Carmen and Edward are some of the most upstanding employees I have ever encountered as a customer. My husband is a trucker, and we frequent this TA often. Stocked, clean, and organized. We don't use the showers here.... can't review those. Just the regular customer lobby..... five stars for Carmen and Edward!!! If they are there, I know my visit will be cheery and welcoming.

I have frequented this place a number of times in the past. Good customer service. The showers and bathrooms are clean. The restaurants prepare the food well. The fuel prices are comparable to the market but could be better. There are a lot of parking spaces so if you ever need to shut down you should be able to find some room. Kudos!

Plentiful parking, even for doubles and oversize loads. Very clean and organized, staff is courteous and very helpful. Their showers were very nice and clean, great water pressure and temperature. They just recently opened a small chrome shop within the truck stop and its got nice inventory. The country pride restaurant is not open at this time due to COVID19 restrictions and neither the gym/workout room until further notice. The only restaurants open are Taco Bell, Pizza Hut Express and Burger King, which it has a drive thru you can order from and pick up. Dine in is allowed and it has the proper distancing and mask protocols in effect. They have a truck shop that offers preventive maintenance, tires, brakes, alignment services amongst the most common including road call breakdown services. Overall a very complete one stop all truck stop with plentiful amenities offered in both store and diesel fuel desk. Diesel pumps are well maintained and clean. If you need air for your tires the only air hose is just on the south corner where the entrance is facing the neighbor Pilot truck stop across the street. 5 !

Came in 3/25 at 1415 hrsAsked bout oil change staff said 4-5 hr wait.Three shop staff doing nothing but jacking jaws bout airfreshner all 6 bays had zero trucks in them. See attached photos TA shops have def gone down hill poor service an staff laughed bout oil change management needs to fix this

Mechanic on duty is an embarrassment, do not recommend this truck shop. Lady at the front desk is a sweetheart, Merry Christmas. Employees at the store are very unfriendly.

Very bad service about the employee work there no care about the driver time they just have there own fun drinking ,smoking all employees took 2 hours for change the oilI will never come back my company 5 truck do the service here but none like it bcz every time same issue no more come back love store is best

Made a quick stop here. Facility was clean and well maintained. Lots of pumps. Large, well stocked store. Country Pride restaurant on site

Taco Bell never has anybody working the counter. Pizza Hut never has any hot foods to go and Burger King can never get an order right.

Inconsistent Experience at TA Tier Shop on 08/14/23 at 16:30 pm to 19:09 pmI recently had an experience at the TA tier shop that left me quite disappointed. While there were moments of professionalism, I found that some employees seemed to lack a serious attitude towards their job, almost resembling a gang-like mentality. However, there was a shining exception in the form of a young lady who was exceptionally kind and maintained a high level of professionalism.As a trucking company, we often frequent this location for refueling and minor mechanic work. Regrettably, this particular TA tier shop falls short of expectations. Despite raising the issue with the manager on 08/15/23 at 8:30 am ,it seems necessary to share my experience here as a warning to fellow company owners and drivers.I must admit that I cannot speak for the other services offered at this location, but based on my encounter with the tier service, I strongly advise avoiding it at all costs. The treatment I received from certain staff members left much to be desired, making me feel undervalued and disrespected as a customer. It's unfortunate that this kind of behavior tarnishes the reputation of what should be a reliable and customer-centric establishment.In conclusion, while there was a standout employee who provided exceptional service, my overall experience with the TA tier shop was disappointing due to the inconsistent professionalism displayed by some employees. I hope that this review serves as a heads-up to others who may consider using their services.Is me Israel

The manager is so rude and the cleaning guy who is cleaning the floors being disrespectful and rude, lying abusing. We have a company working with you guys from last three years. You can see our record but I m not gonna come to this TA I will tell my ALL trucks that do not fill up in TA anymore

Firstly they have a Taco Bell a pizza place in a Burger King...... that close at night ?!The "real": restaurant " the reason I stopped here for the night" has been closed for 3 years.!!! Nothing but gas station food here in the mornings and there's no restaurant across the street and to make it worse the whole back lot here smells like a sewage dump !!!

Worst truck service ever, I am local and have a small fleet and never was able to get them to do PM and they always have 5 to 6 hours wait when the bays most of the time are empty. Tonight I misplaced my fuel water separator tool and went to service desk to see if they can replace the filter around 10 pm and they told me they are booked till 5 am. The 6 bays are empty for the last 3 hours and technicians are hanging with the service desk guys. Those bays can generate serious money but doubt they do the way it runs now

I needed an alignment on my lowboy. They told me to take the bulldozer off so they could do it. Well when I went in again he acted like he didn t tell me that and said that they don t do alignments on lowboys. He acted like we didn t just have a conversation about it 30 minutes before. TA is usually a good place for repairs, but I won t be coming back here.

don't come here I waited eight hours for a tire to be fixed. Seems like no one works here. they don't care about anything don't mind wasting your time at all

Watch what you have done hereI had 3 small things done and they charged me 139.00 + $111 only for labor which was less than a hourThey are seriously over charging and I don't advise to fix your truck here .Won't be back

Big parking with giant holes a lot of them ! Be careful drivers at night , might break your steer tire and front bumper! Decent diesel price but I am not the fan of bio diesel though! And sad thing about is this place keep changing fuel price like every 2 hour every time I stop here ! 100 miles away different price and when you actually there it s gonna be different !

One star because I could not give a zero. Pizza hut took over 30 minutes to produce one 12 inch deep dish on July 1 in the afternoon.Took my pizza went to our yard 3 miles. When I plated it up and took a couple of bites. I got a mouth full of raw dough.Took the pizza back on July 2. Kid behind the counter said he cooked a couple yesterday and nobody complained.Never eat here.

They have 3 restaurants and today all had a sign of "cash only sorry for the inconvenience ". If you go to buy something at the gas station side and want to use your debit card they conveniently claim their registers are not set up for cash back and direct you to an ATM that charges $5 per transaction. I'm sure this is just all a coincidence.... yeah right. This reeks of a scheme and crooked behavior.

Just close the place down. The restaurant is gone. People standing around doing absolutely nothing in the fast food joints. Just paid almost $17 for a double whopper with cheese meal. The bun had mold all on it. But atleast the bun didn't crumble all up like usual.Close it all down and the bulldoze it. Better yet bulldozer it while it is still open.

Low stars only cause way way WAY to expensive. Tables are wobbly so are chairs. All tables needed to be cleaned. I paid 20.00 for 2 medium drinks 1 personal cheese pizza and 1 pepperoni. See pic of size of tiny pizza.

Service it self good but the agent named Criss was to unprofessional, tried to talk with him in a good way but it didn't help, he does not work there and just saying I don't know, I don't know and NO IDEA, I asked please transfer me to manager or someone else except you but he just told me NO I CAN NOT

Filthy,horrible smell, homeless and tweekers approach you at the pump. Women s restroom was one of the dirtiest on a 4000 mile road trip.

The store is ok. But, and I can t stress this enough, BE CAREFUL HERE! Late yesterday afternoon a man stole onions off of our trailer. We parked on the front row right behind the fuel pumps. He was caught, only because somebody called the cops as he was stealing the onions. We ll never park overnight here again but if anybody decides to I would rethink that decision. I m posting a picture of the guy so truckers know what he looks like.

There was only one personnel responsible for tire service & that guy was on the roadside duty so I spent almost 6 hours to get it started Would be awesome to have more staff here!
