SOOOOOOOOOO HAAAPPPPYYYY!!!! I cannot begin to tell you how Splash made my new car come to life!!!! Yes I said new car . So my new car came with some scratches etc. from the dealership that I was not happy about (devastating to me of course) and I took it to Splash after a recommendation from a friend of mine. I cannot tell you how IMPRESSED and absolutely AMAZED I am with how my car looks!! They took my dream car to another level!!! I m beyond pleased and on top of that the professionalism and quality of the service was exemplary! Thank you so so much!! I am in love with how my car looks now!!! I absolutely recommend Splash

I cannot stress enough how bad the paint on my car was when I dropped it off, and then when I picked it up oh my god it looked like a brand new car! I cannot thank splash enough for the paint correction and their attention to detail! Definitely recommended them for any and all they re services

I am very thankful to have found a quality detail shop in the area! I moved here a couple years ago from a large metro with lots of options for high quality detail services. After trying multiple mobile detailing services in the area, I decided to give these guys a shot and I am extremely thankful I did. They went above and beyond on my deluxe wash - more of a detail than a wash. They have a clean shop with great lighting so they keep your vehicle out of the sun, and the lights easily show imperfections and missed spots the other guys can't see or ignore. Splash will be my go-to for washes on my vehicles from here on out. You can tell they take pride in their work and are gratified by what they do - rare these days. Splash Detailing is a great place to take your vehicle if you want high quality work with high quality products and results that will leave you almost speechless. The quality of their work, shows in their attention to detail, which is immaculate! They contact you if there are slight changes that need to be made BEFORE they do the detailing, to see what route you want to take, to make sure that you get the results that you're looking for.I showed them pictures and videos of what I wanted, and talked about other deletes of the emblems, tinting the lights, etc. The main thing that I wanted, was for my SUV to have a complete chrome delete with gloss black. They made suggestions, I said yes, and our combined ideas turned into a work of art! When I walked around the corner of the first bay door, and saw the front of it, I think, I gasped before I said OMG! I was so excited!! It's SO pretty!! We walked around it, recorded videos, took pictures, and talked to them about the results and how different it looked. They finished in less than a week.They are so talented, very polite, and put in a lot of effort to make sure that I got what I wanted, but I wasn't expecting this. Everytime I walk pass it, I'm still in awe. Check out their website, stop by and see them!! We highly recommended Splash Detailing!! Thank you Splash Detailing for everything!!

They have great service. They are there for the customer. They keep you updated but the main thing is the quality. It is 100/10 and would only recommend this place! We recently got the rims powder coated and ceramic coated. I wouldn't have chosen anyone else to do it. I ve been searching for a detail business all around town and I came across splash and decided to give them a try! Best decision I ve ever made staff was amazing and educated me on what was best for my vehicle and my car left looking better than when I first got it! Will definitely be returning soon!

Took my car in for a full detail and partial ceramic coating, the owner Shawk was very helpful and knowledgeable about all aspects of the detail. Only took a few hours and my car was brought back to life. Upon pickup the crew made sure I took a good look in case anything wasn t to my liking and made sure to leave it perfect for me. I d recommend Splash to anyone wanting a good detail.

Disappointed with their service. I don t know how they have a 4.8. I have never had scratches and swirls doing it myself. They use really poor washing/drying techniques. Witnessed them using a brush, side to side and circle motions with mits. These are all novice techniques and not professional detailing. Based on the results I will assume they used dirty mits, no 2 bucket method, no grit guards, and dirty drying towels. I didn t say anything because they would have said those scratches were already there. Recommend they watch Pan the Organizer on YouTube for training. SMHServices: Full body wash, Auto detailing

Took longer than expected. Details like my seat belt, though specifically noted were not cleaned. I had to finish cleaning the interior windshield as sticker residue was clearly remaining. Headlights were not completely restored.Very expensive! and mediocre quality. I don't feel I was particularly valued as a customer. Perhaps my old Toyota wasn't fancy enough to merit their finest professional effort, diligence or attention to detail. . I'll look elsewhere next time for my auto detailing needs.

I booked an appointment recently with Splash for an interior detail, I did not know my car was going to be ready for me to pick up cleaner than it was when I bought it! It was full of dog hair and had been months since the last time I was able to clean it myself so it was going to be a big job. When I picked up my vehicle, there was not a trace of dog hair to be found. It was PRISTINE! The staff was super nice and took great care of me which I so appreciate. I will definitely be booking with them again.

I had the Concierge Detail Package and the Ceramic Coating Protection Package applied to the vehicle body, glass, and wheels. They made sure everything was correct on the body of the vehicle before applying any of the coating.Splash LLC employees were thorough, communicative, explained the process of applying the Element 119 System X products, and an excellent source to learn from! Splash by Shawk Mobile Detail provides an awesome service!

I don't have a luxury car, but my car was taken excellent care of! One of my brothers asked me if I got a new car this detailing spot is more than I expected it to be. I now feel comfortable transporting my newborns when they arrive. THANK YOU ALL FOR YOUR SUPERIOR SERVICE!

DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS. Brought in my car to have it detailed, and afterwards the driver's seat would not longer fold forward. After jamming a screwdriver between the components several times, I was told that "If we find out how to fix it, we'll call you." After leaving the shop, my car broke down on the side of the road not half a mile later. The idiots had sprayed the engine down so much that there was water in the distributor cap. When I called I was told that it was my problem, and that they've never had this issue before with any other cars. The detailing job looked good but do not let these guys anywhere near your engine bay. You're better off hopping up a squirrel on bath salts, strapping a rag to it, shoving it under the hood and hoping for the best.Editing this review due to an immature response by the owner. Vehicle only had 69,000 miles on it and was in excellent condition. Not pressure washing the inside of an engine, especially right by the distributor cap, is common knowledge among ACTUAL detailing companies that know what they re doing. However, upon looking at the owner response to other reviews, it becomes clear that he has no concept of accountability or responsibility. Single most toxic business owner by far! Saw for a minute how he treated his employees and how he yelled at a customer and I'll never go back and will be telling people I know to never use this place of businessDon't believe me?Go and read how he talks to other paying customers in Google reviews he definitely doesn't hide it

Had a good experience here. I usually don t trust anyone by myself to wash my car, but I don t have the time I used to. Splash provided great service, and even took me in for a wash between appointments. Very professional. The concierge package I scheduled was completed in the amount of time that was written on the website, and they did a killer job renewing the appearance of my 2013 Chevy Malibu despite me thinking it wouldn't make a difference. I will definitely return to Splash for my future needs.

Just got my car detailed at Splash and I have to say I was impressed. I have a 2020 black Mercedes GLC and it looks like when it did when I took it off the showroom floor. Their customer service was great and they were very professional from the time I dropped off my car, to detailing it, to picking it up. I have gotten my car done in cruces at some other places and I can say if you want a detail done right, go to Splash.Service: Full body wash

The splash detailing team arrived and went to work rapidly while it was raining a little bit. They worked on getting it washed up and then the rain stopped and they finished a whole detailing job in about 2 and 1/2 hours. Very nice work! They also did the headlights and now the headlights are more useful than they had been before. They made this clean up of the car so easy for me. It had not been touched for 16 months by anything other than hail, snow, rain, sleet, dust storms, other car doors, three branches, millions of bugs. No evidence of any of that now!
