The gentleman was quick and friendly. I only had to wait about 15 minutes but I went right when they opened at 8am. I always come back and I wish they could rotate tires.

I would give zero stars if I could. I had an oil change done here and immediately after the oil change I noticed oil leaking. The individual who conducted the oil change was rude and unprofessional when I returned to the business with the issue. It was difficult to get in contact with the owner and when I finally did he wanted to see the vehicle. I took the vehicle in and he tried to blame the dealership we purchased the car from. He advised us to return it to the dealership and they ll repair it under warranty. I explained to him there was no issue prior to the oil change and all I wanted was him to do was make it right. He insisted I take it back to the dealership, mind you this was the first oil change on the vehicle. I then took the vehicle to Santa Fe Volkswagen (not where I purchased the vehicle) where they were able to get the leak resolved. It turned out the oil change was done incorrectly resulting in a leak. They advised that when an oil change is done on that particular vehicle that the bolt on is a one time use only. I am absolutely disgusted which the unprofessionalism of the staff and the unwillingness of the owner to rectify the situation.Service: Oil change

One of the few lube shops, that do quick RV oil changes at reasonable prices. Their entrance-exit door clearance is 15 high. Located near a Loves Travel Stop, a quick stop off I-25.

My car was threatening to overheat between Santa Fe and Las Vegas. They took me in right away with no appointment and topped off the engine coolant. Very friendly and quick service!

I am new to Las Vegas and am unfamiliar with where is the best place to go for an oil change. My experience with Pino's was good. The gentleman who helped me was pleasent and professional. The cost was slightly less than what I was paying in Las Cruces. So far, I will go back and would recommend.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Pino s helped us out on our road trip when our oil pressure light suddenly came on. They were able to diagnose and get us quickly on our way. Great customer service.

As a former lube tech myself, I appreciate quick and honest service. The guys at Pino's embody both qualities. Their prices were fair, their service was quick, and they instead of trying to sell me an air filter I don't need like all the big chains, they just blew it out and stuck it back in. If I lived in the area I'd bring my car back here everytime.

This has been my go to place for oil changes for multiple vehicles I have never had a problem with the services done to my vehicle , nice waiting area with a Tv all they are lacking is a cool water dispenser as usual they are awesome no complaints from me

I was on a road trip and couldn t make it home before needing an oil change. These got me in and out in less than an hour, they were super friendly, and prices were very reasonable.
