and then I started spewing oil from the bulkhead connector. Since they don't know what they're doing, I brought it up to Chalmers Ford up in Rio Rancho, who dropped the pan, diagnosed the problem, fixed it, replaced the filter, changed the gasket, and refilled then test drove my truck between 7AM to 10AM.It will be worth your time to skip Melloy and go elsewhere.

Adam is an invaluable asset to this company. On multiple occasions he has been ready to help me find the vehicle I was looking for. One visit it was raining outside the next visit it was 40 mile per hour winds, yet there he was. Willing to stand outside and show me what I wanted to see. The way he is willing to help even after the deal is done speaks volumes of his integrity. Thank you ADAM!!

Im just going to start off with this. The sales team is amazing. Alonso in particular did what he could throughout this ordeal to help out. The service department, not so much. Not much at all really. When I arrived I was treated with indifference, not really a big deal but it turned out to be a precursor to the remainder of the day.I arrived at 08:00 or an oil change, and a replacement tire. My vehicle is under warranty, but I still had to wait for 2 hours to verify that tire was covered. I offered to pay cash for a new tire. At 10:00, received notice that a replacement tire was covered by the warranty.Someone at the service desk told me it would be a while to have tire replaced. Didn't give me a rough time frame or tell me where the tire was. Only that it wasnt there. I made the mistake to assume that it was on an adjacent dealership.At 12:00 after talking to sales, I found out that the replacement tire was in Albuquerque. If I had known that earlier, I would had left immediately and take care of the tire the next day.I did get a chance to talk to the service manager while I waited. He stated that a tire should have taken about 2 hours to retrieve and I should have been gone already. He did offer to fill my trucks gas tank for me. But after seeing how things had went already, I declined. I couldn't put any confidence in his team to fill my tank. Less something else go horribly wrong.At 1:10 pm they finally finished with the tire. The only time I was asked if I needed anything was at 1:05 pm, I was pretty well ignored by everyone but sales up until then.I spent over 5 hours of my day for an oil change and a tire. I did feel the need to check to see if the service team actually tightened the lugs on my truck before I drove off.I would not recommend anyone come here to have their vehicle serviced. Or even do business here at all really. I have absolutely zero trust in their service department and would rather pay out of pocket for repairs, or just do the work myself.

I had a great experience with Malloy Ford's mobile service. They replaced my passenger airbag under recall in no time. The mobile tech, DeAngela, was fast, efficient, knowledgeable and very courteous. She introduced me to other mobile services that they offer, such as oil change, tire rotation and battery check. She was very good at her job and I think she deserves a raise and extra paid vacation time. Thank you for hiring her, Malloy Ford!

I called and spoke with the Sales manager and he gave me a great price over the phone. I went in later that day and test drove the truck I wanted and I was out the door within about an hours time. I got a great rate through their financing, there was a little hiccup with the bank, but Derrick made it right for me. Stan the salesman was great and took the time to go over the Ford app and all the controls in my new Ford Ranger, while standing in the rain. Exceptional service and worked to make sure I had a great experience.I left my initial review of 2 years ago intact, however my relationship with this dealership has soured . I recently traded the vehicle I bought and requested assistance in refunding the 3rd party warranties they sold me. Initially they responded to me and explained the process. Once I received all documents I needed I was ghosted by the finance department. I called several times over the last 3 months. I left voice messages, called and once a week, contacted their front office and left my contact info, and was never returned a call or email. I had to call Zurich, the company and request assistance as the dealership refused to communicate with me. As a member of the military I was forced to move and do not have the ability to go and speak with them in person. Hopefully they will be more understanding and communicate with those they do business in the figure.

Very disappointed with Gerilyn in the service department. I purchased my 2022 Explorer at Melloy in March, that experience was amazing, salesman was very helpful & friendly, one of the easiest auto sales I've experienced. However, I called when my rear window would not close (I've since learned this is a common/known issue) & she said she was booked & would not be able to accommodate me. I live about 2 hours away, thats why I called ahead but it seems better service should be provided to recent purchases especially when all i was asking was to get the window up & schedule the fix at a later date! Very disappointing!! Called another dealer service dept, they got me right in on the same day!

First visit to Melloy after moving to the area. Scheduled routine maintenance, oil change, air filter and pollen filter. This was completed in less than an hour. Prompt and courteous service. Reasonable price. My one complaint is that my air conditioner was working fine when I brought the car in and was not working when I got the car back. Seems like a weird coincidence. When I asked if they could take a quick look and see if they had knocked something loose, they said the soonest they could look at it was 3 weeks! 3 weeks in NM July heat.
