About 45 min from Deming, blew a camper tire on I-10. Only repair service that came up on google was this one. Art called & was told they could be there in 10 min. because they were already on the road. Art was told there would be a service call fee, which we expected. Art took the spare off the camper & had it ready to install. My 1st notice was the lack of signage on the truck & trailer. We had no idea the outrageous bill that would result for this quick task. The bill of $580.22 was made up of the service call fee - $100; on top of that, a mileage charge of 48 miles @ $1.75/mile = $147; 2 hrs of labor @ $130/hr = $260 + a shop fee of $7.50; a 5% CC fee of $27.63; 7.5% sales tax of $38.59. The 2 men were here about 45 min. - they spent more time trying to run our CC, acting like they didn't know how - than putting on our spare. I actually got uncomfortable that they were skimming our card because of the amount of time they handled it. If we would have been given these charges up front - we would have contacted another repair service.

I called this place from the loves in lordsburg because i got a blowout on my truck. As soon as i told the guy who anwered the phone i was at the loves he said why the hell are you calling me for?! I said loves has a 4 hour wait time, then he said well thats what you get for going over there in the first place and hung up on me. If i could give 0 stars i would. Very unprofesional. You cant talk to customers that way just wish i had him in front of me when he talked to me like that. My advice is stay away from this place n save your money. I wouldnt call these people if they were the only road service on the planet!

Now I see why this place have such poor costumer service rate. I called this "24 hrs road service , the guy answers half a sleep, you explain what you need, and he just says, "No I can t and hangs up". All I needed was a tire exchange. BAD COSTUMER CARE!!

This guy loves arguing with the customers. Literally argued with me about my location. What a idiot. He hung up on me. I called back but he ain't man enough to answer.

Expensive, and rude. call other companies around they will be cheaper. Older gentlemen called me stupid for having a flat tire and to him it means i dont know how to use a tire pressure gauge. Unnecessary and should find another job if he is so unhappy with his life.

Interesting that the only 5 star that htis company has is from the owner, very telling. I had a truck with an airbag blow out on the tractor3 hours after I called he showed up. final bill 972.16 if I could have paid with ZELLE 825.63. Very expensive air bag. I will steer clear from using him again.

Go away from this company. They posting that they do everything but it is a lie. we called asking for road service to weight station what is 0.9 miles away and only what we need is air in tire. they told that will charge us 3.5 hours and they will change me tire what i do not need to do. other way they do not go and hang on me the phone. I am very surprise how they find clients at all.Service: Tires

Steve and Bill are definitely angels in the middle of the desert had it not been for these two gentlemen and their grit and their commitment to helping any and all who are stuck in the desert I appreciate them in ways I cannot explain thank you both for getting us on our way and doing such a good job on our fifth wheel kudos they're definitely men with grit!Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Installation

Do not try to call this company. RUDE dispatch or "owner" , a guy who just don't want to work , $400 for unlock !!! 5 mile away . And when I said (it's too much let me try out or call you back) , he Said (it will be more when you call me back !!!) But guess what my driver is rolling and for sure as I told you on the phone I will never call you back .

Was dangerously close to running out of gas before I reached Lordsburg so I stopped in Separ and gave them a call. Someone came to help me within 25 minutes (pretty amazing considering they were 20 miles away and had to stop and get gas). Reasonable price, wonderful service!

We received an error message water in fuel . We gave emergency road and diesel a call and they were so incredibly helpful. It didn't take long for us to be back on our way. Thank you so much for the peace of mind

Good person, dealt with him numerous times, always helped me when I was in bad situations no matter what the time was. Treat him fair and he will treat u fair. Steve is his name very disrespectful to drivers he will overcharge you and he wants your credit card number over the phone before repairs are done.......$1,200 for belt tensioner one 13 mm bolt through the tensioner it takes 10 minutes....... I also asked him just bring me the part I put it on myself he said it would be the same price don't trust this guy whatever you have to do find someone else like I did

2 days in STRANDED because my RV sliders and hydraulic anchors won't retract. My dog got attacked by javelina and the only other vehicle I have here is my Harley Davidson. I cannot put my mauled dog ON the back OF my bike and drive 79 miles through the freaking desert. I Got this place through 2 emergency road services listing. IM STILL HERE STRANDED I WILL NOT LEAVE MY DOG ON RISK LEAVING ON BIKE. STEVE SAID HE WOULD HAVE SOMEONE COME TO ME. I AM IN THE TOWN OF PORTAL NOT BUT 100YARDS FROM MAIN ROAD. I SENT ADDR3SS LOCATION ETC. EVERYONE KNOWS IM HERE. I STILL CANNOT GET HELP I DON'T UNDERSTAND HOW FOLKS CAN DO THIS OUT HERE. BEWARE.
