It was great as always. I just wish they will show me how to do the review online. Steve did an awesome job, but like the last time, the link that via text oensto the page of info., but nothing to click on to do the review. I have called and left messages the first time I went, but never got a call from someone to assist me with that. Steve 100 for your service and taking care of me and my car. Also wish they did car washes. Other nissian's I have been to wash the car, vacuum and clean the inside of the windows. The only time they didn't was due to water and saving it, no issue for me. I do miss getting the car wash. Getting harder on me as I am getting older and some of these laces around here can't afford and a couple of them I went to, the washer did an awful job.

There's definately a better experience when buying parts here,new people that are knowlegeable and know exactly what your inquiring about right off the bat,its nice...very nice to talk to people that can help you and understand what you are looking to order,thank you to the manager who I assume made this possible,you've made it a very proffessional experience and not a "what are you looking for" that was there before...keep up the good work!!

WORST CASE OF PROFESSIONALISM! I AM A VIRGINIA DEALER AND PURCHASED A 2015 CHEVROLET SUBURBAN FROM THEM THRU ACV. I BOUGHT THE VEHICLE ON MARCH 2, 2024. I FLEW A DRIVER ON MARCH 7, 2024. WE CALLED THE DEALERSHIP THAT WE WERE ON OUR WAY FROM THE AIRPORT. HUMBERTO RODRIGUEZ TOLD US THAT THEY RETAILED THE VEHCILE AND TO CALL ACV. THE VEHICLE WAS SOLD. THEN THEY HUNG UP THE PHONE. BUYERS BEWARE

DO NOT GET YOUR SERVICE DONE HERE!!!!! THEY ARE LAZY AND HALF@$$ they just try and speed through your service to go home early. You CANNOT BOOK AN APPOINTMENT ONLINE BECAUSE ITS FIRST COME FIRST SERVE REGARDLESS!!!! I went for my 100k mile maintenance and was told I couldn't get an alignment done because my strut was leaking but they FAILED to tell me that my front left tire had wire exposed!!!! I knew it was bad but not that bad and they didn't put my trim clips back the ones that hold down the front cover over the grill under the hood. They always make me feel like an inconvenience, their customer service is terrible.Service: General repairs & maintenance

We came in for an oil change and were told it would be 45ish minutes. We went for a walk and came back an hour later to be told, they hadn't even taken our car back yet. When my husband went in to ask what the status was, after we had been waiting 2 hours, the lady he spoke with was rude. If you can't be nice, don't work in sales... Seriously. The oil change was done and we were on our way almost 3 hours after we initially dropped off. We will not be returning and do not recommend coming here for an oil change.

Nissan of Las Cruces is ONLY interested is selling vehicles; and, NOT necessarily selling one vehicle or another which the costumer both needs and wants. Recently, my wife, Hermina F Romero, and I both made a mistake by purchasing a vehicle that we DIDN'T want at Nissan of Las Cruces. The new Nissan Kicks doesn't have enough power especially on the highways. It's also too narrow in width and too short on width. The two front passenger seats are rather small and the back passenger seats are quite uncomfortable for only two medium side adults. The service department at Nissan of Las Cruces poor and slow. My wife and I have been waiting for months a for part to arrive for our Nissan Kicks...We bought our vehicle new and is still under warranty. Both my wife and I usually buy our vehicles at Borman Autoplex/Honda; overall and over the years, we've been quite satisfied with Borman. To date NO UNHAPPY SURPRISES at Borman Autoplex of Las Cruces. Food for thought. Frank Lemus: USN/Avionics/Airman; former, TX State Employee; former, TX Realtor; former, TX Federal Employee.

Went for oil change, it was 4:30, they advertised is open till 6 and they said they were already closed to that service, I was upset because I drove all the way from El Paso.
