Started off great but quickly went downhill my car was rear ended with just the rear bumper being damaged. This business called me and were extremely nice so I had my car brought to them after the insurance adjuster assessed the damaged. The adjustment estimate had listed to REPLACE the rear bumper which is what the owner told me was going to happen. About a week or so later, I get a text that my car is finished and ready to pick up. When I arrive, the bumper had NOT been replaced but had been repaired but still expected to be PAID FOR REPLACEMENT OF THE BUMPER.. it was one of the jankiest repair jobs I ve ever seen even being in the car business for years now.. the two guys I spoke with just tried to brush it off and told me because there was a previous accident to the vehicle is why it looked like that so I should just take it how it was after saying multiple times it looked awful, they said they would keep it so they could fix it . A few days later, the owner tells me they didn t replace the bumper because it would take a really long time to get it in. I immediately call BMW dealership as well as 2 other body shops and they ALL told me it would take 2-3 days to get the bumper. I call the owner back and say it ll be 2-3 days from the dealership to get the bumper in. Surprise surprise, that was supposedly his next call.. had the bumper been replaced to begin with or if someone had at least TOLD ME it was going to be repaired instead, been upfront, and HONEST this could ve easily been a 5 star review.. I will never recommend, my co-workers will not, and the hundreds of customers we have at our dealership we will not recommend this business..Services: Painting, Body & Trim

take your vehicle somewhere else I had my 2013 Honda pilot in there because it was hit. It was an insurance claim they said okay. Bring it in such and such day. We'll have it down in about 3 to 4 days and it took them over a week to get it done. When I got the car back after they said it was done I still had runs in my clear coat and they said okay. Bring it back in like a week. They gave me a day to bring it back. I brought it back and when I got it there they said oh nobody's here to do it so they sent me up another date to bring it back. When I brought it back that day it was after hours and when I got up there the gentleman's that were there didn't even know a car was coming in and so they set it up for another day. Then when I got up there to get the other day they said oh we didn't know it was coming three different trips to the thing and still not fixed. Still have runs in my clear coat on my paint job so if I was you I would take it somewhere else

Got involve in an accident a couple of months ago and took my vehicle to USA and they did a phenomenal job on my car. Very satisfied and professional, it did take longer than expected but I now understand that it s a lengthy process and that it takes time and a real craftsman to do a good quality job.Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Air conditioningServices: Painting, Body & Trim, Air conditioning

Do not use this company. They are so unorganized, they do not know what they are doing. My vehicle came back to me with mechanical issues after being fixed . Will NEVER use them again. And best believe I will be telling everyone I not to come here. Worst experience ever!!

Was referred to this place and regret listening. I needed a rear bumper replaced and side panel work done because of a small accident. The workers were friendly but the owner was never there. The paint job was outsourced and it was done poorly . Paint bubbles and primer showing. Had them redo the work and it still was not done appropriately for a $4,500.00 price tag. Do yourself a favor and go to another shop when you need work done.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

First time I ever get involved in a accident and USA auto collision help me throughout the whole process. They took over the claim for me making it hassle free and they delivered a great quality product as if it was bought straight out of the dealer. Called to speak to someone about my stepdaughter's car. Person who answered the phone was so rude and kept hanging up on me. Don't recommend this place.

USA AUTO COLLISION IS THE BIGGEST CROOKS IN THE AUTOBODY BUSINESS. THIS PLACE HAS TOW TRUCKS THAT TOW WRECKED VEHICLES EXCLUSIVELY TO THEM. WHEN THEIR ESTIMATE IS WAY OVERPRICED AND YOU WANT YOUR CAR RELEASED NOW THEY START CHARGING YOU STORAGE WHICH IS WAY OVERPRICED ALSO. I JUST LOST MY 2014 FORD FUSION BLACK TO THEM BECAUSE FRED LOYA (ANOTHER CROOKED COMPANY) WON'T PAY THEIR EXORBANANT STORAGE FEES. THESE 2 COMPANIES WILL FIGURE OUT A WAY TO KEEP YOUR CAR FOR FREE. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS YOU WILL LOSE YOUR CAR. FRED LOYA WON'T PAY THEIR FEES AND THEY GET TO KEEP MY CAR.

This place is amazing! I got into a small fender bender, I shopped around for body shops in town and they were trying to over charge me alot. I went here and he fixed it for a reasonable price and went above and beyond in service and helpfulness. I definitely recommend this place to everyone.

I can't recommend these guys highly enough! They were incredibly patient and helpful, got replacement parts at prices below anything else I could find, and did incredible work at a fast pace. These guys really know what they're doing, and are a great business!
