I can't begin to stay how lucky I feel that I broke down near here, so I ended up at this shop. Jesse and his family were beyond amazing to me. They treated me like family from day 1.I usually do all my own work on my vehicles because I don't trust mechanics, but working on my Rv can be a lot, so I have to go to mechanics. Jesse was the first one to make me feel completely comfortable about it. He wasn't just extremely knowledgeable, but also extremely reasonable in pricing.He went above and beyond to make sure to fix everything I asked him (and I asked for a lot). My RV is old and many parts aren't even available anymore, but he made it happen. I feel like many mechanics would have gave up and said they couldn't do it, but that's not an option for him. He also checked everything and made sure everything worked well before letting me leave.Not only was the mechanic part of their service amazing, but also Jesse's entire family was so good to me. I live in my rv, and I was there for a minute waiting on parts. His brother would take me to get whatever I needed, such as snacks or diesel for my heater. He even showed me some amazing sights around the area. His wife always made sure I was comfortable and offered me dinner every night I was there. Even his 6yr old daughter went out of her way to ask me if I needed anything. They were also very nice to my 2 dogs as well. I have never experienced this kind of kindness in my life, and I it was amazing to experience.Overall, This is an AMAZING shop with some amazing people there. He deserves more than 5 stars. Go here if you are in the area and need a good mechanic. Couldn't recommend a better one. My Rv is better than it's ever been now.Oh yeah, Jesse even looked beyond what I asked about and found issues a previous mechanic messed up with my transmission. My transmission was being held up with 1 bolt, but he fixed all that too. I'm thankful he is so thorough and saw it. Thank you again for everything Jesse!!

The Tire Store & More (LLC) prices are the best! I got some estimates on rebuilding the top half of my engine (F150 2004) and they can t be beat on the price! Their work was top quality, my engine has never sounded as good (220000+ miles). The individuals working at The Tire Store, where nothing but kind and polite the entire time I was speaking with them. The only fault I could give them with my repairs was some extra time on troubleshooting a vacuum leak. I will say again that is the only fault and for the money I don t think you will find a better deal. We can t say enough great things about The Tire Store & More! We were on an RV trip, 1000 miles from home, when we realized our tire pressure was low. The extender was damaged & we couldn t reach the inside dual tire valve. Not only were these guys helpful & efficient, but some of the friendliest people we ve met on our trip! They got us fixed up in no time & wouldn t accept a dime from us just wished us well on our trip. Thanks again!

Jesse and his guys take care of all our personal and company vehicles. He is very knowledgeable and dependable. I only go to Jesse. He has always fixed all of our problems from new tires, completely rebuilding truck front end, to just minor oil and coolant leaks. I highly recommend Jesse and his guy. He is also an honest and affordable mechanic.

What can I say!! If I could give 8 stars I would. Jesse and his crew were fantastic. Took my vehicle in for an oil leak, thinking rear main, but it was clean, but they stuck with it till they found the problem and repaired it. Jesse kept me posted with everything they were doing and I am very pleased with the work that was done and I would recommend them to anyone. Jesse has become my new car doctor. Great shop. They came highly recommended. They did a great job at a great price. They didn't upsell me parts I didn't need even though I gave them permission to do so. Who does that? Jesse, Ross and Jay! I will recommended tires and more to anyone.

Great local garage. You know a business is good when there are several "locals" waiting out front for them to open in the morning.Had a difficult and somewhat obscure wiring problem with my truck. They were able to diagnose and repair at an amazingly reasonable rate.

This group of guys saved my A$$!. My truck broke down, towing my RV through Las Cruces with my 2 kiddies, wife and dog. These guys got me towed and fixed up on a SUNDAY, after hours... and they gave me an honest & reasonable price. These days, its really hard to find good help and nice people. I was lucky, I guess. Thanks again.

Front inner outer bearings both sides. They did a great job. Got my truck in, on time, for scheduled appointment and finished on time. They did more than an excellent job. They went out of their way to make sure the job was done correctly and safely. The estimate given over the phone was in relation to what I was charged and they didn't try to sell me services I didn't need. There were multiple configurations for my vehicle. I called numerous shops for quotes and most shops didn't have answers. When I gave Jesse my license plate number over the phone, he right away knew exactly the configuration my vehicle was and had the parts ready. Fast service, honest workers, great price for my tire repair. Minor mistake was made concerning 1 aftermarket valve cap. Manager/owner offered to replace the entire set immediately after noticing, I kindly refused (the cap sets are only around $5 online and I was impressed you guys owned it and made the offer so fast) and I said I'd call it even just to double check proper all-around tire and spare pressures so I could get safely back on the road. I'm also impressed that the guys doing the work here actually show you the problem parts or cause of your issue rather than just explain it and hope you believe it. They showed both myself and the guy waiting before me what came out of our tires (and mine ended up being a bad valve stem, not the nail I found) Will definitely be back for more work in the future and will certainly recommend the tire work in the meantime.

I was driving home from California to Florida when the serpentine belt came off on the highway. I had to be towed and I am glad it was to Jesse's shop. They were friendly and professional. Jesse was able to quickly figure out the problem and take care if it for me. He replaced the serpentine belt and figured out I also needed a new tensioner and ac clutch (to think I thought the engine was suppose to sound like that). He also repaired a broken and cracked bracket. Jesse and his staff went above and beyond to ensure I made it home safely.They showed me the process and explained the work they were doing making me feel at ease with the repairs. I am a solo female traveller that lives in my van so I have to be very cautious about every situation. Not once did I feel unsafe, in fact they treated me like family.I highly recommend The Tire Store and More for anyone looking for honest and professional work. they are, truly, magicians of rubber. my muffler fell off of my car right outside of their shop just to be with them. really.all funny realities aside, the guys who work there are really nice and helpful and truly have your best interest in mind.

These guys are the best! Came in 30 minutes prior to closing with a punctured tire. They patched it, explaining everything they were doing. They were friendly, professional and treated my vehicle as if it were their own.They also do excellent small engine work. I had my ECHO chainsaw in for a tune-up. I left it sitting for a bit as I had nothing to cut at thg he moment. Started it last week will one pull!

Our van got a flat tire took it in, they immediately got the tire off, repaired it and put it back on in no time. Service was fast and the price for fixing a flat tire was reasonable too.

My husband had hit something on the road and the cover under the car was dragging. We pulled up at this place. Even though they were busy, someone immediately greeted us and repaired our car. We were back on the road within 20 minutes. We gave them $20 after they said we didn't owe them anything.

On 8/25 I took my truck in for a tire leak repair. On 8/26, I noticed it was low. After checking the pressure it only had 15 lbs. of air. I took it back and the same man that had repaired it the day before waited on me again. I explained the situation to him and he said that the tire machine was broke and walked away. He didn't even offer to give me my money back. I then went to Soto Tire Shop on Valley Drive. They got me right in, repaired it and showed me the issue.
