Asked about a shower because the automated system wasn t working. A few minutes later we got a shower but it had not been cleaned. Like not touched, just towels laid in the bathroom. Plenty of employees but elusive, heard but not seen! Next morning went in for breakfast. Nope, nothing to be had. Arby s wasn t open, no sandwiches and no roller grill. I m surprised they had coffee. One employee to be seen. NEVER WILL I GO BACK. This place will be on my do not return list.

I ve been to several Pilot locations and this is by far the worst. It smells like it hasn t been cleaned in a year. The staff were playing music on a speaker from their phone & the music being played belonged in a bar not a place of business. The vibes from this location were that of a mix of ghetto and dumpster trash. I feel for the Arby s employees who actually had class & treated customers with a smile. The store staff couldn t be bothered to quit their gossip long enough to engage any one who walked into the store. I expected to walk out & see police patrolling & lot lizards in the parking lot. Steer clear of this location.

The women's restroom needs attention. It was a mess. The young gentleman maintaining the showers was great. He was super nice . Other than the women's restroom, the store itself and outside was clean.

Loud music. Dirty restrooms. And arby's for a restaurant.Small sardine parking. Yeah it's parking.So just come here fuel and leave unless you have to stay.Not recommended

Fix your damn diesel pumps! They either leak fuel all over or the key pads don't work and the same goes for deff! The inside bathrooms are nasty nothing is ever clean and the sinks spray water all over you.

Clean fuel island. All the wash buckets were full and had washers in them! Kinda small parking lot but there are other dirt lots close by. Friendly staff!! Clean restroom with mechanical flush handles!! YAY! Decent fuel prices. Definitely worth the stop!

800 am First time ever for us. Two cannisters out of coffee . When another customer told the employees behind the counter they appeared to be bothered by the comment.

This place is a joke I went in to shower at 7am and no showers that there was no one to clean at that time its a truck stop should have available at all times don't want to pay for one but do pay someone to keep an eye out for truckers who don't pay parking come on drivers need showers at all times hire someone.

Ihv been here more than 14 hoursSince last evening coffee station was dirty and unorganized also no product refilled and machines broken,( now this morning also there was over 4-5 people working there but no one cleaned and refilled)drivers there is another pilot like 0.5 miles away go over there it s very organized and clean

Busy place so I wont be harsh on my review.true the cooler was out of several drinks, the hotdogs machine looked as tho it had been in a weekend drunken fraternity party and no towels in restroom. No manger to be seen, people were in long lines and on the positive side, the 2 ladies trying to do it all, get food orders, deal with rude customers and a couple of irritated truckers was very friendly, professional and do so deserve a huge raise.i watched a scene that could have went bad in a hurry get defused by the professional attitude of the clerk. You cannot teach this skill. Bravo to the lady for going above and beyond the call of duty....

I tried to use my discount card at Flying J, but it wouldn't work, so I ended up here. My discount worked just fine here. No problem.I didn't go inside. I paid by card outside. I pumped my gas and was on my way. The area around the pumps were adequately clean.

Stopped at 1130 in the evening to grab a bite to eat. I wasn't greeted by either employee working as they were too involved in their phones. When I asked about Arby's being closed, the female employee gave me attitude, saying they have nothing to do with Arby's. I looked at what fresh food options they might have, and there were hotdogs that looked like they had been sitting out for the last 8 hours. The bathroom was also a mess, and there was no hand scrub.

I took a shower and i did laundry.The shower was clean but the pressure was random and so was the temp.The laundry only has 2 washers and 4 dryers but 2 are down.And while waiting theres bugs everywhere live and dead

Oh yes, my battalion stopped here between White Sands and NTC.Great place to gas up and get some beverages.

Normal truck stop but very clean and great food. Stayed in my converted school bus and it wasn't crazy loud. Beautiful sunset too

Go to the other one. 5 years and they always HAVE NOTHING! No creamers ever and they are so lazy they lie and say the truck didn t come. No your lazy and over paid all they do is stand around doing nothing and if you ask for them to refill the creamer they lie so the one with Denny s is well managed always have everything I guess the truck likes them and not this one. This place should just fire everyone and just closed. All they do is waist your time. Diesel lanes always dirty and closed. HIRE A BETTER MANAGER THAT IS ON TOP THEIR GAME. STOP PAYING THESE EMPLOYEES SO MUCH THEY DO NOTHING!

Hi, I was at your Pilot 02/22/2023 around 5PM and use shower #4, customer 71, transaction # 1117713I was brushing my teeth when my wedding ring fall under table, so I forgot to pick my ring. It's silver white ring with word inside and i can tell you what the word in that ring. So please if you will find that ring I'll be appreciated $, this ring with a lot of love memories for me. Honestly the bathrooms are clean and so is the store! The people are friendly and courteous. Service is amazing and fast. Thank you guys!

I was not impressed. I stopped for gas and had to circle the pumps, as 6 pumps were marked out of service. When I finally got to a pump, it turned out to be broken too. The keypad was out of order, but the pump required you to enter a ZIP code via the keypad. It was a complete waste of time and I left without buying gas.

Showers where disgusting and they where saying it was clean first shower had toothpaste all over the sink and public hair all over the toilet that was shower #1 they then moved me to a different shower, still not the cleanest but let's face it at this point I just wanted a hot shower...yeah not happening water was Luke warm then went solid cold as I had shampoo in my long hair. Disgusted.
