Every time I have an issue with my car (2012 Mustang) I bring it here. They are straight forward, reasonably priced, and get the job done quickly. I won t take my car anywhere else unless they can t do job and that s not once been the case. Thank you guys so much, y all are awesome!

Got referred here by a good friend. I inquired about a brand new tire because I had two nails in the tire I had and just wanted to replace it. Instead of doing what most business's would do (which would be sell me a whole brand new tire) they actually refunded me the money I spent on the new tire I was going to purchase and patched up the tire I had that got the two nails in it. 100% honest and easy transaction. I will refer everyone here for tires and service. Ask for Mando, he is the person I will go to for all my tire needs from now.

Had to go back because the tires were not on correctly. The mechanic there did not know what he was doing, and I had to tell them what to do. They got the tire on right, but they should have been on right the first time.Would not recommend here for anything tire related.

Driving from San Diego to Lake Superior Michigan pulled into Travel America truck stop in Las Cruces and saw that I had a tire blown out on my two axle travel trailer, well you can imagine I was not happy. The good news is Goodyear was less than a half a mile from my location, I get the spare on and went down there AND they saw me immediately. Got a good deal on 4 tires because all of my tires on the travel trailer we're about 6 years old and I suspect they would have probably blown out as the first one did before I got home. Got tires mounted and I'm on my way. I appreciate their customer service and attention to detail they did a great job, thanks guys!

I had an appointment for a from e d alignment.. I brought the car in on time and 45 minutes later they still aren t doing anything with my car. The guy has the nerve to tell me that appointments at this place are like appointments at a doctors office. You don t always get in at your appointed time. And then expect me to wait! Needless to say I didn t. I can t comment on the quality of their work.

When in around 8:20 am for alignment and had no waiting. Installed a leveling kit myself on my Tacoma and was relieved alignment mechanic didn't have any issues with my install. Price was very reasonable highly recommended. This was the third vehicle I've taken here and never had a complaint. Good work and Thanks again. You have my business.

The staff is great. Only thing is some employees should know speaking Spanish in front of someone not of Spanish decent, they might still understand you. Also if they don't understand, it might make them uncomfortable, mostly because when employee spoke English fluently to customer. Employee was not speaking to another customer, but another employee. Great company, good prices, great quality of service.

I had the pleasure of being helped by Armando the manager. He was very friendly and helpful. My Camaro needed an oil change so I took it to two other places, but they were unable to get my car on their lift, because my car frame was too low. This place had no issues and quickly did the job. They even gave me a $10 discount!

Would not recommend for mechanic work . I took my vehicle in they identified told me what the issue was and resolution . After I paid and the work was supposedly done . My engine light was still on and they said it may be another issue seemed very fishy they didn t go out of their way to actually check but just said it would cost more and more . Paid for nothing! They wouldn t reimburse either so here I am leaving this review .

When i walked in hey were nice enough but they stated they would call me when my alignment was finished and that it would take about 2 to 4 hours. i never got a call i finally called them 5 hours later and they said it had been ready. When i showed up i asked why they did not call me and the manager said "we get busy sometimes, you know" he then said "I'm pretty sure we told you it would be a couple of hours" as if i should have been calling ever hour to check in. the price was fair but they did not seem to value my time. Unless all the other shops who do alignments close I will not be going back.

Looked everywhere for a set of new ties for my Mazda 2. No one had the size and I would have to order them and wait a couple of weeks to get here. Once I called tirecenter plus, the fine man told he could order some and have it installed the same day. Really happy with the service, took about 2 hours. Thanks guys!

This place is a good place if you have an emergency you're on your own everyone makes mistakes got a dwi in 05 not proud of it but its the past 2 weekend's in a row I've stayed without a vehicle because (they) scheduled a service appointment for my interlock and it permanently locked me out of my vehicle when i had work both times lost out on money for my bills and family it wouldn't be so bad if it were just me but I have a family of five all my kids are under 11 yrs old and I know it's my fault for the situation were in but i dont even drink anymore going on 3 yrs thank god i never share my problems with no one but it's too much have a great evening every one god bless. All in all great working family owned business for tiers and that but an after hours number for emergencies like this only, would be a more than perfect for customer service ratings you dont think but reviews and ratings mean a lot everyone is using Internet now a days for everything

Awful service , manager mando himself said they ordered my part and then it never came his incompetent staff kept me on hold for 10+ minutes just to hang up on me . Wouldn t ever recommend this place to any one in las cruces

I was recommended this place and Mondo helped me get my tire repaired after telling my spiel of how Discount Tire tried to get me to buy a new tire for a nail that was no where near the sidewall. Definitely will be my first place to go for any future services! Thank you again!

Horrible customer service from the front desk! I had an appointment at 4, they made a mistake took the wrong car in before me then acted like it was my fault. Said I could wait or reschedule. So I've been waiting over an hour for something that should have only taken 30mins. Will never come back.

Great and friendly service . Got my alignment done in a timely matter . After lowering my car on coilover suspension, no where else in town will touch it . These guys did it with precision. It drives straight as an arrow . Whether you want your car done to factory specifications or custom to your needs , tire center will deliver.

I had a blow out in my trailer while I was traveling thru to Texas with my Camper and I called to see if they had my tire size in and they did and I was in and out in 45 min. Great service and very friendly staff.

I waited a hour after my scheduled appt was suppose to be, because they double booked and didn't write it down. I won't be coming back and they didn't even apologize, they didn't care.

One employee out of 8 walking around every building inside with NO face mask. Getting into customers vehicles with NO mask. Tire workers removing valve stem cals to fill tires, dropping valve stem cap and not bothering to find it or replace it. Want your lug nuts torqued? Sure, they've got an air gun for that. Ask for two tires to be balanced, came out needing 4 balanced on the way home. No thanks. Not worth it to go back and make them dontheir job just to possibly catch COVID.

I ordered some run flat tires and they were not (and looked like used / damaged ). They Try to convince me they were Run flat tires but they didn t have the legend the producers use as RFT, etc.They told me could offer other ones instead in some days more but I didn t trust any more

Very helpful to me when I was under pressure to keep an appointment and the tire delivery was late due to weather. Grateful I chose to do business here.
