Scheduled an appointment at 7am which is the time they open. I was also the first one in line and they took an hour and 40 minutes to get my car done. When they originally told me that it would take an hour. They left my car unattended for at least 30 minutes to help other customers that got there afterwards and even got their car done before mine.

Horrible experience, waited 2 hours for an oil change when there was only 1 person in front of me. Manager Daisy doesn t belong there she s rude, not professional and thinks she s better than anyone. I feel bad for her workers, the way she talks to them and treats them shouldn t be allowed. They re human but she doesn t treat them that way. I ve been there a few times and noticed that she likes picking on a young gentleman that works inside automotive making his days at work feel uncomfortable. Something needs to get done not just with the techs improving there work ethic but also Daisy treating her workers with respect.Services: Tires, Oil change

My wife and I were travel thru from Los Angeles back home to Dallas and was having tire trouble. We had to replace the front tires. They gave us a great price and had us back on the road in less than 40 min! Thank you Auto Center team!!

I have visited this Walmart Auto Care Center on a few occasions when my air pressure was low. Every time I go, I am treated with respect and very promptly as the mechanic fills each tire for me.Service: TiresService: Tires

Went in to get all 4 tires replaced before a big trip in the next 2 days and was pleasently surprised to hear that itd only take an hour. I get a call and was informed they couldnt take one of the tires off (which is entirely strange considering a few months ago my fiance actually took that tire off to change the breaks), anyway so i have all but one changed and its late so i cant go anywhere else. The next day I call to buy that 4th tire to take it somewhere else (fiance is busy with 12 hrs shifts and we are leaving the next day so it needs changing now), and they say they have it, but when I arrive its not in stock. Walton has it thankfully and I tell them about my situation and if theyd be able to change it while im there. They say no, so I take it to big O and get it changed with no problem.LONG STORY SHORT: save yourself some time, gas and energy running around and just go to Big O. They have amazing customer service (I did wait awfully long just to get 1 tire changed but they were busy so its understandable)

I wouldn't bring my car here for oil changes, that's for sure. Now, as far as shopping in the auto center, go for it. Of course, wal mart has the lowest prices, but these are not the people you want to trust with your car. I was turned away here because it would be too "difficult", only to go to take 5 and have my oil changed no problem.

Normally I dread having to ask for warranty service. Rinconada Walmart tire service was Absolutely wonderful! I was given partial credit, in accordance my the road hazard warranty, for a tire which could not be repaired. They even had the perfect match for a tire purchased long ago. The service was quick and professional. Thanks for the thoughtful and comprehensive service!

Hot garbage. Took almost three hours to change 2 tires. Almost three hours I sat at the bench waiting with my car in the stall. There was no line, nothing. My car sat in the stall for almost three. Freaking. Hours.Service: TiresService: Tires

Took our recently purchased van in for its first oilchange, they told us our oil filter clip was cracked. Shortly after our power train system goes out. We can no longer drive our van. We have a child with appointments and jobs to get to. Everything was fine with our van until they did the oilchange. Bought it off the lot in PERFECT condition, now we have to pay so much to get it fixed. All from what was supposed to be a simple oilchange.They definitely need to hire new guys. Worst experience ever. Do not recommend at all.Service: Oil change

Brought my car in for an oil change and a tire rotation, now the brakes on the front right side of my car is making a grinding noise. The manager is telling me it can't be something they did even though my brakes were fine before I brought my car in. All four brakes are brand new and were fine on a trip from Florida to Las Cruces until I brought my car here.Added while typing the first paragraph: I finally got him to take a look and only then did he admit that something they did caused the noise. All it was was the heat shield had been bent a little so it was grinding on the brake. Quick fix, he could've saved both of us some time if he had just looked at my car when I first brought it back.

Had a good experience they finished my car within the time limit given when I first dropped off for an oil change. When I went to check out it took a while, because of a customer returning a battery and obviously didn't understand why he wouldn't receive a full refund so 5 associates showed up at least 2 of them helped me and other customers other than that its was good

Automotive- oil change. From the oil change at 100% at 5pm to home and parking to the next day I was at 98%. I noticed my 2016 car was leaking oil. Hopefully it is just that they didn't put it on right. Go somewhere else to have it done right the first time.Update- I went back that evening and they lied and said it was leaking old oil that they didn't clean off around the filter ( that makes no sense). They didn't refill it, like promised on the phone. They must have tightened the filter because it did stop leaking and I have been driving all day for the past 2 days and have only gone down to 97% oil.

I normally avoid Wal-Mart, but their automotive bay was the closest place I could get a tire patched on a Sunday as just about everyone else was closed. They were quick, professional, and charged a modest fee for the repair.

Sitting in the waiting room of the jeep dealership now, thanks for rounding off my oil pan drain plug. I need to replace the whole oil pan now because even the dealership can't get it off. $370 repair because you don't know how to do one of the easiest maintenance tasks.

I would like to highlight the auto team at the Las Cruces Walmart on Rinconada Blvd. They were short staffed today and worked quickly and with smiles to help customers out. Even during a difficult time with an angry and disrespectful customer the team kept their composure and delivered excellent care. Theresa, Aaron, and Jerome deserve recognition for their hard work and great attitudes today, you are appreciated!

The reason I am only posting one stars is because the management fixed the problem that had occurred, otherwise it would have been no stars. Last week I took my car into having oil change, unfortunately the associate that did the oil change forgot to replace my oil cap. When I awoke this morning I found oil all over my bumper... (I guess while driving it occurred). I decided to pop the hood and found the oil cap was missing

My car died in the parking lot haha, two gals from the automotive Dept actually took time out to help me get back going. Even when it didn't start right away, they had one of the technicians come out to help. They really went above and beyond Thank you all for being so kind!

Love this location friendly clean bathrooms and have everything I shop for. Just sucks because it's way out on the east side of Las cruces and I live on the south west side. Still make the drive tho because it's worth it

Great place for tires. Friendly staff. Always helpful. If you travel get the road hazard for your tires, it's good at any Walmart with a tire center.

5 stars for fast and great service0 stars for them having to page a manager 3 times over 30 minutes to come and inspect the work. What happens when the manager shows up they start goofing off

My experience today was quick and fairly inexpensive. I could have gotten a lower price elsewhere but I did value getting my groceries while I waited and picking it up right when I checked out.

Very unprofessional, worst customer service I've encountered at any Walmart. There are a few employees who are polite but the rest are very rude and short. Completely unsatisfied and will not be using them again for any of my vehicle needs.

I always take my SUV there for an oil change. They do a great job and it's a total of $20 plus for ac. It's cheaper than I can do it.

Decent service. I buy my tires online but get them mounted here pretty cheap. They also recycle my old used oil.

They reorganized since the pandemic started.Items that I usually found needed to be shipped.Still a good go to place for regular maintenance auto parts.
