Unfortunately, my review is on the lower end of 5 stars. My experience as follows. Raven diesal did my DEF fluid delete and did a great job. So, I bragged about the dealership to peers in El Paso and Las Cruces. To my premature assessment of this place turned sour shortly after. I brought my GMC 2500 back to Raven Diesal with a squeaking sound coming from the hood. The first time it s fixed one week later the squeaking is back, took my truck back to the raven diesal where they changed idler pulleys, and tensioners the belt after 4 times taking it back and fourth over the span of 5 months and a thousand dollars for belts and tensioners. Now they say it s my power steering pump. After diagnosis and time and distance traveled from El Paso after the 5th time. My cost for replacement for power steering was $250 over three other quotes to replace the power steering pump in the area. Unfortunately, no budge on the price after all the money and service I gave them. As for this I will no longer recommend people to Raven diesal.Respectfully,Henry Rodriquez

Cannot say enough GOOD about Raven Diesel Performance. They went out of their way to figure out the problem w/ our truck, even tho we're 80+ miles from their shop. They are our diesel mechanics of choice for as long as we have this truck!

Took my 2014 duramax to get it checked they charged me 150 for a diagnostic. And they told me it was the injectors on 2 and 4 so I ordered all 4 of them. Took them about 3 weeks and came to pick it up. It was doing the same thing. I told the owner he was a RATA cuz he charged me for a diagnostic and he didn't fix it and he gave me my money back. But i think he didn't change the injectors, oil, fuel, oil filter that I purchased. And I won't recommend it to nobody and all you 75 truck owners pick up truck asap.

One star is one star too many for this business. Paid 4 grand for services that did not work properly. Customer service is HORRIBLE. The phone is never answered and the mailbox is always full. Call backs take weeks. Do not recommend this business at all!

I am new to driving a diesel and Oscar and his team is amazing. They explained the repairs in a way I could understand and took the tim to give me several tips on driving and maintaining the truck. Customer service is amazing. You can tell they love what they do.In March I was two weeks away from a trip to Houston and was having trouble with the turbo. I tried another place and they couldn t see me for almost three weeks. This group of mechanics got the part in and fixed the problem so that I was able to take my trip with no problem. Tharp are definitely my got to for my diesel truck

I am very impressed with Raven Diesel Performance. I came in Monday and had an issue with my truck that concerned me. Oscar Cardenas spoke with me, looked over my truck, and assured me that they could handle the job. He treated me as if I had been a valued customer for years. He got me in the next morning, when Alex Cardenas took the time to listen to me and explain what he was going to do. A few hours later I was out the door, truck running as good as new. I recommend Raven Diesel Performance very highly, the Cardenas brothers treated me as a valued customer, they have earned a long term customer.

Dropped my 2009 F350 to be deleted and a tow tune .Staff was awesome took the time to go over it .Picked up today greaeted when walked in Oscar stepped in as I was waiting my turn and introduced himself even asked if I had time to throw a quick wash ..On way home I gained 2.7 mpg.. can't wait to tow Thanks guys Rick K

Had an issue with another shop in town not doing anything for a month. Went and talked to these guys and where able to help me out and get me back on the road in my truck. Very professional and friendly staff that where super helpful and knowledgeable of what they where talking about. Would not hesitate to go back the next time I need a shop.

I had a great experience with Ravens Performance. They installed a turbo actuator for my Cummins. Oscar and the team even worked out several minor details to keep my truck running. I highly recommend them.

These are the best diesel mechanics I ve ever had the pleasure of doing business with! Oscar is so friendly and the entire crew took such good care of us. My husband and I are full-time travelers from TN and were just passing through for a day ( a busy Friday I might add). We were staying in a town over an hour away and tried to get an alignment on our truck. During the pre-inspection, the shop told us that our ball joints failed and that they couldn t complete the alignment until we replaced them. However, they didn t offer this service. We called EVERY SINGLE shop in the area and they all said the same things. Either they didn t have availability, they didn t have the parts on hand, or they didn t offer that service. We were desparate and starting to panic. We didn t want to haul your travel trailer with failing ball joints. I called Raven Diesel Performance and from the minute Oscar answered the phone, it was music to our ears. They were only open for 4 more hours, but he was determined to help us get back on the road. He told us to head that way since we were over an hour away and that he would figure out how to make it happen. 30 minutes later, he called me back to tell me that he had sourced the parts and that he would personally pick them up... and that him and his crew were going to work together to ensure our truck would be done by closing. Multiple mechanics were simultaneously working on our truck and sure enough, they got the ball joints replaced AND our alignment done. They even packed our wheel bearings for free! They stayed open an hour late to wrap everything up. And to top it off, the price was unheard of! We paid $886 our the door (parts, labor, and tax). We are truly grateful for their hard work, kindness, and generosity. We WILL be back.

Oscar and the crew WITHOUT a doubt know their diesels!!! They did all my injectors and in the process alerted me to any other obstructions in the fuel system that needed immidiate attention. I will continue to take my vehicle to them and also recommend them. Thanks guysTook my truck back to Raven for AC service and once again Oscar and the crew went out of their way and fixed some things that were not quoted. Great job, and thank tou yet again.

Great experience, very knowledgeable, helpful staff, family friendly, and they recommend the best products for your truck. They communicated with me constantly and never left me uninformed. They know Cummins and they are willing to work with you. I'd recommend to anyone who is into performance or daily driving.

I was under a 3 day time crunch before I had to leave New Mexico. About 15 other mechanics couldn t do the job I needed but kept referring me to Raven. Alex and the guys did a 6.0 oil cooler in less than 2 days amidst a crammed schedule. Very professional and do things the right way. Would recommend to anyone with any diesel truck.

I had a lift pump installed on my Duramax at Raven. These guys were total professionals and went the extra mile to make sure my truck was running tip top. I will definitely be going back to Raven for my next upgrades.

We had a few serious issues in the beginning with Raven. Lots of different factors. However mistakes were made and we were not happy. Raven stepped up to the plate and took care of us in the end. That says a lot about a business. They will continue to be our go to shop in Las Cruces. Thank you guys!Z

They have the best staff and will tell you what's wrong. I got my lift done somewhere else, after spending money and seeing what work they did, I decided to bring it to Raven and they fixed over 60% that was wrong with the lift. 100% bringing my truck here!! They will get credit for everything they do to my truck!

One of the greatest shops in town! I ve been taking my 12 Valves Cummins to them since 2011. Ever since they worked their magic on my truck, it has been able to pull my 5th wheel with ease! Highly recommended!!

Love this place my Cummins has been every an been screwed over multiple times.. took to ravens an they pretty much took care of me the right way.. really professional Oscar an his team were awesome.. an got my truck running the right way with 260k on the dash.. this will be the only place working on my diesel.. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THESE GYES THEY KNOW DIESELS

It's the worst workshop to provide service at Las Cruces I don't recommend it to anyone very respectful personal they don't treat you like a person They always have excuses for everyone and never finish your work
