Wanted to change tires and two lugnuts was seized and the dude with the wirey chin hair didn t stop when they wouldn t budge and completely DESTROYED the lugnuts and told me to go to a another shop and pay more money to take it off like it wasn t his fault and no care in the world. Luckily the wheel barring wasn t damaged, had to get a stripped lugnut socket at Harbor freight to take it off myself. Absolutely clueless not even a ounce of common sense, they really do hire anyone off the street

Brought my class A gas RV for a walk-in oil change. The techs and desk employees were helpful and straight forward. It was a tight fit and not the easiest oil change, but they knocked it out like pros.

Batteries are flooded customer service is what their policy allows had to buy 50$ worth of tools to get a battery switched and the t was on them but on me I already returned the old one so had no replacement had to buy and return and go into the store 6 times it was horrible they can't even loan tools I bought a 120$ mobile jump start my car don't already work good lol morale of the story because of policy's they can't care ok thanks for the horrible experience!

I haven't been to Wal Mart for auto service in a while, but this one I liked. Quick service, they were knowledgeable, and so far my oil pan and filter haven't dripped on my driveway, which means they did a good job. The ONLY thing I can fault them on is that for the life of me I've only ever had one wal mart ever actually put the new "good until" sticker on the car. I'll just write over the one that's currently on the car but they consistently "forget" to change out that sticker.

Buy your tires here. Any brand. Get the free rotation extra included. I have 5 years on my truck 17" tires with only 25k on them. Not wearing them out driving. Time. I'll be back for new rubber in January 2024

David and his team are either incompetent or lazy. I had to go else where TWICE in order for them to change my tires. First was because this tire shop didn t have the tools to take one of the lugnuts off and the second because they couldn t put my spare tire back where it belonged, under my vehicle, goodness! David just kept mentioning how they don t have anything at that shop to do their job. More like the energy

I bought windshield wipers usually I can take and put new ones on, but this time I couldn't. The young man at Walmart put the new ones on for me.

Great Service As Always. Would of givin you 5 stars but you need someone to man the counter at all Times & not have to use a tech to do both. So 4 stars

So thankful for their ability to fix a punctured tire on a Sunday afternoon! Quick service and very reasonable price. I don't hope to need them again soon, but will certainly use them if I do.

I will not buy tires there or let them put them on ..cus I had brought one tire an I couldn't buy the other set so I went somewhere else an got new tires, the next day, I ask walmart can I bring there one set of tire back with a Receipt an also they charge too much, walmart told me no so I'm stuck with one new tire an out pocket of 150.00

They never have the correct battery I need for my Volvo. I have informed the auto center on more than one occasion to please order my battery. Well guess what they still don't have my battery. I quit. This is ridiculous.

After getting an oil change I noticed it was leaking oil. I checked the drain plug and it was barely in so natural I tried to tighten it, finding that it is totally stripped. After going back to get it fixed they refused to fix it. Since apparently they included a "note" on the invoice in 6pt font saying that the plug came out rough and was leaking. However, nobody bothered to inform me of this. What ever happened to doing the right thing? Besides all that, the customer service was horrible both times in. Don't go here!

Fermin went out of his way to help us change a flat. They closed at 7, we got there at 6:45 and he helped us until after 7:30. The stupid truck is brand new and we couldn t find the lock nut etc. it was a hassle, but he was so kind and patient and helpful. We will return just for his service.

Driving cross country and had a slow leak in my tire that was getting worse. Called and asked if they had a tire for my car, the first guy said sure let me check! Then another guy hopped on and said systems down we can't help you and hung up on me without even checking if they carried my tire!!! Rudest service ever!

Love to come and do my oil change in my car, my groceries shopping and having the Walmart App I can see the process of my car service and receive a text message when is done

Update... Still a bad place for tires. took it in for a tire repair, They told me it was an unrepairable side wall and that I would have to buy a new one.I took it to another shop NOT WALMART they found a hole in the center of the tire in the tread, NOT THE SIDE WALL and was able to fix it for 10 bucks.Guessing these guys work on commission trying to sell me tires.............................Jiffy Lube helped me out and they don't even repair tires!Usually really good and really helpful people, but the guy I talked to today didn't want to figure out which tire the nail was in so I'm taking it home to do it myself, thanks for the help Walmart it's not like I wasn't paying you for it... not like you guys don't have tools to make it faster!? I'm guessing lazy employee

Came to get a Spare fixed for a car trailer. Wouldn't let me get the tire until they balanced the trailer tire. Would not recommend coming here if passing through. Charged almost 200$ for a tire to have as a spare.

There on line inventory is never kept up to date! It shows to have it and you arrive to go get it and it's out of stock!! (in store) Staff always acts as if YOU interrupted them, and then they make you wait on top of it! Sorry just a bad experience with them today! Grrrrrrr!

I suppose it was for safety or something. My fiance had a screw in her tire but since the tires in front were not identical we were refused service.

Very helpful and friendly with good prices. The one thing I wasn't happy with is the mechanic got oil on my leather door cover and I got it on my sleeve.

They say they vacuum your carpet but it hardly looks like it; sometimes they check transmission and power steering fluid and other times they don't.
