Crew doesn t like to work on tires. I took my truck for a nail on rear passenger tire and they said it was on a spot they couldn t fix. I purchased all four Goodyear all terrain tires with them not a year ago and I was baffled to be informed with a lie. I took my Tacoma to a tire shop in Deming and in less than 10 minutes my tire was fixed! My tire is doing great with lot of thread left. Do your job right and stop trying to make money on dishonesty.

I had originally went in to get my tire patched which they did. When I went to pay John the gentleman at the front said his tech noticed it was getting close to time to think about getting tires. He was honest not just trying to get tires out of me, but they did, lol!!! I did need them though all 4 were bald/balding on the outside which the tech explained about that. John, was very pleasant and professional and was knowledgeable about the tires he sold me. Thanks to the whole crew.

I went to Martin because previously they plugged a puncture in my tire for no cost when other places told me they had to replace the tire. When I needed to replace my tires I went to them as I trust them to do the right thing. They found appropriate tires, balanced and aligned them for a better price than anyone else. I highly recommend them.

DC was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They had my brakes fixed quicker than quoted and at a reasonable price. Would definitely recommend them. Thanks guys!!

I needed my tires balanced because Jiffy Lube knocked a weight off when rotating them. They got me in right away and completed the job quickly. They completed an inspection and informed me of some issues that weren t immediate. I asked them to check the brakes because Jiffy Lube said they should be replaced. As a bonus, they had a wheel cap for my spare that matched the rest of my wheels that they gave me free of charge. This is an excellent business and I recommend going to them.

As always, good job on finding issues with my truck. Armando does an outstanding job also the mechanic that always .found the piece of metal that scraped the inner rotor passenger side. Thanks to both for a great job as always.

Pros: Good tires, good job on the install and balance. Cons: still wondering where my courtesy brake pad check and alignment check went? I can live without it, but why offer if no follow thru. Other than that, mgr and crew was pleasant to work with and I'm satisfied with the tire purchase.

These guys were the best. We were traveling from CA to Maine, and had tire issues with our travel trailer. We called ahead and they had the tires we needed waiting for us. They did a mount, balance, and install on our trailer while we waited. I was extremely impressed with their attention to detail and willingness to handle our requests and answer questions. Thanks for the great service!

I came in for an oil change and an engine light problem. They figured out the problem. They could have charged an arm and a leg, but in fact they were quite honest and reasonable. I shall continue to go the them for my maintenance.

I had one of my TPMS go bad, so had Martin Tire fix it for me. They were able to fix it in an hour. I had delayed going into the shop at a certain time so they could fix it immediately. It took a little longer than hoped, but it's all good now.

Brought my vehicle to rebalance my tires after another tire shop totally blew it. They did a fantastic job of getting everything back in good shape. Not even getting the slightest vibration at high-speeds. If you want the job done right, this is definitely the place to take your car!

I went to Martin Tires for an alignment. The guy ahead of me was also there for alignment. Armando called him to the counter and said unfortunately they couldn t do the alignment bc blah blah blah (I didn t understand the reason). They needed parts etc and I heard them talking about the cost-$1000-something. I was thinking oh no, I hope they can work on my car and don t have any problems, bc my car is old. Sure enough Armando called me to the front, and unfortunately they couldn t do my alignment bc blah blah blah. He gave me colored printouts to backup the blah blah blah. He was sympathetic and convincing. Total estimate $1300+. I was in shock and trying not to cry. I told him I didn t have $1300 and he said I could apply online for a 6-month interest-free loan. I didn t feel like I had much choice, but man it was depressing! I told my son-in-law about it, and he was furious with Martin, and told me don t take my car there. He looked at the color printouts and said all that proved was I needed an alignment. I called a place that had excellent reviews and specializes in alignment. I had to wait a week, but they got the job done, didn t lie to me and it cost me $115. Martin tires, all I can say is watch out how you treat customers. We ll tell others about you! I don t know how you stay in business

This is my go to place for tire/car maintenance for the last 4 years. I recommend them to everyone. Beyond accommodating and fantastic communication. I brought my car in thinking it had tire issues and they were able to direct me to a shop once they discovered I had transmission issues. Lifetime customer right here.

Great employees & service! Went in for a wheel alignment & was informed front tie rods were worn out. So, they couldn't do a complete alignment & charged me nothing for the examination. Wow! Any other place would have charged me for this work! Looking to schedule this work & get the alignment done soon! Class act!

Came to Martin tire to get a routine oil change. They lost my screws for the bottom compartment of the cover after doing the change. Thinking I wouldn t notice, they used whichever screws they could find to replace them, and now I m having trouble screwing it back on, not to mention they didn t even use all four screws, just three makeshift screws to allow the cover to stay on until I at least got home (this was all without my knowledge, and without telling me). Lastly, the oil fill cap was not properly attached after the change, it was hanging off by about 6 inches. For the high price they charge at such a low quality effort on my $30,000 challenger, I figured I d learn how to do the oil myself and save money. From what they did, I m risking further damage to my car anyway, and having to pay more unnecessary costs in the future. I m glad I learned to do it myself and save money, and doing it the RIGHT WAY, and I encourage you to do the same

Armando was amazing helping me out when I got stuck with my car by the shop. He went out of his to make sure he checked my car before making a decision of leaving it there.I trusted him and the business right of the way.The mechanic fixed my car the next day. I am glad that there are businesses that still care about their customers. Thank you for all Martin Tires has done.
