I went to Viva Toyota, looking for a hybrid.Salesman Brandon talked to me about the Toyota Corolla Cross Hybrid. What a great vehicle. All my questions were answered, I took a test drive. It is the perfect car for me. We made a great deal and I purchased the car.Wow does this get super great gas mileage, better than the trade in hybrid I had, an the warranty is wonderful. This is a great car an very roomy. Brandon was such a Help.I highly recommend Viva Toyota Las Cruces NM . Brandon is Great Thank You, I Love this Car

Just drove off the lot yesterday with my brand new Toyota Crown with the help of Adam and Brandon. 24 hours later I am still completely happy with my purchase. My husband and I are return customers. We purchased another vehicle almost two years ago and had a 5 star experience back then too. We appreciate Adam and Brandon s teamwork to make it this happen. It s also nice to know that if I have questions about all the new tech that cars have these days, I can bring it in and have a little demonstration. Thank you for the great experience.

I d like to thank Raul Varela from Viva Toyota of Las Cruces for his professionalism and excellent customer service. We recently purchased a vehicle and Raul made the process smooth. If I can give Raul more than 5 stars, I would! Also, the Toyota customer survey that was recently sent has already expired. It would be good for the customer survey to stay open for at least 30 days.

I went to two dealerships before deciding to check Viva Toyota out and those dealerships were a nightmare. I was connected with Wayne Sheppard, who from the beginning of the process to the end was an absolute joy to do business with. He was very knowledgeable, and kept in contact with me for the exact car I wanted. I arrived to the lot happy and left even happier.

Just moved to the area had our vehicle serviced here and it was done so fast compared to our pervious dealership. We also just purchased a used vehicle from them and I have to say it was probably the most pleasant/ best car buying experience I've ever had they were not pushy or anything. I believe it was Michelle finishing our loan paperwork was great with our son/ had stuff to entertain him while we filled out paperwork appreciated this a lot. Very impressed and will keep coming here for car related needs

From the moment Shelly greeted me at the door this has been the best car buying adventure I have ever had. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Shelly was able to find me the perfect vehicle for my needs. I can't recommend Shelly and the rest of Viva Toyota enough.

Be very cautious when having your vehicle serviced here! During a visit for a free cabin air filter I was told I needed a new battery, and they produced a test result showing my battery was bad. I thought this was odd since I ve had no issues with the battery and was there for a completely different reason. I ve now taken the vehicle to 2 other mechanics to have my battery checked and both say the battery is fine. Two times during this visit I was given my keys to leave only for ME to find my vehicle in the parking lot with work that had not been finished. An employee of the dealership recommended that I share my experience with the service manager which I did. He seemed unfazed and didn t seem surprised at all by what I was telling him and offered no solution. As I was leaving the dealership a technician ran out and stopped me to ask if he could look in my vehicle for a tool he had lost! I ve had only bad experiences since Viva purchased the dealership. I have only owned Toyota vehicles as my daily drivers and I ve been happy with all of them, but my next car will not be a Toyota unless we get a new Toyota dealership in town.

Overall very good first experience at the service department. Took my car in for it's 75k once over. Staff was friendly and informed. They were helpful and made solid service recommendations. I took them up on one, but couldn't afford the rest at this time. Appreciate the kindness and trust they built on this first visit. Probably won't be the last.

I have to say that even though we had a couple of things to work out, Shelly Karl was an amazing person to work with - along with the entire Viva Toyota family.When Covid hit a couple of years ago, my pay structure changed for a bit & my credit took a bit of a dive. Despite that, Shelly s & her partners at Viva were able to shop around financing a bit & we all worked it out.Having owned 8 previous vehicles over the years, this was by far the most pleasant experience I ve had; by a long shot. The Toyota product line speaks for itself & I m acclimating to my new (hardly used but new for me) RAV4 LE.Thanks to all, & particularly Shelly, for the stellar work they do!

My wife was in an accident which left her without a car. For Valentine s Day I wanted to gift her a new car for her and the kids that was safe. We live in Albuquerque, but our salesman Raul was very quick to respond and knowledgeable, which made the buying process easy for us. We drove down to Las Cruces and just as expected everything wentsmoothly and the delivery we received from Raul was top notch. A big thank you to the Manager on site Alex Carrillo as well.

Very bad customer service. I bought a vehicle in 2022 and I requested my Toyota Care to be cancelled because I traded in the vehicle and I filled out the requested documentation for the refund. It has been 2 months and I still have not received my refund and I try to call them they never return calls and they keep you on hold for hours.

Viva Toyota's staff was very friendly and efficient! Their professionalism was much appreciated, and they valued my need for transportation while my vehicle was being serviced. Their arrangements for me were perfect and all of the timing went amazingly well along with the completion of my service. A job well done!

Christina, the finance manager, basically presented a beyond concierge service to the purchase of my new tundra. She went beyond her job title and even accompanied me on a test drive. Her aura of patience with combined soft energy created an experience of ease. Jaime, the salesman, was a true gentleman. He was very forthcoming and explained all options in details. This is truly a well oiled /well managed dealership in this lovely town. This is the first time in 20 years of purchasing multiple cars in many zip codes where i can truly say .FINALLY.Thank you Christina and Jaime.Dr Mobarak

I am more than impressed with my experience here at Vescovo! My car broke down on a Monday, went to them that evening, purchased the car on Thursday! Our salesman, Joey, was very open and up front with us about the car and the pricing. I told him exactly what I was looking for and he had it! There was no pressuring for something I don t want or need, any extras, or a more expensive car. He let my husband and I test drive it, which is always so helpful. The process of signing took a while, but I figured it always does. This was my first time going to a dealership to purchase, and not from family, and I highly recommend them!! And not just Joey! There was a very kind front desk receptionist, I forget her name, and another sales lady who was nice as well. Christina who was in charge of finance was very patient and took her time to make sure that we were happy. I didn t feel anxious or stressed about coming here or my decision with my car like I did at other dealerships. If we re still stationed here next time I need a car, I ll definitely be coming back!! Vescovo Toyota s team is AWESOME!! Keep up the good work!

Always awesome to work with the service group. I have been seen for over a year now, and almost 40k miles (I drive 500+ miles a week.) Everything is always done on time or early, and I have never had any issues with scheduling.

Viva Toyota has done a fine job keeping our 17 year old Tacoma running like a new born! Also, they great care for our new 4Runner as well. The workmanship is terrific and the customer service should be an example for other businesses.

They lost our sale. We were ready to pay, but they would not take cash, a check, or debit. One of the "managers" totally dismissed us and said, "okay" when I told him he lost a for sure sale. Guess they're not hurting for sales.

This dealership is a complete joke and their manager and sellers are nothing but a blasphemy. If I could give 0 stars I would do it in a heartbeat. This people did not even let me see any car and they want it to sell me a car that I don t even want it and started having attitude to me. I went the same day to a different dealership and got better results. Las cruces Toyota is the worst place ever. I do not recommend this jokers to nobody. Don t waste your time trying to buy a car with this jokers. Better take your business somewhere else.

I ve been using this place almost exclusively for the last 8 years, even after moving to Sunland Park. They strive for honest, fair, and quality costumer service. If there s an error, they correct it. They ve fully secured my trust, and I will continue to use them as long as I own a Toyota and live in this area.

The service department here is amazing! The mechanics are the best of what they do.The service entrance is spacious and clean, and the staff is ready and eager to assist you.They are rarely very busy, because Toyota vehicles rarely break down. Mostly just routine maintenance.Parts counter is extremely knowledgeable, and will get any part you need.

Thank you to my salesperson, Brandon Campos, and the sales manager, Jon. What an amazing team. Best auto buying experience I've ever had. I wasn't sure that it was the right time for me to buy, and both Brandon and Jon were polite, respectful, and no pressure. Just a lot of honest, transparent information that was really helpful -- especially when both new and quality preowned vehicles are in short supply due to the pandemic. Great people. Great experience. Upfront and very fair pricing.
