Absolutely worst experience ive ever had here. I paid $100 for an oil change yesterday. First they left a light on in my car the whole time and drained the battery. Next, i get to where i meed to be after i leave there, come out 2 hours later and my tire is flat as hell. Then the next day i wake up, theres a leak of oil under my car and my car will not start. To top it off i called them and spoke to the manager. This man tells me there s nothing they can do and suggest i try getting a new battery under warranty i had to shell out another $200 for a mew battery. This place and the men working here are an absolute joke. I am absolutely livid DO NOT COME HERE.

Never again will I go there windshield wipers are not $50.00 come on now they just scammed me today. I learn from my mistake once and that's all it takes. Charging someone $145.00 for an oil change they are literally scamming people. I should've gone with ONSALE instead, I regret it big time. Never again will I do business with them.

Aldo installed my water pump just before it went out while I was heading out of town. William, Julian and Aldo are very good mechanics. Will be going there for now on.

Update: once again, Roper's doesn't disappoint! They were fast a professional when they worked on my car. Thank you to all the team special thanks to Rudy and Julian.Rudy and his team are just the best in town. They have serviced and repaired my vehicles for many years and they are very honest and fair with their prices. You don't have to worry about them damaging something else so you go back for more work. They show you the parts taken off and tell you what to expect after a service has been done. They're very good at advising you of future maintenance to keep your vehicle running at its best. I recommend all my friends to go there all they all have had great experiences there. Julian, the mechanic, keeps a very clean area and they will tell you when the work has to be done by another shop.UPDATE: Rudy and Julian just have to awesome! I had a problem with my alternator and had my car towed there. Rudy gave me a good deal and Julian did a professional job. My car was up and running by the next day. I did take my car close to closing time and the next day they had a couple of cars ahead of mine, but it got done and I'm really happy. Rudy and Julian are both humble but nice people at the same time. I know I can count on them and trust them. Thank you Roper's; keep up the good work!

Came in and needed and oil change. The mechanic that approached me was very friendly and knowledgeable about his craft. I got an oil change with the full upgrade and it was well worth the cost, as it comes with a full preventative maintenance inspection. I was in and out in less than an hour and I am very pleased with the work. Will definitely be coming back.

Great, Ropers Kar Wash & Lubrication has been my go to since they opened. Great service and I say one of the best businesses in Las Cruces, New Mexico . Highly recommend for women.

i go to this place any time I get a chance. I buy my own oil and filter and they make the change as I want it done. It's a very nice area and a restaurant across the way or open grass area if needed. Also right next to a car wash. The employees are really nice and professional. No frills just good service.The guys would benefit by slowing down a little. The last time I went the tech went and spilled oil all over the truck motor. This was highly inconvenient.Service: Vacuuming

Excellent customer service. I used to frequent my regular place for my oil change until I had a horrible experience. Thought I would give Roper's a try and I was glad I did. The guys were awesome. I was in-and-out in less than 30 minutes. They made a customer for life today.

I drove up at 8 am and was back on the road by 8:40am with a full service oil change. These guys did a great job and were very professional. They even wiped down the dash and did a quick vacuum of my van. I am so glad I can support a local business where great work is the standard. Will visit here again when in town.

I have never had any bad experience in Roper's Kar Wash & Lubric. Have been going for years to get my car serviced with them. They do a wonderful thorough job. Go check them out. They are outstanding!!!

I can only comment on the wash /detailing. I'm visiting from Canada and after several weeks on the road my truck was covered in dried on bugs and grime. The crew here did an real nice job bringing my baby back to showroom condition maybe even better. I was so impressed rather than wash my truck myself weekly like I do at home I just wait until it gets good and dirty and bring it back. Compared to the prices I pay for service like this back home worth every penny.

Paid 12 dollars ,whole truck still dirty ,did almost nothing for the bugs on the front grill..waste of money ,won't go here again.

Good, honest, and very reliable crew at this place! Julian and Rudy are awesome and very knowledgeable professionals. I've taken two of my vehicles with numerous issues to them within the last month. I even broke down on the way to service one of my whips and they came to the resuce. They came out to where I broke down and picked up my car and took it to there shop for repairs. Both vehicles were returned to me with great care and proper service. I was informed of issues that may arise soon that I may want to prepare to address. They washed one of my cars for me and let me tell you it was D-I-R-T-Y! But again they impressed me with the end results! I highly recommend going to Roper's! It's a top notch place!

The best place ever to get your oil changed and to get your car washed. Manny always does such a beautiful job cleaning our vehicles. Rudy always greets us with a smile and is very helpful. I would definitely recommend this business.

The Ropers lube place has been in business for Ages!II recommend because of the great service and the affordable price.At the car wash, days, an attendant usually on duty hereThe property is clean and we'll maintained and what I like here is there are some wash bays that have hot water. All the equipment is regularly maintained and usually working properlyHowever, the bummer, no spot free rinse.

Ropers was very professional and go to work as soon as I arrived there. A person came out to the car and asked about my preference on the oil change and said it would take about 20 minutes and after a few minutes, they took the car and started working. Very efficient.

Basic brake job on our truck took 9 hours for them to complete and they boned us with a near $700 tab. Then we had to take it back to them the next morning because it was shaking terribly. Truck was dropped off as soon as they opened and mechanic wasnt on duty. Called 1.5 hours later and mechanic was still not on duty. Told them to see if from our point of view (overcharged, length of job, quality of job) and that it should, as a good business practice, be given priority. They truck should have never even been given back to us in the first place. Shows the care about the quality of work they do. Definitely dont recommend and wont be doing business with them ever again. Stay away. Some staff are awesome, most aren't.

Had called EVERYWHERE in town and no one was willing book me a cleaning! We are from out of town and needed a interior cleaning after taking parents dogs for a dog wash. They did an immaculate job AND with good service! I will never anywhere else again. We will always schedule to get out cars done here when we come to town!

I love this place. They do great work and I trust them. Good work at a fair price and they're very honest...not to mention really fast! Every employee there is very polite and really nice.
