Man the employees here are doing God work!!! Came through town broke down... thought it was alternator belt so they loaned me a couple tools to get it swapped out. Turned out to be a bearing no one in town could get and Napa got it the next morning by 8am... by far the best experience I've ever had with a parts store. They really do have that NAPA know how!! Thanks so much to the entire staff!!

We were traveling in our RV and left our gas cap at the last fill up. They did not have any on the floor that would work or even come close. Marc was absolutely wonderful, he went into the back stock and searched around and found us one that would work! The customer service is excellent Marc was very friendly and helpful. He truly went out of his way to try to help us.I highly recommend this Napa auto parts! Thank you Marc for all your help! God Bless you!

Great customer service. I won't go anywhere else. Tony was great helped me locate a tough to find part for my husbands motor home. He went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I needed. If you need help finding something and don't want to be looked at like you don't know what your doing Tony is the one to see. He didn't give me a hard time just took his time to help me locate what I needed. Definitely not going anywhere else when it comes to any other auto parts I need. Thank you Nappa

Woke up this morning with a dead battery. Walked over to Napa to buy an electric battery charger, unfortunately none in stock. The Napa team was great. Drove to my house and jump started my truck within 5 min. Went back and they installed my new battery quickly. Had me on the road again in less then an hour. Much appreciate the awesome customer service they showed me. Definitely recommend the Napa Team

Our rv s alternator seized up on our way into town. We arrived at the store at 5 and realized upon arrival that it was going to be a hard part to find. They brought out toy cars to gift our kids and then 3 employees helped us figure out an alternate solution to the unavailable alternator, staying long after their closing time! Then as they were leaving they gave us the managers card and he had offered to come back if we needed more parts to make our rv work! So generous and kind!!

We visited this NAPA location in Las Cruces and because of the outstanding service felt it was important to commend the wonderful service from Mark. He was extremely courteous and professional. In addition, the store is kept very neat and orderly.

I ordered some stuff online, which said it was on stock, and got charged for it. When I was going to pick it up they told me they where out of stock. They told me they couldn't help me at all but charge extra for freight to get it in 3 day or wait 3 to 4 weeks for it to arrive. Then they tried to sell me something else more expensive. Never liked NAPA and guess I feel the same way.That is bull s#*t, NAPA owner. Stop using the pandemic to make excuses. So you guys are selling the paramedics gloves that I use to work on my cars and try to sell me examination gloves that they use on their jobs? Shouldn't it be the other way atound? STOP USING THE PANDEMIC TO MAKE EXCUSES!!!

Went in there the other day looking for some parts for a Toyota pickup I ve been working on. Tony at the front desk was VERY helpful and knew exactly how to get ahold of what I needed. Ill definitely be going back to finish off this project of mine.

I went in to return some parts that I didn't end up needing, I'm struggling to open the door as I had a battery in one hand and a heavy starter in the other. I can clearly see 4 people standing at the counter as I finally get in the door, not one single person greeted me, or offered to help me bring my parts to the counter until I got all the way to the last counter where Levi greeted and helped me quickly. I honestly want to give you a better rating but for that many people to see me having a hard time and do nothing is horrible, but I do want to give Levi a BIG THANK YOU for helping me out. (2 stars was for everything else that happened)Credit must be given where it is deserved. It is a rare thing for an OWNER of a business to reach out to someone about their experience in their establishment. Keith Boyd went that extra mile to find out what happened and reached out to me personally to make the situation right. Granted what's been done cant be undone but the future is what counts and he really made me feel like he handled the situation and was very inviting and thankful to have the opportunity to continue to earn my business. Just keep working on that customer service aspect and I will continue to take my business to NAPA. Thanks for reaching out Keith.

Got a radiator at a great price, and the store team was super helpful and amiable. I'll go back anytime I want to tune up my car because they're set up for making optimizing easy ^_^ thanks a bunch!!

First time going into that store, my experience was amazing thanks to the gentleman Alex!!!! He was very knowledgeable and got me exactly what I needed a raise is in demand!!!! Definitely recommend this place go see Alex for all your vehicle needs.

Talk about going out of your way to make a customer happy. A couple months back my boyfriend and I went into the store to purchase a few things so I could get a Chase Elliott cap. My boyfriend started explaining (making a weird face by the way) to the owner about how big of a fan I am of his. Then the owner mentioned he had a cardboard cutout of Chase and asked if I would like it. Of course I said yes as I was practically jumping for joy in the store haha. However, he did mention it was in storage. So I called today to see if it was ready for me and it was!!!! I have never had another business do ANYTHING like this for me before. It made me so happy. Thank you Napa for all that you did for me. You're truly the best and I'll surly be there for the grand opening!!! #onehappycustomer #imsureoneofmany

I can not thank NAPA on Valley enough for great help but to bring in the NAPA SPRINTCAR of Brad Sweet on the 29th of March 2022 !!! The media needs a swift kick in the pants for not saying one damn thing about the WORLD OF OUTLAW SPRINT RACES ON the 29th at The Amazing VADO SPEEDWAY !!!!!A TUESDAY NIGHT RACE - COLDER THAT ALL GET OUT AND ALMOST PACKED CROWD !!THANKS ROYAL JONES !!

Talk about a rip off, we were from out of town looking for an oil filter and every other NAPA store across Arizona and New Mexico we were paying $8.78, at this store big surprise 15.99. They wouldn t budge at all. So we went down the road to advance auto part the same filter $7.08. Go advance auto!

Went in once, spent almost $300. Went in the next day and they wanted 2x the price I paid at Napa in Roswell! Never spending another cent there.
