Get a written estimate and bring your checkbook...I would've had a better experience if I requested a written estimate prior to work being done. I obtained a verbal estimate via phone call and also explained that there is a hard tonneau cover installed. I was assured that it was not a problem. When I received the invoice there were two line items not previously discussed, removal and installation of the hard top. This resulted in a nearly 20% markup in the bedliner cost (approximately 15 dollars per bolt to remove and reinstall). There was no attempt to contact me beforehand and it was apparent the cost was arbitrarily defined at the time of invoice authoring. To add insult to injury, I was informed that there is a 3% credit card fee when making payment so you can bring cash or check to avoid it. Neither of these upcharges are listed on the pricing board (which doesn't include prices anyways).

My colleague informs me that Linerz charged him and additional $150 fee to remove the tonneau cover from the bed while installing a spray in liner. That is ridiculous. It's like taking your car to a mechanic to have the water pump changed and the shop charging you to open the hood. Unethical business practices like this have inspired me to look elsewhere to have my fleet of trucks resprayed.

These two young men were excellent. They were friendly, courteous and did a wonderful job installing my tonneau cover. It actually took them a little less time than they quoted me. I would definitely recommend these guys. Five star service!

I found this place for my father. He needed steps put on his truck. He is getting older, and I feel like people take advantage of that fact. The people took great care of his truck and installed a quality set steps. The pricing was more than fair. They showed us great customer service. We are very happy with them and will recommend them to our friends and family.

LINRZ has helped me over the past few years with two of my trucks. Each experience has be absolutely amazing! This past week, I stopped by to purchase a tonneau cover for my new truck. The listened to me, but also gave me their expert opinion. I went with their opinion and I couldn't be more satisfied with the choice! I'll be a lifetime LINRZ customer! Thank you!

Ron, the owner of LinrZ was very thorough in outlining the Bullet Liner process to me and total cost up front. No hidden charges. His care in the removal and resecuring of my 8 topper was better than when I dropped it off. The liner is fantastic and he took the time to go over everything with me post application. If you want a great liner, with great customer service, don t go anywhere else!

My bedliner came out fantastic! It was fast and the gentlemen were very professional and friendly! The price was by far the best I found as well! I highly recommend this business!

Great job, fair price, were able to get me in to install step bars on my Tacoma same day and completed job in under 1 hr. Would highly recommend.

Product not worth the price. They say lifetime warranty but it doesn't cover any practical use of the bedliner. If you're like me and use your truck to haul or do any kind of light work, this bedliner will not hold up. Have had mine less than a year and it already has a hole in it. Do not recommend at all.

Awesome guys that do awesome work. You can not get a better bed liner sprayed in El Paso or Las Cruces and they do it much cheaper than the big name places.

Well as you can tell we were at the Cracker Barrel again the truck just keeps going straight to their like it has its own cruise control wait since we live 56 miles from home we will take dinner home to always have to have dumplings
