Passing through Las Cruces in our RV and noticed that one of our tires was low. They checked and inflated all of our tires in 10 minutes with very friendly service

Quoted me $158 for tire+installation whereas, all of other tire shops quoted me $95-100 for the same tire brand and sub brand. They said they d consider price match with official quotes. I went there with the quotes but found the new tires they had to sell me was over 10 years old shelf life (which they didn t mention). I left without purchasing as I was recommended 1-2 years old max. The customer service was not bad, I just didn t feel great after the pricing and not being notified of the old stock.

For a tire store, you'd think you had some way to look up a tire size to see if you have it, or can even get it. Your web page has no useful information at all, which begs the question, why even bother having a page? Then again you're now an extension of Sisbarro, so a surprising lack of information is not too surprising.

Asked for synthetic oil change 3 times (on the phone while making an appointment, at drop off, and upon pickup after noticing price decrease). They put conventional oil in my vehicle, and when I called to ask about it the manager refused to even look at it and told me my tech wouldn t do that despite printing conventional 5w30 on my receipt. I ended up having to take it elsewhere to get my vehicle taken care of properly.One of the first few times I took my vehicle there, I noticed an oil leak immediately after the service and asked them to look at it again, only for them to discover they hadn t put on the filter properly which was causing my oil to leak. I figured mistakes happen, but after this most recent experience was handled I ll be warning people to stay away rather than recommending unfortunately.

Have always dealt with sisbarro! These guys at on sale ARE AWESOME!! I won't go anywhere else ever again for tire repair, or new tires!! Highly recommend!!

I've been going here for over a couple of years to get my oil change but the last 3 to 4 times I've gone I've noticed things missing from my car including a $40 gift card and loose cash I had in my console but I wasn't sure if it was from the shop because I didn't notice for a few days after but today after my oil change it was very obvious someone was going through all my stuff because everything from my console was thrown on my front seat and the worst part about it my car smelled like cigarette smoke like someone was smoking in my car and I hate the smell of cigarettes. I can say I'll never go back to this place. I've been afraid to say anything to management because it's obvious this individual has been there for years and I'm afraid they'll do something to my vehicle in retaliation.

They take good prompt care of my car. If one of my tires is low, I run by, they check it, air it, make sure all 4 are the same and never charge me!Always have my oil changed there. They check everything, fill everything and my bill is never more than $30.I have a Chrysler 300C.

Went to take advantage of the advertised oil change of 18.00 and some change. After the oil change was done the guy told me it was 25.00 even, and I told him I wanted the 18.00 oil change and he told me it was 25.00 with tax. I told him that much for tax, but the guy clearly probably pocketed the money so buyer beware.

I always get great service here, even when I just stop by to get (free) air in my tires. Prices are fair. For some reason I got two flats in one month, they fixed me right up both times. I tell everybody to go there for tires & tire/wheel work.

I came in from out of town to buy new tires at On Sale because they were highly recommended by other customers and the customer service is great ! I came back for a quick fluid check and they once again were quick and took care of what was needed. I totally trust the staff . I will be bringing my vehicle in for oil changes etc...

In and out for oil change in about 30 min. $25.00 blended syn. Cheaper than you can do it yourself. Polite folks clean waiting area. Highly recommended.

I have been bringing my cars here for oil changes and tire service for over four years now Charles Johnny and all the rest of the guys here are great.I am very happy to have found On Sale good prices on oil changes and great service on everything else....I have recommended On Sale to all my friends and they all thank me for it....

I will not recommend on sale tires in Las Cruces. They are really bad about costumer service plus they have unprofessional service technicians. I think the owner is a scammer, so watch out people. I own a Mercedes Benz and they pretty much messed it all up. Thank God I went to Discount Tire and they were able to fix it for me.

When you go in for a fix of a warranty item and your car has more problems coming out that is a problem. If you broke something then o expect it fixed not a week later tell us oh we did not order the part. As this part of family business of dealerships here in Las Cruces NM. If i can forget my car payment which my warranty is part of then how can you forget to fix what you broke.

Probably one of the best tire shops in crucesAlways helping me out on the best prices, not just talking as an old employee but only I like to work on my car, so when they're at their slowest times they let me borrow a bay to work on my brakes etc. Best place in town guaranteed, take my word, won't regret it

We came across town to get a tire fixed.. website says they are open until 5:00...man at counter said the close at noon..turned us away..WOW!! Never had that happen ....Won't get any of my Business!! Bad decision people!!

I went in for a tire change and left being very disappointed. One of the staff members stole a blunt out of my car. would not recommend this place for anyone unless you like things being stolen out of your car
