I highly recommend Ray's Affordable Glass. Ray makes everyone welcome, sincerely caring for his customers. He is professional, does a perfect job in replacing ones auto glass in record time. His employees are every bit as welcoming and professional as Ray is. Please, if anyone out there needs glass or windshield give Ray a call!

Ray is awesome! Very upfront with pricing and answers the phone on the 2nd ring! He was able to address a windshield star before it expanded further. He was very honest and forthright about that issues I had with my windshield as I drive many miles a year on the 10 Freeway. Highly recommend!

Ray is really kind and honest! I was able to drop my car off at 7am on a Saturday and pick it up before 2pm. Noah was really helpful and kind also. The cost to replace and install a new windshield before an upcoming road trip was indeed very affordable. I got to meet Ray personally and he was so nice! His team was also amazing. They took my car in and filled the chip and got it back to me within minutes! The price was so great as well. Great customer service by the office personnel and the technicians. The owner, Ray and his helper came to where we were staying in an RV park in Deming. They were very friendly and professional and the windshield on our car was replaced very quickly. I would highly recommend anyone to Ray's Affordable Auto Glass.

Ray was very helpful to us while we were vacationing in the area. We had rented a car thru a small company in El Paso and got a chip in the windshield . He was able to get us in quickly for the repair and said to give the owner of the rented car his number and they could call him if they weren't satisfied. The owner had no complaints on the job done. Ray was quick to return my phone call and invited me in that morning to repair the chip in my windshield. It took less than 30 minutes and was *very* affordable, with a 90 day guarantee. Ray and his staff were kind and courteous. I will definitely return if I have any more auto glass needs!

I needed a new windshield quick. Called late on a Monday and heard back from Ray right away. Got me in and out the next morning. He was super nice and accommodating. And "affordable auto glass" is truth in advertising! Very nice shop, super people. If I lived here, I'd always work with them.

My windshield needed to be replaced and Ray and his crew did a wonderful job. They were very accommodating being that I was coming in from out of town and made me priority. Ray even lent me his own personal vehicle so that I can run some errands while in Las Cruces. Their prices are unbelievable, service was super fast, and it was so worth the trip! Thank you Ray!

I needed a windshield replaced. Awesome place, great customer service. 15 min or so, they can have your glass there. Sometimes same day replacement. ( Be mindful covid and world issues creating delays or shortages. It can take take longer to get.)

Ray and his receptionist were very sweet. They offered transportation while the service was being done. New installation for a driver side window AND tint collaboration with the office building neighbor totaled $185. Definitely recommending!

UNREAL!!! yesterday i called was told it would be $60 to fix a chip. They tell me id have to the next day due to rain. Call today told its $65 cash ok well that was not told to me yesterday. Went down and they said they were not able to fix the chip the glue was not taking. The guy tells me he even tried to chip it more to take it and when he pulled the thing off it broke the window. He tells me he will call to see what the price is for a new window. I call yet they never called for a quote then the guy tells me its not on them that the window broke. Ok well did you tell me it could break? Why did your rep even say he tried breaking it more to see if the glue would stick? i had a small chip now a crack across the window. I have had many chips filled and NEVER had anything like this happen.
