One of the Best experiences I ve had at any place involving a car. I m not really text savvy when it comes to vehicles. So I try to ask a lot of questions The service manager Gilbert was very helpful and was very much willing to break everything down for me so that I could understand, most definitely will be returning.

Before coming to Big O TIres, I stopped over at discount tires and another big establishment in Albuquerque and both of them refused to work on my F350 Dually truck. I do have oversize tires on my 2023 truck and I am so grateful for the service and the professionalism that Gilbert the service manager gave us. I also want to mention another employee by the name of Niko that also was very helpful in finding a solution for us. I can assure you that I will only bring all my vehicles I own, and also our brand new RV here in the future..

We have always been happy with the service, people, time and prices at this location after using them many times. This week, in particular, the Service Manager Gilbert took great care of us and went out of his way to travel to their warehouse in a time crunch and get when we needed.....all with fantastic energy and a cheery attitude. We are grateful!

My name is Gina G. And I am from Colorado and needed tire repair. Gilbert answered the phone and was so nice. He was by himself and his humor and great customer service was exceptional. I have a Lincoln Nautilus and the tire is not a common tire, but Gilbert took the time to find the right tire. I did find it for less $$ somewhere else but greatly appreciate the service Gilbert provided!!

It was a great experience and the team was very supportive and knowledgeable. Their professionalism was very much appreciated. Gilbert took the time and effort to make sure that we were updated on the work that was needed and treated us with respect and courtesy and so did the other gentleman that was working with him at the front desk. Great job!

Quoted me $1,900 for a problem with my brakes that I fixed with a $10 spring. I would be extremely cautious about getting free inspections here. Once they had my wheels off they claimed it was impossible to put back together until they needed to move it to another bay then they magically put it back together. In the quote they quote parts at an extremely inflated rate. For example an kit of brake hardware for my truck is $8-$12 and they quoted it at $100. A drum for the brakes is $100 and they quoted it at $300. I would strongly advise against using them.

Gilbert and his staff are friendly, super knowledgeable, trustworthy and just Awesome. I brought my vehicle to him even though I live a least a half an hour away when you ring good people and places it gives you a sense of security!

Gilbert was amazing. He stayed late to make sure we got the 2 tires we ordered installed. We actually ordered 2 more tires from him and will have them installed next week because he was so awesome! Also looking at replacing tires on 2 different trucks soon and will definitely come back to see Gilbert for those as well.

Thanks to Gilbert who took the time to drive around the block to help diagnose my Jeep vibration problem. I thought it could be brakes but Gilbert actually crawled under the vehicle and found a leaky front diff, helping me to zero in on the problem. Thanks again Gilbert and Big O!

Gilbert Rodriguez the service was very friendly and helpful Daniel G was great doing my oil change and even made sure to check my tires air pressure with me even having to ask a all around great help and good guy's.

Nicest employees around. Really. Made an appointment for 4pm to fix a nail in my tire and they pulled my vehicle in immediately. Service Manager Gilbert waived the fee for the short wait, which was not bad at all. Will definitely come back again.

Gilbert Rodriguez took care of us like family! We kept getting our tire light and a rear tire was losing air. We had a long trip ahead of us so we didn't want to risk driving 3 more hours on the tire. Gilbert and his techs checked all the tires and assessed it was a sensor valve issue. He got it taken care of and we were back on the road with peace of mind. Thank you Big O Tires!

My family and I were passing through Los Lunas on the mid-afternoon of Saturday (11/25/23) after Thanksgiving, and we were having issues with one of our tires. We still had hundreds of miles to go before we got home. We walked into this Big O Tires, and Gilbert Rodriguez treated us like family. He and his team turned our frustration into peace as he promised to get us in quick and get us back on the road. He came through on that promise! What was impressive to me too was that Gilbert and the team brought positive, enthusiastic attitudes to work that day. I could feel it in the atmosphere - not something I would expect from workers 2 days after a holiday. Their positivity was contagious to me and my family. God bless y'all! 5 star service for sure!

Gilbert Martinez was exceptional he s is a reminder of what customer service really is! I had a flat I was worried about the wait time as I had to got to work! However Gilbert squeezed me in and had my tire fixed in no time! Thanks Gilbert!

Called Big O Tires while at work and looking for somewhere to repair my tire with a nail in it, thankfully they are open till 6 when most places close at 5. Talked to Felipe on the phone and he told me to swing on by no problem as I get off at 5. The guys in the repair bay were super fast to find the problem and got to work on my vehicle right away. Confident to say if I need any tire work done in Los Lunas I will definitely be coming back. With the promotions going on they really make you feel like a valued customer and treat you well. I came in at 4:30 today and got fast and courteous service from Paully Sablan. Pauly even asked permission to look in the glove compartment for the tire lock key. They were able to repair the tire which had a piece of metal in it. I'm very happy with the service i received from Big O Tires and Paully. Extra bonus that i didn't have to drive up to Albuquerque to get good service. I'll come back if I should ever need to.

I was in a bad place with my car after Malloy Chevrolet lied to me about my vehicle that I had only bought from them six months prior. They wouldn't cover the damage so I went over to Big O and they took really good care of me and completely fixed my car after the dealership told me I needed to turn in my new car that I bought from them six months before and buy a new car so they could sell my car I bought from them wholesale. I'm very happy with Big O. Not so happy with Malloy Chevrolet but super happy with big O tires I recommend everyone go there. !!

I was heading to El Paso from ABQ and heard a noise coming from the bottom of my vehicle. I was feeling very scared when I called Big O tires just 30 minutes before closing. Gilbert s friendly voice assured me they would happily take a look so I headed that way. Once I got there, Nicco the technician met me outside and pulled my car in for me. He immediately identified the problem as my scrape plate having come loose and within minutes he had fixed the issue. The manager Gilbert didn t even charge me for their time and triple checked with Nicco that I d be safe to continue my trip. I am so relieved and thankful for this honest and professional service. Highly recommend!

Terrible do not ever go here . Go to discount, Craig tire or Wal- mart Spent 2000 dollars on tires for two vehicles at the same time got the wrong tires for one, requested the the white wall face in on the other got that wrong was given two free oil changes for there mistakes and changed the oil in my truck my truck started to leak oil (truck had never leaked prior) took it back and they said it was pre existing and they did not cause it and that the oil leak was from the engine block took it to the oil change place next to sonic they corrected the issue by putting in the correct gasket on the drain plug never again will go back and would not recommend customer service was great while you were spending your money there but once you point out there mistakes they became rude and disrespectful .Avoid this place please they have no clue on how to work on vehicles .

I m just really impressed with the service at Big-O tires in Los Lunas! I was in a time crunch and Gilbert, the assistant manager, was extremely helpful, professional, super nice and polite! He hustled to get my car out and was really very happy to help me even though it was poor planning on my part! Paully is also extremely helpful and her customer service skills are exceptional! Both Gilbert and Paully made my experience here really great and I absolutely recommend this location and the exceptional staff! Best customer service in town!
