We were having some engine trouble on our way to Santa Fe from Denver and stopped in here. The staff was so helpful and patient letting us use the reader multiple times until our problem was solved. At one point we had to go across town to get another part from AutoZone and they couldn t have been less helpful. O Reilly auto parts for the wind.

My Ford Explorer died a block away and I live 60 mi away and I had to leave it in front of the store for over a week. The staff was super helpful and patient with me. Anyone else would have towed it.

A huge thank you to Matt for installing the wipers on my car. He was very nice, friendly and had great customer service. There was still snow on my car from the morning snow. And he installed them without a second thought. He made sure they worked before I could leave. I had a 1,500 mile drive home.Thanks again Matt. I really appreciated it.

Tested my battery and alternator will no hesitation nor worry about other costumers because they are on time and efficient!!! In and out with no problems!!! No BS no time wasted!

I went to get a headlamp replaced and received so much more! It started out with excellent customer service and knowledgeable staff. The auto specialists were very professional and the store was fully stocked, neat and clean. The kind man at the front desk even offered to replace my headlamp for me! He was very quick and efficient and helpful! I also ended up getting a discout on my final cost because I am a student! Great price, great service, great parts!

Didn't want to order my part unless I had credit card . Didn't want to order cause they couldn't tell me exactly which cv joint I need for my 2005 mini coop convertible I even gave the numbers for the car and employee still couldn't tell me which part it was for sure . They need gp train employees better.

Always have what I need or will get it. Prices can be kind of steep but, also compare to other part stores. Service is really great by all especially Derrick.

I broke down in town with a failed alternator on a Sunday. They were great about calling around to find one to no avail. We ordered it and should be here Tuesday morning.

They never answer the phone. I like to call to see if they have the part before I go into town being I live 20 min away from town, n they never answer n when they do they put you on hold n the last time I was on hold for 30 min I just hung up it's ridiculous...

The younger gentlemen there are pretty savvy and have always made the best recommendations. The customer service is also impressive considering most of the young people in this town don't know what customer service is.

I was traveling from Alamogordo New Mexico to Casper Wyoming. My 2000 chevy suburban went into limp mode, just south of Las Vegas NM. I limped it into this o'reilly's store. Employee Eric and his coworker were very helpful. I was able to fix my vehicle and get back on the road.
