Worst car buying experience ever! We bought not one but two cars from this dealership so you would think they would try a little. So I bought an Audi S5 from them and when I test drove it a light came on that said low oil pressure. I had addressed my concern on buying this car because of that light. Well, I was told by the internet manager Tony Lujan that this would be taken care of. He said it was a sensor and would be replaced. So I bought the car. Didn t have the car for like 3 weeks. Got it. Drove away. Same lights came on. Took a week to get it back to them because he s busy then got it back in. Took over a month to get it again and during that time I kept having to call to check on it. And then they told me I hadn t given permission to do anything because I didn t have extended warranty. When they were suppose to take care of this. Took forever going back and forth. Well got it back the oil light is still on and I have a flapping sound. Look under the car. They didn t secure the protection under it. Picture will be included. And the oil light is still on. So do not do business with this place.

Just want to thank Jeff Dray and Mike Tourtillott for getting me the truck I have been wanting . Great service and very helpful along the way . Was looking for a truck for over a month and once I got in contact with these two gentlemen I found what I wanted within a day or two. Great experience with them and will definitely recommend them if you are on the market for a vehicle !

Staff very friendly chuy very courteous but my issue did not get fixed and I still got charged. I don't mind paying but was there not someone that checks that this has been fixed? Also I called and was told I requested that on my car I never did I explained problems the technician recommends and does it. I was told I request something well I would've done it myself. Now I have to take it back and I live 40 minutes away aside from taking time off from work. I just want to make it clear very friendly staff but just this the checking if the issue was fixed or maybe understanding what the issue is since the beginning. It seems that No one knows why this is happening to my car I have even sent screenshots to an email. Again if I lived in cruces no problem but I did get charged for practically a check up or at least it feels that way. I have no choice I need to go back hopefully I can be helped this time and I will also explain the problem more in depth I guess. Don't mean to be a Karen but it is a bit frustrating. Thank you .

This has been the worst experience that I have ever had in buying a used car. They lied and said that they would clean it up, when we picked up the car it was dirty inside and out. They said that they don't fill up the cars. Brought the car one day, and took it be the next day, because there was a problem with the car. The service department was very rude, he told me to find the person that sold me the ,and tell him. The service department looked at the car and said nothing was wrong. How many times do you have to take your car back to get clean? I will not buy anything else from this car lot. I'm frustrated . 1st and last time.

This place is shady with a bunch of lying, power tripping crooks. Especially Tony Lujan. He will try to sell you something you don't even want. Most of them are related so they work together. They make up lies on your paperwork, if you even get all your copies. DO NOT GO HERE! They WILL take advantage of you and THEY WILL bury the money in your sale. They WILL break promises and they WILL NOT get everything done as promised and will drag their feet saying, tomorrow, tomorrow, tomorrow. They are the absolute worst! You are better off walking.Revised: As I have multiple other friends with similar experiences with your store and employees, there is no point. As everyone taking the time to read reviews can see, it seems to be the trend that your store has a problem maintaining honest and professional business matters.

Just wanted to say that I had a very nice, manerly young man help me with my purchase of a new vehicle on Monday, June 12, 2023. Dillon Swindel. After Angel showed me the new vehicles he turned it over to Dillon and he handled the sale from there. He wanted to make sure that I got exactly what I was looking for!! No pressure, just matter of fact on everything. Dillon is just the one you want to work with on buying a vehicle, new or used. He was so nice, and genuinely cared about what he was doing. He is very knowledgeable, and thoroughly explained each and every option available. He is very patient, a pleasure to deal with and I walked away very happy with my new SUV. I don t even know where to begin. I have nothing but amazing things to say about this entire team. From sales, service, to finance. I feel like I am family there and they genuinely care, which is very rare for a dealership. I purchased a brand new Taos from Carlos and Loui and they made the entire process so smooth from start to finish. I will recommend this dealership to any and everyone that asks. They will go above and beyond to put you in the car that you want.

I was on the road, needed service. 2 El Paso dealerships didn't answer their phone. Sisbarro answered, was friendly and courteous, fit me into their schedule and really helped me when I needed a hand. And that's why I buy VW! The taos is incredible, by the way. 35 mpg running 70-80 mph on the highway.

This has been, by far, the BEST experience I have ever had at a car dealership! Dillon was the absolute best! He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and was very patient with us. Absolute liars! lied to me about the price and about when it would be done. Told me the parts wouldn't be in until Friday then on Wednesday when I said I was going to come pick up my vehicle the parts that "wouldn't be in until Friday" were actually already on the car abs now we owed them over $1500 I will never go back to this establishment.

I was not made aware of labor costs. Labor was three times as much as parts. The job took THREE hours when I was told it would be done in ONE & A HALF hours. I had an email for a "free mini detail" for my birthday, THAT did not get done despite the THREE hour wait. All my valve stem caps were missing. I will NEVER do business with Sisbarro again and I will strongly encourage anyone considering doing business with Sisbarro to seek other avenues. From the time of sale to the first oil change, it has been one bad experience after another. Never again.

Went in looking for a dodge charger and right away Christopher Spreitzer helped me. We worked on the numbers and got me down to a monthly payment that was in my price range. The car was given to me with a great detail inside and out. Amazing customer service here I would strongly recommend.

Mike and Jeff were fantastic throughout the entire process. They both made sure that my purchase was exactly what we wanted and needed. The pricing was very fair and they even caught a potential problem with one of the cars we looked at and were very transparent about potential issues and even pricing.

I would rate six stars if I could. I had rented a VW for a cross-country road trip, and the critical oil light came on around the missile site north of Las Cruces. I pulled in for gas, and fueling up right next to me just happened to be the general manager of this dealership. He gave me the number of the parts department, Andrew hooked me up with two quarts of premium motor oil at a fantastic price. Thank y all so much for saving my trip.

I arrived at the service dept. without an appointment, however I was in need of an oil change on my Passat and they got right to it. The wait was not long at all. I present a coupon at payment time and the guy said it had expired * I didn't realioze this ) but it was honored.
