I want to thank O'Reilly Auto Parts for their Excellent Customer Service. Especially to Rocky at the North Main Street. I am a widowed lady and my check engine light came on. I went to their competitors for a diagnostic test scan and felt belittled for being a woman and not knowing what a check engine light was for. I called O'Reilly Auto Parts with my competitor's report and he stated to check my oil level and that I should be fine to drive the car until I get it into the shop. A special thanks to Rocky at O'Reilly Auto Parts store on North Main Street, Las Cruces, NM.

Besides being 5 minutes from home the best O'Reilly in Las Cruces. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Gentleman named Carlos usually goes out of his way to help with whatever we may need. Keep up the great work!!

I have spent and will continue to spend way too much money at this place, I've lost girlfriends over O'Reilly, so I might be biased, but they are way better than autozone!

The staff here are very kind and helpful! Then again, I've never been to a horrible O'Reilly shop before. I will definitely keep coming back here.

There ok just the workers need to double check on what parts they give thier customers and make sure before they are all the way home that they call the customer and say they gave the wrong part to you.... so have to go back all across town to get it the right part.

Its a parts store. Some have what you want and some things are missing. Its what you get these days. The manager is quite helpful and she's really cute too. I must say the staff here are a bit more likeable than most stores.

Took some rotors to get resurface. They were within spec to get turned. O'rilleys called me couple of hours later to say rotors came out good and there ready for my to pick them up. Put them on the truck and drove it down the street. Brake pedal pulsating BAD!! So took the wheels off to check the rotors with a dial indicator. One of the rotors was cut 20 thousandths out of wack. The other was about 8 thousandths. Took them back and they pretty much told be all they can do it about 14 bucks off new ones. They messed up my rotors and now I have to pay more?? Will never shop there again and making sure to spread the word about this!!

I was often told not to come here. After tonight's visit, I've got to give them a five for their AMAZING customer service. Had the manager and employee both assisting me and they were both awesome at helping me find the right products for my vehicle.

I went in to get a battery for my keys and windshield wipers! At first the young man didn't want to change my battery for my car keys, I told him I come here all of the time when, I need a new one, he finally changed it, and another gentleman offered to change my windshield wiper blades, so the other guy could go to Lunch, I guess that's why he was hesitant, he was hungry, anyway, the older Guy, was very Professional! And I was on my Way!Everyone Have A Blessed Spiritually Filled Week!

They didn't have exactly what the COMPUTER said I needed but the parts man was ambitious enough to find options. That's a sign of a knowledgable salesman. And I am back on the road without special ordering a bunch of parts I DON'T need. Found me a new parts house!

Be careful who "helps" you! The sales person ended up breaking a part on my vehicle then proceeded to tell me I needed to buy a replacement. Won't be returning there anytime soon!!!

I love going to O'Reilly Auto Parts on North Main St. Las Cruces,NM They are very attentive and assist you with changing out burn out tail lights bulbs. Thank you Andrew, I'm very Grateful.

My car broke down, I parked in the Kentucky Fried Chicken parking lot next door... I went to the store, asked if they could go check my battery... They said no, because they couldn't walk that far.... I bought a battery, asked if I could borrow the tool to put it in... They said they don't loan those tools, so I had to pay another $18.00... I am a single mother, they watched my carry that stuff to my car, never once did they bother to help .. Horrible staff, I will NEVER buy another thing here ever.. I hope that never happens to your loved ones...

I would have given 5 stars because of Cammie (sp?), who is excellent. But a male employee's mask wasn't covering his mouth or nose, and I was very uncomfortable with that. I'm autoimmune. I should have opted for curbside, but I thought I would be able to count on the employees to wear masks. Lesson learned.

I was passing through this little town on a road trip and I got a flat tire because of a nail. I bought some tire plugs but was not strong enough to push it into the tire. Exhausted and cold I waited in my vehicle, Ruben came out curiously inquired what the problem was and plugged it in 5 seconds. He then went to his vehicle to retrieve his personal air pump to reflate me! O o o O'Reilley's!!!!!!!
