I called. They have the part. The man said they were here until 7pm. I got here @ 6:15 to find out they're closed. Getting your qork hours wrong & pissing off customers is pretty special. Well I'll have to add this to the LONG list of Rush Truck Morons I won't do business with. Screw Rush. They're DEI department must be working overtime.

They claim they open at 7am and it s almost 7:30 and no one will answer the phone. The same thing happened to me on NOV 4th 2 and half hrs before they closed. No one would answer the phone ever. At all. I ve left several messages. No call back and my truck and refrigerated trailer has already been towed to their yard in which they don t allow drivers to stay in their trucks over night. This screams LAZY .

On a return trip from Tennessee to California we broke down in La Cruces New Mexico. As this happened on a Saturday afternoon we had to wait until Monday morning for Rush Truck Centers to open to see if they could repair our Winnebago Meridian diesel pusher. They said sure, bring it on in. We hobbled it in, they gave us an idea what could be wrong with it and we left it there for repair. On Wednesday we were contacted saying it had been fixed. The service department was so kind and kept us informed from start to finish. What an amazing business. If you ever have a issue with a diesel engine with your RV and there s a Rush Truck Center nearby don t hesitate to uses them. Unbelievable service!

A gem in the desert. Checked in on Friday afternoon for a valve adjustment and two other inspections. They had me ready to roll on Monday morning, earlier than they estimated. Katrina at the service desk, and the whole crew were awesome. Best Peterbilt shop I ve dealt with in years. They are small, but mighty. Haha

Good people. I stand here today to say they had to repair a messed up repair from inland kw in phoenix. I got great service from them but I will say now I have to drive for a while to see if my truck will stay running longer than 200 miles. Now a year and a half later, no problems. Excellent work done here.

Was looking for a pully wheel for my 1998 Volvo Cummins M11 AC compressor belt. All they could find was a Volvo part that included the Bracket and pully wheel for close to $500!! They directed me down the street to a bearing place and they matched the bearing for $14.00...Thanks Rush!!

Great place!! The guys there got me in and diagnosed before the end of the day. The next morning the where able to find the heart of the issue. They went the extra to get my part ordered, delivered, and put on that day. Thanks to them I was able to still make my load. John and Robert were accommodating to my needs.

The service manager was great but the actual fixing our truck total thumbs down.one week the wheel seal was fixed and broken. It was able to be shaken by hand. It ruined our brakes. My husband was so disappointed we didn't scare about warranty we went to a place we knew would fix it right. Shame you

The folks at Rush were super accommodating for us. They worked overtime in the evening to get our RV fixed so we didn't have to wait until the next day.

Had only one experience with these folks, but one that will make me go elsewhere next time.Called them ahead of time asking for service and had a great, promising phone conversation. Was told to come on in and that they're not busy and can get started to work on my rig right away. Showed up 30 minutes after that to find out that they're actually slammed busy and will try to get started in a few hours and can't promise anything... asked them why they told me a different story on the phone and received a careless "sorry" with a few lame excuses.

This has been my favorite place to bring every single truck I've had from different companies thru my driving career. From PM's to yearly inspections, faulty wiring on tractors or trailers, whatever the problem they always took care of them. Which is nice to have while taking some quality time at home from all the driving. Staff is very welcoming and knowledgeable, Lorenzo and Jason have always been my to go persons for whatever its needed. And here i am coming back taking care of whatever my trucks may need, it gets done in a timely fashion ready for my next adventures. Thanks guys! You have always been awesome and I'll enjoy bringing you my trucks in the future. Always dependable and get out of the way attitude to take care of your customers. Your mechanics rock, they explain everything in detail and even make suggestions to go above and beyond expectations! You have my business no questions asked! 5 stars!

Roger the service manager is hands down the best manager slash mechanic in all of rush trucking. Took care of me like I'm the only o/o in the country!! This guy is amazing! He went above and beyond for me. Thank you Roger for going the extra mile. Roger did what Boone else could!

I am down and out of service 70 miles away from Rush and I have been calling them every 10 minutes for the past two hours and nobody is answering the phone. It is day hours and the parts department answer the phone but nobody in the service department answers. I am in an emergency situation and now I have to figure out where else I can go since you guys don t answer their phones.

Shout out to great guys who handled our low coolant and engine light warnings today! In and out in less than 20 mins and big thanks to getting us out of the parking lot! 41 Fleetwood Discovery with a row car!Excellent service and kindness!

First time customer. Called in the day before to set up service on a work vehicle, and they acted like they were surprised to see me when I showed up. Stood at the desk for 10 mins, without being helped waiting for assistance, which is pathetic considering there were 3 employees shooting the s*** and looking at me like I'm stupid!

These guys do the best service then all other dealers in USA . Very friendly staff and Cody was very helpful got me back on rd just in 2 hours . I had check engine lights issues .

They came out to my truck and said they fixed the air leak ... ya they fixed the air leak but I have no air in my truck at all will not build at all so I'm a local dilivery driver and right now I'm still waiting for them to show to fix the issue... I'm late to all my deliverys. I dont recomend them at all

My truck was towed here for a Transmissions issue, a day and half later im told they can't find anything wrong with it, Really? 542 miles down the road truck breaks down again. This time it's towed to peterbilt in Grand Junction an these guys did it right!

Had truck repairs here...they will never answer the phone .. called several times and even left messages...service will not call you back...very slow
