My car broke down while traveling through but Steve and team were super at getting me into the shop right away and provided diagnostics at a fair rate and with top professional care. In small towns it is not common to find such top notch ethical quality. I d use this shop every time.

This business is not helpful at all. It s AAA approved facility. AAA towed my F250 with no crank no start. They wouldn t jump start my car. They wanted $251 for diagnostics. I insisted to get the battery tested. I asked them if there was any charge to do the battery test. They said no. They said 1 hour before they get to it. I waited 1 hour then went to my truck to see what s up. Manual who appeared to be the manager got into the cab and turned the key only once to start the car. Then he said the battery is fine. I asked him to test the battery. He said no they were too busy. I went inside the office and the receptionist said it s $58 to test the battery. I said nobody tested the battery at all. It was cranked only once by Manual. She said I had to pay $58 anyway. I refused to pay and got my keys and towed my car to the nearest Autozone. Very greedy people. I wish I could give them zero star.

I can t thank all the staff enough. We on the Interstate with 300 miles more before we reached home they did all they could, with smiles and helpfulness. They did enough to get our vehicle all the way home. And for more than fair price! Customer service is alive and well at All Terrain Transmissions!!!!

I was coming from South Dakota to Arz and by Las Vegas my vehicle transmission started acting up. We looked up transmission shops and went to All Terrain. Met by a professional young lady at the counter when we entered the business. We went through some questions with her. Then Manuel came out and talked to us. He told us of a place to go eat lunch in town and by the time we were back he'd be able to get us in. Once back from lunch he put vehicle up on the lift and ran some diagnostics. He then brought me into the shop and showed what the issue was and why it happened. Once they fixed it they took it out for a drive to check it over and make adjustments back to our driving selections. The next day I received a call from Manuel checking on us and making sure everything was working okay. I would recommend All Terrain to my friends and all travelers having transmission problems. They are clean,professional and courteous!

Nothing but great service and professionalism! All Terrain Transmissions did a thorough job on my brakes, bearings, and transmission. They kept me informed every step of the way. They use quality parts that last and strive to get you vehicle back to you in a timely manner. I highly recommend All Terrain Transmissions if you want quality work done right.

Broke down over 1500 miles from home, and not to mention exhausted, they were extremely helpful and responsive as they were ready to close for the day. They were quick to send a tow truck and took extremely great care of us! Would definitely use them again!

I'm NOT happy with this place. They charged my dad $800 to "fix" his AC. He had to take it back the next day because the issue wasn't fixed. They kept it another 3 weeks. The only contact was initiated by us. We were shocked by a $4100 ticket, but they consoled us with a finance option (at 89% APR). No thank you. First time in my life I almost swore in front of my father. I should've asked around, because everyone I've talked to had has a horrible experience with this circus. It's hard to keep business local, when locals screw you over. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

We broke down at 4.45 on a friday the weekend of christmas with a load of horses trying to get home to Colorado... I called them, they stayed open for us till the tow truck could get us there and then worked on our truck till 8.30 that night so we could get back on the road... you dont find individuals or society helping people out much anymore and they went the extra mile... a huge thank you to all there at All Terrian Transmisions and merry Christmas

The staff was very professional, answered my questions and offered me a very reasonable price. I had my vehicle towed here due to overheating in a remote area. GREAT EXPERIENCE! New to Las Vegas and had no clue where to go. I had heard good things about ALL TERRAIN. They exceeded my expectations. Took photos of the issues and showed them to me before they moved forward. Great lady at the front desk. I'll be going back for any future car needs. 100% satisfaction which is saying alot these days!

The clutch failed on my car mid road trip. Las Vegas was the closest town so I got towed to all terrain and I had a great experience with them. They had the problem diagnosed the next day, communication was always very clear, and they're quick to respond to my questions. They did the work quickly, and they charged a fair price as far as I can tell. It does suck that my car had to break down but working with these guys was at least a positive experience.Service: Transmission

Awful communication. They had my car for a month and I was told little and updated infrequently. Eventually took my car back because of the lack of communication. They wanted to charge me for a transmission flush only a few weeks after having had my transmission flushed by them. Do no recommend for anything other than simple maintenance.Services: Transmission, Auto engine diagnostic

Check engine light came on outside of town while my wife and I were traveling through to Carlsbad. Called everywhere and was told it would be a long wait. The guys at all terrain got our new truck in and diagnosed it the same day. Got the issue resolved and the code cleared same day. Wonderful people, friendly, great service, and so glad they were able to help with our small emergency when I'm sure they already had a full slate of things to do that day. Absolutely amazing service. Receptionist was lovely and very kind. The gentlemen servicing my vehicle were extremely patient with me and provided full explanations for all services rendered, and did not pressure me for any unnecessary maintenance. Friendly staff, but wasted my time finding out if they had the right oil for my F250 diesel. After an hour they told me they didn t have it, after I asked what was taking so long. Not great.

Went the extra mile to help me out. My car broke down during a road trip on thanksgiving weekend. The owner of All Terrain Transmission agreed to take a look the same day and was able to make a diagnostic quickly. Through the day he was very transparent about timing and pricing.The team knew I had a warranty on the car, so they made sure to contact them before doing any work. They found out that the piece that needed replacement was under warranty but the work had to be done at the car s dealership, and immediately let me know.I set up a car transport and they gracefully kept the car for a week until it could be picked up. I offered to pay for watching the car but they told me it was fine.I wish the warranty would have allowed an independent shop to do the work, and I would have definitely gone with All terrain as they are knowledgeable, honest and transparent.

Ford Escape transmission experiencing sticking pressure relief valve causing the vehicle to loose forward and reverse movement. Called three Transmission shops in Santa Fe and all of them were backed up for at least two to three weeks before any repairs could be completed. My daughter in Colorado Springs had looked up these shops on her phone, due to the fact that I could not sustain a good internet connection at Cline's Corner just off of the I-25 Northbound. I had left Phoenix, AZ early morning at 03:00 AM heading for Colorado Springs, CO. I asked her to see if there was a Trans shop in Las Vegas, NM and she said yes.Miguel was a true professional from his introduction until the job was completed two days later. Steven was one of the owners of the facility and he repaired the vehicle and arranged for me to pick it up on a Sunday, when they were closed. Totally impressed I was! Honest, truthful, fair priced repair and kept me updated on the vehicles problem and repair procedure. Finding an honest repair facility is rare. I spent 14 years with BMW as a technician and owned my own repair facility for 11 years, now retired.Awesome job to all involved! Visit them in Las Vegas, NM. Miguel was extremely nice and walked me through everything that was going wrong with my van and what needed to be fixed. After this thorough explanation, I didn't feel like the price was all that extreme, and since the parts were warrantied, I felt comfortable that I was getting a fair deal. Fortunately they worked very fast and I was back on the road in two days. I would definitely recommend this business to anyone looking for auto repair in the Las Vegas, NM area. My family and I were traveling back to Texas on New Year s Eve and had a coolant leak in a heater hose. They were closed, but opened up to help us. Didn t price gouge, and had my family and I back on the road. We were very blessed by finding them.

All Terrain thank you so much! This last Thanksgiving holiday we were scrambling to make sure my car could get to Denver. After speaking with another mechanic who heavily told us not to take our car we got a second opinion at All Terrain and are we glad we did! They test rode our car checked everything from electrical to fluids to the entire bottom. They assured us the car would make it to Denver and that we should definitely get a new car within 3 months. They told us we could spend money to repair it but honestly in their opinion it would be better to upgrade for may reasons. They valued our time and safety above everything else and went above and beyond to make sure we would be assured to get their safely. We got to Denver and the car had no issues the entire time, nor even when driving it around until I was also able to trade it in for my new car that I will entrust with all Terrain for maintenance for their amazing work thank you again All Terrain!Services: Transmission, Tires, Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Electrical

Worst place to take your vehicle to I don t recommend anyone to all terrain I took my Durango to them to get aquart of oil and service check they made problems instead of helping they BURN PEOPLE BECAUSR THR MONEY HUNGRY GREEDY AND DINT CARE UF U HAVE KIDS AND they lie and say it needs new brakes transcooler leaks and claim they did all this and that just to make money there sick and deserve to be shut down and punished for it TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE INNOCENT PROPLE LOOKING FOR HELP AND TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE HONEST HARD WORKING PEOPLE

This is the best place to take your vehicle, by far. We had transmission problems just outside of town. We were on a long trip with a lot of reservationsahead of us. This team got us back on the road with everything working great. They went over and above to get us back on the road with a reliable solution in a short amount of time. I'm extremely disappointed! My truck was in their shop from March 4th to April 5th. Almost no communication as to what was wrong or when I would have my truck back. I also found out later I could have had the same work done at another place for way less. Driving through on my way from AZ to MO and and my 2016 3500 dodge transmission and clutch went out. Had it towed to All Terrain and they were so so good!!! Got it diagnosed and parts ordered the next day and all fixed and put back together in two days. Even called in more help to make sure my truck was done and got me on the road. Keep me in the loop the entire process. Can not say enough good things about everyone in the shop.
