Aaron is the best salesman I ve ever worked with. He listened to what my needs and wants are. He didn t try and cap me out in my budget and showed me all his inventory in my budget. They re honest and fair about there numbers! This gentleman sold my friend a truck and he has nothing less than an amazing experience with Aaron too.

Truck was listed for double the blue book value. I made a reasonable offer and they accepted so I drove 1.5 hours to get the truck. When I arrived 2 hours after they accepted my offer, salesman Troy said there was a previous contract on the truck. This place is a clown show. Dont waste your time. Shady dealer...

My husband and I have been going to Troy at the Sisbarro s Truck Store for quite a few years, and frankly, I won t go anywhere else. Buying a vehicle should not be stressful, nor should it take hours to complete. At the truck store they are professional, efficient, and go out of their way to make sure you get exactly what you want.

I bought a truck here and I was told that they inspected the truck and made sure everything was good. They lied big time!! The emergency brake system was gutted out of the rotors and the cables were cut! Yes, cut instead of replacing!! The upper control arm bushing was lose and worn out, the truck was so rusted out it didn t last for long until the oil dipstick tube rusted off at the oil pan. The bed liner trim fell off when I drove it home and they agreed to replace the trim pieces with chrome trim instead of the cheap plastic ones, they didn t! They charge double what their trucks are worth!! I would certainly never buy anything from them again and I will recommend you go somewhere else before you get screwed too!!!!

This is the worst place to buy a truck I highly would not recommend this place. I recently bought a truck there never went through a certified check. The whole Front end of my truck was messed up and they sold it to me knowing that John, the manager there didn t stand behind the warranty that I purchased through them I ve been without a vehicle for over three months now, this place is a bad place to buy a truck this Has to be the worst experience I ve ever had in purchasing a vehicle never thought that it would come down to This Every employee that I encounter there very rude Unprofessional, This whole experience was very displeasing All you really need to do is look at their reviews and this is a horrible place. I don t understand how Mr. Lou Sisbarro Could stand behind a company this bad, and as many vehicles as I bought in here I will never come here again. This is the worst place you can spend your money at and all they re gonna do is take you for a ride.

Never have I dealt with so many unprofessional people. Starting from the finance lady who was very rude and talked down to people, the salesman, and the people at the tire store who decided to go get lunch in the truck that I had purchased already. Selling a truck with no A/C and acting like I'm the one that doesn't know how to work an A/C in a vehicle....... WOW. That's how Sisbarro operates? I hope a lot of people se this post and think twice before doing business with Sisbarro.

I have really tried to like this dealership and work with them to have a positive buying experience but unfortunately I will never buy from this place again. I have two young children and am a single parent...I NEED a reliable vehicle. I was somewhat pressured into buying the 'extended warranty' and less than 24 hrs later I called to cancel it. The finance rep told me I would have to wait 9 weeks for the 3k to be credited back which didn't seem right because I would have to pay interest on it but I just put the date on my calendar and would follow up later. I took the truck to my mechanic within a few days. I have attached his feedback...so many things not taken care of including a measly oil change, I was sold a truck that was not in selling condition as you can see from the picture attached. Ron, bless his heart, he did get frustrated with me but we're all human, he worked as hard as he could to make things right. They insisted the rotors and tires were fine so I didn't fight them on that. They did not fix the struts which are starting to leak but they denied and insinuated my mechanic, of whom I have known for years & is so busy he doesn't need to be untruthful, was lying to me. I took what fixes they were willing to do which were only the minor ones. I was told at one point that if the vehicle passes the safety check then they do not do any further work on used vehicles.... that means no maintenance work at all. I now have about $1500 in maintenance of a vehicle I just bought 3 months ago. Fast forward to 9 weeks post extended warranty...no refund. I called at 10 weeks and was told they would work on it & call me back, no call back. I called two weeks later and talked to a different rep who said 'if you called within the first week you should have been refunded already' - well no, the girl I bought the warranty from was miffed and wanted to make things hard for me so she did. I am now at 13 weeks and still have not received the 3,000 credit on my car loan...I am paying high interest on something I don't have (which I was quoted 3 points less and then last minute was told they couldn't do anything about the high interest and I should just get it refinanced - more work for me). I have literally called Sisbarro SEVEN times in the past four weeks and the last call was to the finance manager calmy explaining my situation to a voicemail and basically pleading them to help me....nothing. I have not been rude nor unprofessional and this whole experience has been a headache. I have bought quite a few vehicles in my lifetime and never had such problems.....I try to give business to smaller, locally owned places but unfortunately, this one is not worthy of it based on my very poor customer experience. Do Better Sisbarro and get my 3k refund processed PLEASE.
