Exceptional service! I had a nail in my tire while on a roadtrip to Dallas, and they handled it swiftly and professionally. The team was efficient, courteous, and got me back on track in no time. Highly recommend their tire repair service for anyone in need on the road!

Absolutely a life saver!!! 1st time driving an electric vehicle over a long distance and our battery drained faster than we anticipated and we ended up stuck with only the emergency charging cable the vehicle came with. So charging our ride was going to take about 13 hours to get at least 80 miles of charge. But low and behold this place comes through with NEMO 14-50 dryer replacement plug. So now it's time to build us an adapter so we can get a faster charge at any RV park!

Opened up for us on Sunday, pulled 2 tires off the rack, sold them to us at a great price! Really enjoyed talking to the owner, fine feller!

5 star service for sure!!! My 19 yr old daughter was traveling thru Lordsburg when her low tire pressure light turned on (2020 Honda Civic) she proceeded to check it out at a gas station when a gentleman offered to help but advised that the tires should be at 50 & proceeded to over inflate all 4 tires I immediately told my daughter I thought that he had put too much air I proceeded to call & explain my situation to the gentleman @ Western Auto & he said send her over & I ll help her out Upon arrival not only did he confirm what I thought had happened (over inflated) but proceeded to set all tires accordingly!!! Thank you & God Bless

Western Auto is the best tire shop in town. Fixed our tire in no time. Professional, very friendly, and reasonable. I highly recommend them.

These are new owners as of 3 months ago.. Super friendly and saved our day. Price is reasonable.They even accommodated us with using the bathroom and throwing our trash as we headed back to Texas Highly recommended.

I will never forget my experience here. 5 years ago, my wife and I were moving across country to California. We were passing though New Mexico on a Father's Day Sunday. My car tire blew out near the Wilna rest area. My wife and I were driving separately, so we rode into Lordsburg hoping to find an open business to help. Sure enough, we stumbled upon this shop. A man, who I assumed was the owner, happened to be there picking up something for home. He was very nice and super helpful. He had one tire left that fit my car, and had us on our way in a jiffy. I will always be grateful for his help. I don't know what we would have done if he wasn't there.

They didn't have our tires in stock, but owner made some calls and was able to get us one tire and get us back on the road.Friendly, fast, reasonable.

Greatest Tire shop west of the Mississippi!The man saved the day! He went out of his way to take care of his customer. Good old fashioned customer service that you just don't see anymore.I would go a 1000 miles out of my way to do business with him again.THANK YOU!!!

The owner/operator did save my butt in fixing my tire while traveling home. He knew what he was doing. But his harassing comments were unappreciated. Berating, snickering throughout. I took one for the team so I could get home.
