Believe all of the 5 star reviews because they are 100% accurate! We broke down in a 1940 COE wrecker 8.5 miles from Lordsburg, NM heading to CA and the tow truck driver recommended Felix and his shop. If I could give 10 stars I would because not only is Felix, and his right hand man Josh, knowledgeable and professional, they are truly terrific people. Absolutely the best service I have ever experienced on any vehicle. My only wish is that Felix and his shop were in my hometown! Thank you guys so much! You saved the day for my buddy Kyle and I!

Felix at Diagnostic Center was a life saver. We had some car trouble on a long road trip. He assessed the problem and even produced a soild quick fix that got us reliably back on the road. Would highly recommend!

I have to thank Felix for his honesty and willingness to work on and look into things that many wouldn't. he made an uncertain, stressful situation into a realistically easy situation. His diagnosis was spot on, and confirmed my fears, but then made it as good as he could in a fair amount of time.I recommend highly!!!Plus he's got his head on straight regarding the world.

After calling/ going to more than 8 places, I am glad they were recommended to us! Super nice and welcoming. We are traveling across country and thought something had happened to our breaks! Luckily they were able to help us out and figure out what the issue was fast and efficiently.We were in and out in less than 20 minutes! Fairly priced too!Thank you!!

We were traveling. we had vehicle issues. we called around 0815. Service was quick. Mechanic used diagnostic tools to find the issue right away. And we were on our way in less than an hour.than you

This is a great place. Felix was the mechanic that I did business with. I called him at 8:30a.m. broke down at local motel. Gave Me a ride to and from motel after job was completed at 1:30 same day. Very professional, knowledgeable, and reasonable on price. Recommend this place to anyone. Good to know there are still good people out there.

Our Jeep Grand Cherokee was hit head on by a massive piece of heavy plastic while traveling 75 mph on I-10. We found Felix at Diagnostic who agreed to wait for us - after his normal closing time to look at the underside of the car. We knew the plastic had been trapped under the car from the noise. Felix and his mechanic worked 12 hours removing pieces of plastic - even digging it out from the differential. They charged us a fair price & took us back and forth to the motel. We were out of town strangers with a car emergency in the midst of a long car trip. This business treated us fairly and honestly. Don t hesitate to use them

THESE GUYS WERE AMAZING! My Toyota Highlander broke down on the highway late at night in what felt like the middle-of-nowhere (as I was driving across the country) I had my car towed to the nearest place I could find whilst frantically googling reviews for reassurance. I ended up leaving my car at The Diagnostic Center and then walking to find a hotel for the night. First thing in the morning I walked back to the Diagnostic Center and spoke to the owner who was just arriving for the day, and despite being MAD BUSY with phone-calls and cars rolling in all morning, his team figured out exactly what was wrong with my car and then drove to a nearby town (an hour there and an hour back again) to get the right part for me. I was positive when I broke down I would have to spend money I didn't have, in a town I wasn't planning on staying in, waiting for a lengthy diagnosis and repair. Maybe two or three days, which would have completely derailed my trip. Not the case! The three guys who helped me were quick to identify the problem, quick to fix it, and managed to SOMEHOW get me back on the road again on the same workday. And they were great about the price! They didn't take advantage of a stranded stranger like many people could/would have, I was deeply grateful for that. Also! They were kind, funny, really cared about each other and I kinda wished immediately that they lived back in my hometown so we could all go to the pub for some laughs. So thanks, Louis and team! I'm only 4/5 months late in posting this but I finally did it!!!! And God forbid if I ever breakdown again, I hope it's near y'all!Services: Engine repair, Battery

Great service and knowlegable mechanics, Felix is the man he really knows what he is doing, I was taken there by top notch Badlands Towing to get my Semi started, a very challenging electric problem, but I will tell you, Felix really put his brains to work here. That nothing but Five Stars appears for this business is no surprise.Our van became disabled when the electrical system became over energized, blowing out headlamps and smoking the instrument panel. These fellows were prepared, if not eager, to make repairs to get us on our way. But diagnostics revealed the fuel pump, starter and other major utilities had also burned out by the incident. The repair was far too expensive for the vehicle and we decided to abandon it.This business ended up managing the salvage business on our behalf as we found other transportation home to the central Midwest.There is no doubting their professionalism and ability. Encountered were two fellows undaunted by any situation they face. They welcome new challenges should any appear. This repair is one that had interested them and we would have used them had not so many repair needs appeared.This business can do the job. They are an oasis in the desert for vehicle repair. Felix was absolutely amazing when it came to fixing the problem in my truck. My family and I were in the process of moving when we broke down on the freeway. Being that it was late Friday afternoon, he stayed to find the problem. The very next morning it was fixed. Radiator punctured on Monday and found this place mid afternoon. Louie drove to El Paso and back to get a new radiator on Tuesday. Called us Wednesday morning at about 9AM and said our vehicle was done and he was bringing it our hotel, which he did. We were back on the road by 10;30...unbelievable. Did I mention that he shuttled us to and from our hotel as well? The price he charged was much less than what I expected to pay. This place is great!!! I was having some trouble with my Honda, the dash light blinking at me to check my engine, and I just happened to pull to the curb to pop the hood and maybe let it cool or something. I was on my cellphone with a Honda dealer up in Colorado asking for advice, luckily at 2 in the afternoon on a weekday. But in less than 10 minutes Felix from this Diagnostic Center (that I happened to park in front of) appeared asking what's going on? I was so grateful! I hadn't even gone in to sheepishly ask if maybe he could take a look, auto-spaz that I am. He went back in to grab his screen-laptop thing to read my engine, asked me to describe what was happening (chugging engine), and while the Honda dealer was suggesting I should have the car towed to Albuquerque, Felix found the problem within five minutes (with the distributor) and I was back on the road in ten. Talk about friendly, pro-active service!!! You can't ask for better!!

On our way to Texas and as luck would have it my older Mitsubishi Mighty Max truck began having starting issues not far from The Diagnostic Center. I began googling repair shops. Most seemed uninterested in helping me out. I called the Diagnostic Center and explained the symptoms. Louie came to where I was stranded, towed me back to the shop. Felix diagnosed the problem as an alternator. They called around, none found locally. The next morning Felix drove an hour each way to get the part. He installed it and all is great now. Considering the prompt attention, the tow, going way above and beyond and being very fair with the pricing these are the guys. For honest guys who care, this is who we call.

Traveling through to Yuma. Amazing service!!! Very Professional! We broke down 20 miles east of Lordsburg pulling two RVs and had to have one towed in. They quickly diagnosed the issue at the end of the day, accommodated our vehicles and rigs while waiting for the part to be picked up and installed. So, if your gonna break down on I-10 try to break down near Diagnostic Center! Now you see why they are five stars!!!

Great service, efficient and friendly. The alternator belt broke on our car. While waiting for the tow truck from AAA, I called the Diagnostic Center. They came out, verified the problem, and had found a new belt by the time we were towed to their shop. These guys are absolutely amazing. My wheel came off while driving along the 10 West. I listened to the tow truck driver and brought my van here. I have not met a group of men that worked so well together, they tried everything to find me a wheel. The hunt was unsuccessful, but not for lack of effort. I listened to them and could feel there was genuine concern for my family. Honest, hard working, and kind. So lucky to have met these men. I will forever remember this group. Thank you!

JUNE 2021.. GREAT SERVICE!!!!! These men are very nice, kind, professional. My Class A motor home broke down on the free way. The alternator froze up and belt broke and radiator over heat. They were able to replace the alternator and chase down a hard to find belt and replaced them. Put in two gal of antifreeze and got us back on the road. The price was great to get the service. I would recommend these folks if you get stuck in this part of the country.. mjService: Electrical repair

These guys really helped me out in a bind. My car broke down just outside of town and they were able to help me right away. I knew I had some issues with my fuel pump and was told by another mechanic that I needed it replaced, but these guys saw that a separate part had some buildup that was messing with my cars sensors.Long story short I saved hundreds of dollars by going to these guys and was back on the road after a few hours of them working on my car. On the way to Tucson, a transmission line blew on our Nissan Armada and threw our vehicle into limp mode a few miles east of Lordsburg, NM. We called a repair shop in Lordsburg through our Geico App who then referred us to the gentlemen at Diagnostic Center. Thank goodness, very late in the afternoon on a Friday, a service tech responded to the Flying J truck stop where I was able to get the car too, and within minutes, he began diagnosing the location of the leak. Long story short... the service tech repaired the transmission line, added some lost fluid, cleared some fault codes in the vehicles system, and we were able to proceed along to Tucson. Unfortunately we needed to replace our transmission, but without the help of the techs at Diagnostic Center, we d probably still be in Lordsburg. I would highly recommend these gentlemen and will keep them in mind when traveling through. Thank you!

While on a trip with my daughter my truck showed 'battery not charging' on the DIC. I stopped at an auto parts store and they suggested changing the battery but that did not resolve it. I then got an alternator and put it in and it still showed the same message. I didn't know what else it could be and took it to Felix at Diagnostic Center. He was able to determine that while the alternator was supplying the correct voltage, there was something else not right with it. He was able to get another alternator and put it on and that fixed the problem. He is knowledgeable and was very helpful and friendly. A great experience and I would highly recommend Diagnostic Center.

If you broke down on the 10 like I did you don't want to call anyone else. These guys have a tow truck and they will work with you on the price if you let them do the work. My drive axle and lower ball joint completely busted and my car was undrivable. I had to take a short drive to silver city auto zone and get the parts I was lucky they had it in stock. (This is why my honda accord is my daily driver) I broke down at 1130 pm and I gave diagnostic a call around 7 am next day and my car was back at the hotel by 2 pm lol trust me these guys know what there doing and they are very friendly!Service: Steering & suspension repair

We were on our way to a family vacation and our truck broke down on our way. No one wanted to help us since it was Easter weekend but Diagnostic Center went above and beyond. Not only did they stay after close but they worked on our vehicle ON Easter and we were able to finally get to our destination. I will never forget our experience and the warm open arms they gave us! If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Thank you so much!
