Great customer service, we appreciated the complimentary bottles of water and fruit snacks for my little one while we waited less than 15 minutes to be serviced. Also appriciated the information on any leaks and wiper replacement needed. Employees were very polite and professional. Definitely will be a returning customer.

Shawn and Tom conducted the best oil change my vehicle has ever had. There is not a close second. Being 1000 miles from home, I happened to see them as I was leaving Wal-Mart. They were smiling as I pulled in and handed me a cold water when I stopped. Shawn explained their options and prices fairly, and I chose the best for me. The work promptly ensued and these gentlemen were careful to explain each step of the process to me. Shawn even recommended I keep the same air filter for a few more changes because it was still in good shape. The service was over as quickly as it began. They even equipped me with some nice new windshield wipers which I really needed for the long drive home. After cleaning off my windshield and shaking my hand I was out of there. This was the best service I have received in any industry. Thank you so much guys.

Wonderful experience! The workers were so kind and informative on everything! Not to mention, they love starting a conversation so you don t have to worry about awkward silence. I loved that they were opened early in the morning so I was able to go by before work! I especially loved the wall decor that had many branches of military flags! As a woman that had family/friends in the military, that was amazing to see! Charlie and Tom (the two kind gentlemen working) were absolutely amazing! Definitely my new go-to place for oil changes! You definitely are getting your money s worth here!

They were fast, accommodating and didn t mind giving you a quote before going through with anything. They were cheaper than the competition and even offered me a cold bottled water and a snack for my son and I, before even conducting business. Definitely will be going back and taking my other vehicles as well.. Thank you Take 5!

I have a back injury and this place is amazing and very helpful since am unable to mobilize myself at the moment!! Definitely will be going back the two girls that did my oil change very professional and they knew what they were doing! I am so happy there is a place like this thankful

Quick, clean, professional and communicative thru every step. Delighted that they were open on a Sunday morning. Added nice touch that they greeted us with cold water. Really nice guys too. Seems like they have a good time at work and made getting a quick oil change a pretty fantastic experience.

Went for the very first time Monday, was great! Though I do wish it was a tad bit cheaper, but I am greatful for the discount they were able to give me because I was a college student. Everyone was friendly and everything was efficient and quick, definitely gonna go back!

Thank you for the incredible service Charlie at the valley location and the rest on the crew was phenomenal. In and out in less than 10 mins, and don't get me started with the prices, they're super affordable. Over all 10 outta 10 y'all be sleeping on take 5.

I was treated very well. The workers were very kind and reassuring. They made sure to show, and tell, me everything that was happening to my car. From the type of oil to checking the air pressure in my tires, it was an an overall great experience and will be going there again.

The attendants were very helpful and knowledgeable. The price of 97.00 for an oil change was really expensive. The only reason I stayed was because they gave me a 20 dollar discount and I still paid more than I ever have for a oil change/ service. More than likely I will not be returning due to the price.

These guys were professional and communicated with me in a way that made me feel comfortable. Unlike other places, they looked at the air filter and told me it did not need to be replaced. Shocker. There was no high pressure up sales. I would definitely recommend this business.

Had an amazing experience at the take 5 this morning! We were greeted with bottled waters, and instantly started to have air put in our tires, while Nathan was working on getting our information. The whole team (which included two females! Love to see females in a male dominant industry!!) worked to complete our car and it seriously took less than 15 minutes. Martin came to show us our dip stick, and had such a great personality!! Between Nathans education and efficiency, and martins can do positive attitude, AND GETTING $20 OFF, we will be back for sure!

First time here and it was a very pleasant experience . They took care of my old Truck and explained to me everything that was being performed b4 , during and after.. everyone is really nice. the hours are extremely convenient. thank you guys . definitely my vehicles DR. from now on

These guys were great. Fast service and very friendly. I wasn't sure if they'd have the oil i needed for my truck, so I brought my own, and they used it. They do have 0-40W now though. They also gave my dog treats, so he loves them too

I have used Take 5 Oil Change twice and I love their service! They are honest, didn t sell me an air filter the first time because I didn t need it changed, showed me the filter. Everyone is professional and very friendly. I will definitely continue to use their services!

My 1st time here. I was greeted by (I think Charlie) with a smile and ever so friendly,also offered me a bottle of water. Fast and friendly workers that changed the oil and topped off fluids.Will definitely be a regular customer.Thank you, 'Take 5 Oil Change'!

This was by far the best automotive service experience i have ever had. The greeting was pleasant and they offered you water upon arrival. Martin, Shawn-Paul, and Tom were excellent at their job. The experience itself was like taking your car to the doctor s office that operates like Mission Control at NASA. They were calculated, safe and communicated every part of the process to you while you waited in your car. 10 out of 10.

They were fast and very knowledgeable. Inexpensive they offer other minor services that dealers offer. Can also change your windshield wipers. I will be using them from now on.

Kinda pricey, but the service is excellent. Got a water, they showed me the condition of the filter rather than upsell me, tires, fluids, etc. Very nice. May be worth the price if I can get tires and fluids checked for free on the road.

Martin was awesome. Sorry I fogot the coworker's name, but they were both so helpful, inspected my grandma's vehicle all around and made sure she was safe to drive back to her hometown. Martin explained everything in detail in a way I could understand. Will bring all my vehicles here for oil change.

Martin P. was very helpful at checking me in to get my oil changed. He was fast and polite. Tbh it was all done within like 20mins or so and their prices are amazing. It s Better than paying $160 plus tax at jiffy lube and still make us wait about 1hr lol would definitely go back here

Best customer service I experienced getting my oil change, radiator flushed, and cabin filter replaced. All the guys there were super nice! Especially the manager! I will definitely keep going there for my services! Very happy!

They were amazing! Right from the start they gave me a cold water bottle. They checked everything and made sure I knew what was going in my car. They ended up airing my tires, filling my coolant, changed my oil and more. It was taking a wile so they gave me fruit snacks. They were so kind from the start and very good at communicating with eachother and the costumers. I will definitely go there again.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Oil change

I had windshield wipers installed at another Take5 in Phoenix. As I was in route to Las Cruces the wiper blew off while using as I was driving. I stopped at this Take5 and the 2 gentlemen there were more than happy to help me and replace the wipers, making sure the new ones they provided were on correctly and even tested them before I left. Great shop and great employees!
