I love this location, they always have exactly what I need, Matt, Jason, Steven, and everyone in the back is always so friendly and knowledgeable. Whenever I m in there they always attend to me promptly and help me the best they can. They also play some really great music in there.

Had a burned out turn signal light. They had the correct bulb, but more importantly and far more impressively, they loaned me the tools to remove and reinstall the windshield wiper tank after installing the bulb! So wonderful to give trust to total strangers. Never betray that trust when offered. Thank you, O'Reillys!

The first time I went there were two women working in the evening and their service was awesome! I went the day I was told to pick up my item, and two women plus four men were working. The women were both helping customers. All of the men seemed busy, but not sure what they were doing, and not one of them bothered to acknowledge that I was there even though they walked by me twice! Finally, one of the women said someone would help me soon. One of the men did assist me, and my item was not there yet. I went in a third time to get the item. It was there, and the man that helped me was helpful.

Oreillys is my default go to parts and oil house. I know what to expect and if they can help me...they do. Rare that I spend 10 minutes in the store and I'm done. Improvement? Call me back when you say you will. I was waiting because.

These guys are top notch!! My car wouldn't start & it was about 1/4 mile away. The guy at the counter hopped in his personal vehicle to come jump my car. I brought it back to O'Reilly's & another guy ran some diagnostic tests and most amazingly, he actually listened to me and seriously considered that I might know what I was talking about. After he ran the tests, he gave me the low down on what he now knew. And then like an angel delivering a miracle, he said he thought I was most likely correct and instead of trying to sell me a crazy expensive tool, they allowed me to borrow one from them. I love these guys, this place is the best!! Go there for honesty, integrity and good values!!

Always an excellent experience at this store. I was visibly frustrated after dealing with "the other guys" twice today, but the assistant manager was willing to take the time to look up an obscure part that was needed for my Armada and find a few options that he had in stock. The employees never hesitate to do a little bit of research to make sure you're getting the right part that you need for a one visit resolution.

Thank you to the manger lue for helping us with selecting our battery, he showed us how to install it when I had thought it was the wrong one but it work !! Thank you guys ill be coming back for future purchase.

Got lots of help from the guy helping me but some other employee was rude. Wanted the guy helping me to go and do something for the customer he was helping and kept pestering him while it was obvious that he was busy (my hood was up and he was showing me how to put coolant in to my overflow and how to know when it was full) if not for the rude fat employee y'all would have gotten 5 stars from me.

Thank you for the military discount. I appreciate you changing our the battery on the car. Thank you Hwy Patrol for giving us directions to you. We were stranded on the road for hours until the officer gave us a jump. Forever in your debt!

Even though they didn't have my size battery, Matthew and Octavio did everything in their power to help me and get me to the place that had my size. They did it with a smile and all!! Great customer service.

Very helpful, good prices, friendly staff. I've never had someone that worked at this store try to talk down to me or assume that I didn't know what I was doing. If you know what you're doing they will try to make sure that you don't forget any important steps, and if you have no clue what you are doing they will tell you the basic procedure, point out things that need attention, and show you how to get at what you're trying to fix/replace.

Great staff! Always very friendly and helpful when I'm looking for a part or an item. Dave the GM goes above and beyond for his customers. He's helped me numerous times that I now seek him when I have a question about parts. This time it was the alternator and serpentine belts...He leads by example and knows what he's doing (makes sense on why he's the GM). I'm also a huge race car fan and I've seen him out at the Vado speedway and noticed O'Reillys is a sponsor! Hmmmm coincidence!? Give this man a raise!! Thank you Dave for being so awesome! I will always be a loyal customer because of amazing team members such as yourself!

Always so friendly!! Octavio is extremely helpful. My husband won't go to AutoZone because they're not very knowledgeable or professional. He rather wait until O'Reilly's get whatever he needs in stock..

Staff is knowledgeable, helpful, and polite. Store is clean for an auto parts store too. I haven't used the service yet, but I know they deliver parts as well. This is my store when I need parts to keep me vehicle working, clean , and they have plenty of accessories too!

These people know their stuff! Helped me with an Allen wrench I needed amongst a myriad of other parts I have purchased in the last few weeks. ..... Also the Las Cruces bus system - Roadrunner Transit- has a stop right out front.

The woman at the counter was very friendly and helpful. Both employees shared what knowledge they were able to for my problem, and now I know exactly what to tell my mechanic. I plan to do my shopping here from now on instead of the Auto Zone across the street!

Octavio was very helpful, he got me taken care of as soon as possible; he was alone with several people to wait on. He got my wiper blade installed within 30 seconds. Moments later, it rained, so put blade to use. Perfection!
