Ask for Jimmy! He was very kind, knowledgeable, and willing to work with us when it came to what needed to get done, and was not pushy or forceful. We went in looking to trade a truck for a newer family friendly vehicle. He took the time to hear our situation, ran a couple different options for us. When we didn't buy a car that day He still said let me know if anything changes. He followed up a fee days later and we were ready. Now we are in a good family friendly car 2024 Nissan Rogue! Very satisfied with their customer service and willingness to work with us.

If the junk mail you received says you won $100, you didn't. Very scummy and misleading because they're desperate to sell cars.EDIT: You are lying if you try to say that the mail pieces didn't suggest a $100 win. Both myself and an older woman of color arrived at the same time, by bus, believing we won $100. I have no relation to that woman. In person, you treated her as if it was her fault for misunderstanding, which was sickening to witness. I realized from overhearing your conversation with her that I'd be wasting my breath so I didn't bother to call you pathetic in person.Yes, all 60,000 people in Cruces who received that mail piece would've won at least the ultra-cheap smartwatch and the vacation voucher with no cash value. Very few would've come to collect them if they weren't led to believe they won $100 cash instead. Shame on you. We're in poverty.

Jimmy was great. Since we re from out of town and would have to make a day trip out of going to the dealership, he helped me get everything done over the phone ahead of time. He was honest and very helpful when making decisions. Everything was very easy and we even left with a second vehicle for my father! Overall, it was a great experience and we would absolutely purchase another vehicle from Nissan Of Las Cruces.

I recently attended the last day of their sells event and was basically ignored by the staff! My friend and I went there to look for a vehicle for me but he had such a nice truck they tried to sell him a vehicle instead. They asked me what kind of vehicles did I have , I told them but informed them I would not be trading them in. He then asked what kind of payment I was looking at, I told him between $300 and $500 a month. Guess that wasn't good enough. Since they asked how much I could afford to put down, they didn't take me seriously. Had they asked I would have advised them that I planned on putting $8,500 towards any vehicle I chose. So after wondering around your lot for almost two hours, being ignored while they tried to sell my friend a vehicle, I went and sat in my friends truck until we left. But all was not lost , I go a really nice vehicle from Carmax and after telling my bank about my visit to your facility, they financed it with a great monthly payment.

Jonathan was a great salesman! He went above and beyond to be sure the vehicle we chose will be the best fit for our family. Humberto and Joe worked to create the best deal for us and got us a deal we couldn't refuse. They are amazing at Nissan of Las Cruces and I recommend everyone to go there 1st!!

Went to Nissan of Las Cruces just shopping around for a new car.. walked in and was immediately greeted by our sales guy Sean! He was VERY friendly and professional and made it feel like a fun time buying a car! Another shout out to Jose in the finance department. We almost left without buying and he and Sean jumped through hoops to make our deal happen on our terms! All around best dealership experience I ve ever had and they put me in the nicest car possible! Everyone in that dealership was amazing! We even got free tacos while we waited! 10/10 would recommend and I will be definitely going back for future car purchases! Thank you Nissan team for making this happen!

Las Cruces Community: I want to share my experience with this dealership. I own a legit, 2-year-old, well-maintained Odyssey van that I must trade in or sell. I explained that I needed a handicap-accessible van for my disabled veteran husband and had to sell this van. The used car manager didn't even introduce himself to me or welcome me to the dealership in any form or fashion. A very kind salesman took the keys to the used car manager and he returned a few minutes later and relayed to me (through the salesman) a ridiculously low offer for my van, fully taking advantage of my situation. I cannot believe that the offer was truly wholesale since it was $10K lower than the current retail price of the van. A counter-offer was not feasible because this lowball offer wasn't even close to market value. God bless our country's veterans.

I would just like to say that I was very impressed with the customer service, especially from the gentleman who took care of me. I believe his name is Tim . I also like the fact that they give you the area of opportunity to actually see your vehicle being worked on workers on the dock, with enthusiasm and efficiency look like they are happy to be there. Which in closing turned this into a great customer experience I certainly appreciate you all at the Nissan dealership who looks at me like family. Be safe and God bless.

The whole staff at Nissan of Las Cruces were friendly and hospitable. Joe Franco is a person I can trust and definitely would recommend him to any one who is in the market to buy. I wanted explore the interest rates for vehicles. I was surprised to know the interest rate was 3.9. I was in the market for a vehicle about a year ago. Interest rate locally(credit union) was 7-8. So the timing of a purchase was good. I purchased a new vehicle. I had hoped to have received more on my trade on(2010 Nissan Titan. So I did not trade that vehicle. All in all, I was pleased with my deal. I hope that there is good service for my new vehicle. Thanks

Most amazing experience. Nick Chavez was extremely helpful on finding the right car for me, taking into consideration my budget and needs for the car. For my first time dealing with the dealership I had an amazing experience. Issac went above and beyond to help me get the correct financing for myself. I would recommend this dealership and I myself in the future will be coming back when I decide to get another car.

Bought my first car from here & was supposed to receive a spare key for my car. Made 4 different appointments with my salesman to pick it up & each time I drove an hour over there to get it, I was told the spare key was not ready and to come back. Ended up getting ghosted by my salesman & I just moved states without it.

Being a first time buyer my experience at Nissan Las Cruces was excellent thanks to Jonathan and the rest of the team. I had recently gone to Casa Honda Las Cruces and they tried to tell me that they couldn t do anything for me because of my credit situation. I now purchased a 2022 honda civic from Nissan Las Cruces and im very happy with the deal they offered me, as well as the excellent customer service from Jonathan and the owner doing everything they could to make me feel comfortable and getting me the best deal for my money.

This is and was a great place to purchase a vehicle our salesman(Jose Segura) was great helpful,knowledgeable,patient and pleasant. I bought me a new Nissan frontier midnight edition just love it Jose made sure we got the best deal. I definitely recommend this dealership for your next brand new or used vehicle.

We have been Nissan Las Cruces customers for 7 years and have been treated with the utmost respect. Their service dept. techs are awesome. Just recently we decided to trade our cars to get Kicks. Jesus Roybal made us feel like family and the finance manager spent an enormous amount of time to insure that the rates we got were the best available. If you want a good deal on a quality car I think that Jesus is the man to see. Even after the purchases he has been in constant contact making sure that we have no issues. To add a personal note, my wife bought a Nissan Kicks and we were so comfortable dealing with Jesus I trade my Sentra in for a Kicks also at the same time. Same day about 5 hours to get both deals done since our other cars were being serviced. I would go on and on but I wold be writing a short story.

The sales person was excellent at giving us service in the sale of the vehicles. I give bad grades in the after sale prep service because it took so long to receive my vehicles and when I did they had water spots and dirt on them. There were also scratches on the vehicles which were not on them prior to the sale. My experience with Las Cruses Nissan would have been great if I had received my vehicles in a timely matter without scratches and clean.

The first thing I did was submit a test drive time for one of the Nissan vehicles on their website. Their response back time was fast! The next day I had Cecilia Olson call me back with news that the car I wanted to test drive was sold. Instead of leaving me with a sad heart, Cecilia asked me a few informative questions about myself, and what I was comfortable paying for a vehicle. Shortly she put together a list of cars and we looked at all of them. That same day, I drove off with my new car and I could not be happier. Everyone was so friendly and Cecilia is the best! She really gets to know you and works her 'magic' to make the best reasonable deal for your financial life! I highly recommend buying a used or new car here!

I bought a 2021 Nissan Versa SV from them and not too long after the car started sounding funny , shaking really bad , now the windows don t go up. They told me the car was under warranty now they just giving me the run arounds. I told them I d take the car into the shop so they can fix it and they said ok but I told them I needed a rental car or some in the mean time cuz I work & they toldMe I had to give another down payment if I wanted another car ?? I wanted any Car just something to get me to my job & back. Now they telling me I have to pay 1,200$ when the car was under warranty. Nicholas was the one who sold me the car. For a 2021 car it shouldn t be causing me that much problems. Don t ever buy from this dealership would definitely rate it 0 stars if I could !!!

If there was an option for a 0-star review, I would have picked that option I recently made my first vehicle purchase which is a 2021 Chevy Malibu from Nissan of Las Cruces. This should have been a happy and memorable experience however I have had nothing but problems with this dealership.The salesman is very pushy, thinks everything is a joke, and the finance manager catches an attitude when you don t want the $4,000 extended warranty that never covers anything. The finance manager rushed the paperwork which later I found out they messed up!The first day I drove the car the check engine came on, as well as the ABS. They weren t listening to me when I was telling them something was wrong with the car. It turns out the car was malfunctioning due to four cracked spark plugs which apparently, they replaced in the inspection hmmm weird. This was a headache trying to get them to fix it. I had to have my father-in-law leave work to come to the dealership just for them to listen and actually fix my car. Finance manager also kept calling me at work nonstop even though I told them I M AT WORK trying to get the insurance! Told me Ma am you ve had all week to get it insured ...Even though I was dealing with them trying to fix the spark plug issue and the lock switch.My driver side door lock/unlock button hasn t worked since day one . tried saying it was working basically calling me a lair. Five weeks later they finally got that fixed.While I was waiting for them to fix my lock issue ANOTHER issue has occurred where my car is telling me shift to park and apparently my warranty will not cover it even though it s recalled.I was promised a second key which I NEVER received; they were supposed to give my car a good detail. They did not, they barely vacuumed a few crumbs, I asked them to clean my sun visor because there was this weird stuff on which they didn t. They also tinted my windows and there are bubbles.I can t even get the car insured in just my name because they messed the paperwork up.If I could go back, I would absolutely NOT do business with this dealership!!! For a 2021 vehicle this car should not be having this many issues!!!!!This dealership does NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS they only want a SALE!

Your service advisor Steven Serna and my mechanic John are exemplary, Steven for his customer service demeanor and efficient process of cars early in the morning (outstanding experience) and John my mechanic doing an oil change today, for his honesty. I am a senior citizen and recently lost my husband so I really appreciate not being unsold on tires I was told I need at a place I recently went to to fix a nail in m tire. I will bring all my car work here. I drove from Deming today, thank you!
